AKD is pleased to advise that it has entered into a heads of
agreement with Dominion Mining Limited to earn an 80% interest in the
diamond rights over Dominion`s South West Yilgarn exploration
project, covering approximately 10,000 kmsq. The project area is
located approximately 250km from Perth.

The project area is contained within the Yilgarn craton in South
Western, Western Australia. Its age, geological setting and
structural evolution provide potential to host diamond bearing
kimberlite.

AKD has reviewed all available mineralogical, geochemical and
structural data pertaining to the tenement area and has identified 5
target areas for immediate follow up. It is the company`s intention
to commence as soon as possible an airborne geophysical program over
these areas in order to define kimberlite targets for drilling.

Dominion has provided AKD with an extensive database including the
results of over 14,000 samples collected during its recent
exploration programs. The company plans to re-assay relevant sample
material for additional elemental analysis relevant to kimberlite
exploration. AKD will also enjoy immediate access to the ground as a
result of the landholder agreements Dominion has in place with
farmers. Dominion will retain responsibility for liaison with local
farmers and landowners. Native Title is not expected to be an issue
as the land is predominantly freehold farmland.

The terms of the joint venture allow for AKD to earn an 80% interest
in the diamond rights by expending $500,000 over a three year period,
with a minimum expenditure of $100,000 within the first twelve
months.

This Agreement provides AKD with exploration access to the under-
explored but vastly prospective southern portion of the Yilgarn
block. AKD will benefit from the work done and the comprehensive
database created by Dominion in its quest for gold in the project
area, while Dominion will gain an exposure to diamond exploration and
access to additional exploration databases.

Bereits im Dezember-Quartal wurde der Kauf der
Mt Monger Verarbeitungsanlage, die zum Challenger Projekt
transportiert und dort aufgebaut wurde, gemeldet.
Das Challenger Projekt soll in der 1. Stufe
105.000 oz. für 20 Monate produzieren. Anschl.
geht der Abbau in die Untertageproduktion über.
Im 2. halbjahr 2002 soll es losgehen ( Evtl. Aug.
Sept.)

ist, besteht noch Kurspotenzial.

Gold soeben über 312 $. Höchstkurs lag über 313 $.

Ich kenne Anleger, die liegen mit Macmin
und General Gold ganz schön in der Sch...

Aber Dominion Mining und Emperor laufen wie
geschmiert.

Zudem neue Höchststände bei Newmont, Anglogold
usw.

Gold auf dem Weg, um 320 bis 325 $ zu erreichen,
anschl. Anstieg auf 400 $ vorläufig.

USA bis 30.6.02 zahlungsunfähig. Schon gelesen??

in die obigen Werte.
Da Climax sowie Metex doch noch länger zum Anstieg
benötigen.

Was ist eigentlich aus deinen Spinifex geworden, oder aus Bank Bali, oder aus My Casino, oder aus Menzies, oder aus Western Metals, oder General Electrik, oder Climax, oder Investika oder oder oder..... diese Liste koennte man noch Stunden lang fortfuehren.

Noch blinder geht es nun wirklich nicht.

Natuerlich erwischt man bei sovielen Empfehlungen auch mal eine Aktie die 10 % steigt wie z.B. Emperor. aber im grossen und ganzen sind Deine Empfehlunger, Schrott.

Geh nicht gleich durch die Decke.

Nachdem viele bei Ecat bis 1000 % realisiert haben,
bei Dominion, Emperor , Durban, selbst der Nachkauf
bei Climax brachte über 100%, Anglogold, Newmont
fast alle 100% und mehr, so kann man selbst bei
Trading noch in den vorgenannten Werten von
dem Board-Mießmacher noch Gewinne machen.

Der Boardmießmacher hat solche Luschen wie Macmin
und Otter Gold usw. im Depot. Es tut mir wirklich
leid, aber Looser muß es in diesem Geschäft auch
geben.

Im Moment setze ich neben dem Goldbereich nur
auf Jumbo WKN 850269. Die werden noch kommen.
170% seit 29.6.01 ist auch nicht von schlechten
Eltern.

Der Goldbereich wird allen noch grosse Freude
bereiten.
Per 29.6.02 sind die USA so gut wie pleite. Dazu
soll in Malaysia eine Goldmünze (Umlaufmünze)
geprägt werden.
Allein diese Tatsachen sorgen schon für steigende
Preise.

HIGHLIGHTS

DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHALLENGER PROJECT (SOUTH AUSTRALIA)

* Engineering design substantially advanced to ensure construction
schedule and capital costs can be met with process plant
commissioning scheduled for September 2002.

* Refurbishment of plant at Mt Monger on track to synchronise with
the on-site timetable.

* Purchase of tanks and other infrastructure located at Horseshoe
Lights has been finalised. Refurbishment and relocation to Challenger
planned for next quarter.

* Work at Challenger site started - key components on schedule with
reverse osmosis plant commissioned to provide potable water supply;
village units being delivered and survey plan completed for
processing plant, village and the open pit.

* Borefield wells completed.

* Cooks Construction appointed as Mining Contractor. Personnel and
mining fleet mobilised to site at the end of the quarter. The
pre-strip commenced in April.

* Grade control drilling completed. New results from the grid pattern
coverage to a vertical depth of 15 metres include 8 metres grading
8.27 g/t gold, 9 metres grading 40.98 g/t and 8 metres grading
14.80 g/t gold. There is now an indication that some of the high
grade structures extend closer to surface than previously thought.

* Experienced key personnel, including site Project Manager and
Resident Manager appointed.

EXPLORATION PROJECTS

* Intersections including 6 metres grading 42.5 g/t gold, 6 metres
grading 15.9 g/t gold, 2.4 metres grading 87.4 g/t gold and 4 metres
grading 13.7 g/t gold confirm continuity of high grade shoots beneath
the planned Challenger open pit.

* An unrelated intersection of 4 metres grading 82.4 g/t gold
indicates extension of a new shallow, high grade zone adjacent to,
but outside of, the planned Challenger open pit.

* Afmeco Mining and Exploration Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Cogema
France, has reached agreement with Dominion to earn a 75% interest in
Dominion`s Bulgunnia tenement in the Gawler Craton, South Australia
by spending $1.5 million to explore for Olympic Dam style
copper-gold-uranium deposits.

* Further exploration, including drilling, is planned to evaluate an
Olympic Dam analogue gravity anomaly within the Labyrinth tenement
(MIM Joint Venture), in the Gawler Craton.

* Extensive prospective structural target zones confirmed by initial
shallow drilling at the Emu Hill and South Kulin gold geochemical
anomalies (South West Yi1garn Project).

CORPORATE

* Cash position at the end of the quarter of $11.6 million.

Hallo Manfred, lass Dich von den negativen Kommentaren nicht beirren. Mir gefallen Deine Beiträge, selbst wenn auch schon einiges bekannt ist, sind doch immer wieder mal Meldungen dabei, die sehr informativ sind.
Würde vorschlagen, daß diejenigen die etwas gegen Deine Beiträge haben, doch einfach diese nicht zu lesen brauchen.

DISCOVERY

Following the development of a geochemical technique that would allow
a quick reconnaissance of such a vast area, Dominion, as manager of
the Gawler Joint Venture, began calcrete sampling its, by then, large
land holding on 1.6 kilometre centres. The Challenger anomaly was
located during this initial survey with a calcrete sample assaying
180 ppb Au. Detailed sampling enhanced this result to 620 ppb Au. The
anomaly at > 100 ppb Au was in the order of 250 metres in diameter
and at > 30 ppb Au measured 1.2 kilometres x 500 metres (Fig 2).

An east-west angle RAB traverse intersected values of 12 metres @ 4.4
g/t Au and 28 metres averaging 5.9 g/t Au. Further angle RAB drilling
confirmed the lode orientation and resource drilling commenced. The
Challenger area (10 kilometre radius) has seen a total of 158,000
metres of drilling completed, comprising:

84,000 metres RAB
60,000 metres RC
12,000 metres Diamond
2,000 metres Aircore

The initial Challenger discovery was made for $1.5 million and in all
Gawler Craton exploration the Gawler Joint Venture spent $19 million.

GEOLOGY AND MINERALISATION

The Challenger lode systems are contained within a feldspar, quartz,
corderite, garnet, biotite variation of the Christie gneiss. Age
dating indicates that peak metamorphism of the host rock was 2445 +/-
32 ma and it appears that the mineralisation was post this event.

The high grade coarse gold mineralisation at Challenger is found
within and adjacent to coarse grained quartz, feldspar, garnet,
biotite veins and is associated with minor disseminations of
arsenopyrite, loellingite and pyrrhotitie. Bismuth minerals,
tellurides, chalcopyrite, pentlandite and sphalerite are also present
in small concentrations.

The mineralisation occurs within defined shoots which generally have
short strike lengths but are very consistent and elongated down
plunge. This consistency is supported by the fact that every drill
section has intersected the mineralisation over a down plunge
distance of 800 metres (Fig. 3).

RESOURCE - RESERVES

The resource has been extensively drilled (10m sections) to a
vertical depth of 150 metres and wide spaced drilling (50m sections)
has then defined the lodes to a vertical depth of 400 metres.

Some of the better intersections from the shallow resource area are
tabulated below:

33 metres @ 9.3 g/t Au (307);
19 metres @ 22.5 g/t Au (427);
12 metres @ 17.9 g/t Au (214);
14.4 metres a 24.3 g/t Au (350);
53.88 metres @ 38.8 g/t Au (2090);
13 metres @ 18.2 g/t Au (236);
18 metres a 16.3 g/t Au (293);
16 metres a 16.0 g/t Au (256);
12 metres @ 56.0 g/t Au (672); and
14 metres @ 21.3 g/t Au (298).

These intersections demonstrate the high grade nature of the upper
part of the Challenger deposit and the lode geochemistry can be seen
from the cross section (Fig 4).

The resources within this area is 647,000 tonnes averaging 5.6 g/t
Au.

Intersections below this level include:
13.4 metres @ 26.0 g/t Au (348);
8.1 metres @ 13.06 g/t Au (105);
4.7 metres @ 30.87 g/t Au (145);
10.2 metres @ 20.8 g/t Au (212);
4.2 metres @ 47 g/t Au (197); and
12.0 metres @ 30.5 g/t Au (366).

The total resource to a vertical depth of 500 metres is 1,700,000
tonnes averaging 8.5 g/t Au.
