The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of pSivida Corp. (the "Company") was held on December 11, 2014. The stockholders elected each of the Company's nominees for director, approved the stock option grant to the Company's Chief Executive Officer, approved the stock option grants to the Company's non-executive directors, ratified the issuance of common stock to funds affiliated with RA Capital in March 2014 and under the Company's ATM facility in December 2013, approved, on an advisory basis, the Company's 2014 executive compensation and ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2015. Ist doch jedes Jahr das gleiche.
Dort wird definitiv nichts neues rauskommen.
Psivida wird an seiner Informationspolitik nichts ändern.

Wann geht es denn heute mit der HV los?

Psivida und Alimera haben sich im gestrigen Umfeld ja ganz gut gehalten.
Heute HV bei Psivida.
Mal sehen, ob dabei etwas Neues herauskommt. Beim überfliegen der Einladung hatte ich den Eindruck, dass hauptsächlich die Vergütungen in Form von Cash und Optionen behandelt werden.
Aber wer weiß?
