Die Pusher hat nicht der Mut zur "großen Schnauze" verlassen, sondern sie sind raus aus dem Wert. Jetzt hat Union rndlich die Möglichkeit sich "normal" zu entwickeln. Mit dem Aktionär werden wohl heute wieder ein paar Zocker rein, aber das ändert nichts an der langfristigen Top-Situation von Union. Und wenn die Adelong Angst erstmal verflogen ist, dann gibt es nur eine Richtung !!! Aber nicht wie bei Adelong in 2 Wochen und dann der brutale Absturz, sondern schön langsam, aber kontinuierlich. Die Cebit kommt bald... Wer heute nicht einsteigt wird sich in 3 Monaten ärgern. Aber 3 Monate für einige % sind heutzutage ja vielen viel zu lang. Good Trade

LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS

We enclose a notice of a general meeting of shareholders to be held
on Wednesday 15 March 2000 at 10 am at our office premises.

The purpose of the meeting is to seek shareholder ratification and
approval to a number of recent share placements announced between 13
December 1999 and 27 January 2000 which raised approximately $6.5
million for the Company.

The purpose of these placement share issues was to fund the Company`s
continuing investment in the Internet Technology Industry, the
Mehdiabad Zinc Project in Iran, and for working capital.

It is pleasing to note for Union shareholders and optionholders that
the Company`s share price has risen substantially from the lower
levels existing before early December 1999. These placements for your
approval were all made during the share price rise, at price levels
reflective at the time of their announcement.

It was opportune to raise funds via these placements as it took
advantage of the rising share price of the day and funds were raised
on short notice at minimal cost to your Company.

Union is now in a very strong cash position to further enhance the
value of its existing investments and to introduce now investments.

We also take the opportunity to enclose our latest Quarterly Report
and recent Stock Exchange announcements.

NOTICE OF MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of shareholders of Union
Capital Limited will be held at the registered office of the Company,
5th Floor, 67 St Paula Terrace, Spring Hill, Brisbane, Queensland on
Wednesday 15 March 2000 at 10.00 am (Brisbane time).

BUSINESS

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following as ORDINARY
RESOLUTIONS of the Company:

1. That in accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 7.4 of the
Official Listing Rules of the Australian Stock Exchange Ltd, and for
all other purposes, the shareholders ratify and approve the issue of
5,000,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company at an
issue price of 12 cents per share announced on 13 December 1999 to
clients of William Noal Limited of Perth.

N.B. In accordance with the provisions of the Listing Rules:-

(a) The shares to be issued have all the same rights and entitlements
as all other fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company;

(b) The purpose of the issue is to fund the Company`s continuing
investment in the Internet Technology Industry, and the Mehdiabad
Zinc Project in Iran and for working capital.

(c) The Company will disregard any votes cast on the resolution by:

* The recipients of the placement;

* Any person who, for the purpose of Division 2 of Part 1.2 of the
Corporations Law would be regarded as an associate of the recipients

It is cast by a person as proxy of a person who is entitled to vote

(b) The purpose of the issue is to fund the Company`s continuing
investment in the Internet Technology Industry, and the Mehdiabad

(c) The Company will disregard any votes cast on the resolution by:

* The recipients of the placement;

* Any person who, for the purpose of Division 2 of Part 1.2 of the
Corporations Law would be regarded as an associate of the recipients

as all other fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the

(b) The purpose of the issue is to fund the Company`s continuing
investment in the Internet Technology Industry, and the Mehdiabad
Zinc Project in Iran and for working capital.

(c) The Company will disregard any votes cast on the resolution by:

* The recipients of the placement;

* Any person who, for the purpose of Division 2 of Part 1.2 of the
Corporations Law would be regarded as an associate of the recipients

(a) The shares to be issued have all the same rights and entitlements
as all other fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the

(b) The purpose of the issue is to fund the Company`s continuing

an E50AMG: Danke für die Antwort. Ich beziehe den Aktionär nicht, ist er zu empfehlen? Da ich schon sehr viele andere Sachen lese (bin z. B. mit "Hanseatischer Börsendienst" sehr zufrieden; die haben z. B. 875732 Union Capital bei 0,16 empfohlen), muß ich mich aus zeitlichen Gründen etwas beschränken.

Also den Aktionär,würde ich dir sehr empfehlen.Ich selber habe schon viel geld nur mit Empfehlungen von"Der Aktionär" gemacht.Es gibt ja auch viele die sagen "so ein Schrottblatt" oder "Schweinebacke Förtsch" u.s.w. Aber was solls "Der Aktionär"(Förtsch)bewegt nun mal Kurse und das ist Tatsache.Ich gebe im jahr ca.3.000DM nur für Börsenbriefe,Zeitschriften aus z.B.(Platowbriefe,Neuer -Markt Inside,Der Aktionär,Mainvestor,Biotech Report u.s.w.)Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch noch Platow`s "Emerging Markets".z.B.Auf PCCW(kennst bestimmt)bin ich erst durch Platow`s Emerging Markets Empfehlung aufmerksam geworden,so hab ich noch damals 40.000stck zu 0,98€ ins Depot gelegt.

P.S.übrigens ein E50AMG ist sehr Empfehlenswert,super Auto mit hervorragender Fahrleistung

Wir haben Prokom (WKN 911 163) zu einem Kurs von 23 Euro ins Depot genommen. Die Indah Kiat (WKN 889 570) wurde zu 0,31 Euro das Stück veräußert. Ein Sonderfall ist Murata. Wir hatten am 20.1. das deutsche Zertifikat erworben, das unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat: +30%. Zum Stichtag 28.1. ist das Zertifikat ausgelaufen. Wir übernehmen dafür Murata-Aktien (WKN 853 657) zum gleichen Termin. Mit +7,5% hat sich die Performance unseres Depots in der vergangenen Woche sehr erfreulich entwik-kelt. Bei Gedeon Richter nehmen wir Gewinne mit und verkaufen den Wert. Stück
