PNSA gab heute einen 23:1 forwardsplit bekannt!

Die Lupenreine Shell (Firmenmantel) stieg in den letzten Tagen schon von 7/8 auf über 10 gestern (da hat einer was gewusst)

Heute nach Bekanntgabe der News stiegen sie auf 23$. sollte mich nicht wundern wenn sie heute noch über 30$ gehen würden1

MM Pill Ask ist bei 30 danach kommt Naib mit 31 (200St.) danach schon ACAP mit 85,65 .....unglaublich was sich bei solch marktengen Werten abspielt!

Pre Split werden sie nochmals zulegen können!

....aber Achtung die Marktkapitalisierung beträgt schon über 10 Mil1

...so funktionieren eben splits mit geringem Freefloat ...siehe GTMH

ist dir mal aufgefallen, daß pnsabis jetzt sagenhafte 6500
akiten in den usa gehandelt wurden? wie glaubst du sollte man
die aktien kmaufen oder verkaufen können? fehlende liquidität
ist mit das schlimmste, was einem beim trading passieren
kann. leider mangelt es vielen deiner empfehlungen an liquidität.
also, was nüstzt es mir, wenn pnsa heute 184 prozent steigen,
wenn es unmöglich ist, an aktien ranzukommen. nichts.

Theoretisch müsste sich der Aktienwert also verdreifachen um ungefär Die selbe MK zu erreichen die jetzt gegeben ist!

welchen Sinn hat eine Streichung von Aktien?

Ich hör das zum erstenmal und bin a bizzerl überrascht.
Normalerweise ist doch an der OTC: Dilution, Erhöhung
der A/S und O/S an der Tagesordnung.

Ist das so eine Art "Dividende" oder "Belohnung" für die anderen sh-holder???

dilution, bescheissen, betrügen etc etc

eine reine geldmaschine eben

die reduktion ist eine art des forward splits. kostet nur nichts. man filt ein 8k und es ist erledigt. für die alten anteilseigner eine nette sache. könnte in verbindung mit einer übernahme stehen. das management erhält dafür möglicherweise geld von der übernehmenden firma und hat somit keinerlei risiko mehr. leider keine wkn zu finden

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 20, 2001--Ponte Nossa Acquisition Corp. (OTCBB:PNSO) today announced the definitive agreement regarding the acquisition of Visijet Inc., an ophthalmic biomedical company, is being prepared by the attorneys.

Completion of the acquisition is expected within the next three weeks. Ponte Nossa Acquisition will issue 7,500,000 (144) shares for all common and preferred outstanding shares in Visijet Inc.

Thomas DiMele, president of Ponte Nossa, said that this acquisition will create an entity capable of providing the global commercialization and rapid marketing of the waterjet technology developed by Visijet.

Visijet`s first product is the Hydrokeratome, a patented, FDA-approved device that uses the waterjet technology to cut the cornea as required in LASIK surgery, a procedure growing in popularity that provides corrected vision without glasses or contact lenses.

It is estimated that more than 3,000,000 LASIK surgeries were performed in 2000 worldwide. Sales of the Hydrokeratome console alone the first year are anticipated to provide $32,000,000 in revenue. Visijet has currently pre-sold more than $8,000,000 of Hydrokeratome units for Europe and Asia.

In addition to revenues provided by the purchase of the Hydrokeratome unit, each time the device is used the accompanying disposable pak must be purchased for each procedure at a cost of approximately $50 each.

Richard Lindstrom, M.D., an ophthalmologist and medical director for Visijet and chief medical editor for Ocular Surgery News, a leading ophthalmic industry journal, believes the waterjet technology may offer significant advantages over existing technologies.

"Because it is bladeless, the waterjet is infinitely sharp and studies have shown it has the ability to provide consistent, repeatable cuts," Lindstrom explained. "Clean cuts of the same thickness are what physicians desire for good healing and a positive outcome of the procedure."

Lindstrom explained that mechanical cutting by blades can leave microscopic debris from the blade surface in the corneal interface and irritate the patient`s eye. It is believed that upon inspection, up to 15% of blades must be discarded because of manufacturing defects that have the potential to cause complications.

"We in the ophthalmic community are excited about waterjet technology," said Lindstrom. "It appears to provide advantages for both the physician and the patient. My colleagues and I expect to see continued developments with this fascinating technology."

In addition to the Hydrokeratome, Visijet has developed the Pulsatome, a device that uses the waterjet technology to remove cataracts -- the most performed surgical procedure in the world.

In the year 2000, 7 million cataract procedures were performed worldwide. Internationally, the cataract market has been increasing at approximately 12% per year; domestically that market has been increasing at a rate of 5-7% per year. The Pulsatome provides entry into this estimated $8 billion cataract market worldwide. FDA approval is anticipated in early 2002.
