Xynergy Corp. Reports Recent Developments



BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 31, 2004--Xynergy Corp. (OTC:XYNY) announced today several recent developments. Xynergy CEO Raquel Zepeda stated: "First, I would like to thank all of our shareholders for their support through the year 2004 which was incredibly challenging. Now, I`d like to wish everyone a very safe and happy New Year. I believe that 2005 will be very good for Xynergy, for the following reasons."

On December 21, 2004 Xynergy filed its first quarter 10QSB, the second quarter 10QSB is expected to be filed within the next seven days, as such management expects that it will reach a non-delinquent filing status prior to January 31, 2005. At that point, the Company will take the necessary steps to restore its listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.

On Monday, December 27, the Company filed an 8KA reporting its cancellation of the acquisition of Indigo Technologies, Inc. As stated in the report, certain contingencies set for October 31, 2004 were not met. However, per the 504D offering (See Exhibit 10.42, 1.1 in 8K of August 23), Xynergy was able to raise some capital to produce cosmetics products for its upcoming Raquel of Beverly Hills infomercial. As of January 1, 2005, Xynergy corporate headquarters will be in Florida at the following address: 18851 NE 29th Ave., Suite 700, Aventura, FL 33180. Wie gesagt - ein Zock, bin bereits vor Wochen aufgrund dieses Re-Listing rein allerdings bei 0.0045
