Das sehe ich auch so! Hab´ mal kurz reingeschaut.
Kurze Zusammenfassung:
MK: $ 17 Mio.
Unzen Gold: 960.000
in-ground-value: 18 $/oz
Das ist sehr günstig bei grades von 4-6 g/t
JV-Anteil für BLG wenn Gold Fields voll einsteigt: 40%
in-ground-value bei 40%: 44 $/oz
Das wäre immer noch günstig, da Gold Fields Explorationskosten bis zu $ 40 Mio. übernehmen wird für den 60%-Anteil.
Mit Gold Fields als Partner sehe ich eine gute Chance dafür, dass die Goldprojekte von BLG zur Produktionsreife entwickelt werden.
Wird der JV-Vertrag genehmigt und ratifiziert, wäre BLG m. E. völlig anders zu betrachten, als in der Vergangenheit.
Meine Meinung: Spekulativer Kauf mit Verdoppelungschance bis 2013!
Risiken: Diverse, da BLG immer noch ein Explorer ist!

es war sogar noch schlimmer, ein Mitarbeiter in verantwortlicher Position von BLG hat die BE frisiert! Ob nun aus eigenem Interesse, Unachstsamkeit oder auf Befehl des MM wird wohl nie eindeutig geklärt werden. Das Verfahren ist aber beendet und die Sache damit zu den Akten gelegt. Die Ressourcen sind nun bisher mit 917,000 uncen definiert.
Alles sehr langwierig und undurchsichtig bei BLG bisher, obwohl die Story gut klang und das Explorationsgebiet sehr vielversprechend war.
Wie auch immer, durch den Einstieg von Gold Fields ist jetzt genügend cash in der Kasse, um die Sache vielleicht doch noch zu einem guten Ende zu bringen für BLG. Vorerst keine weiter Verwässerungen mehr durch PP´s. Allerdings ist der Preis den man dafür bezahlt, nämlich viele Prozente vom Flagschiff Bear Lake auch ganz schön schmerzhaft, aber umsonst gibt es halt nichts! Swansea kann man meiner Meinung nach vergessen, die BE waren enttäuschend, aber wer weiß, vielleicht macht Gold Field noch was daraus.
Denke schon, dass Gold Fields nicht mal eben so ein paar Mio in ein aussichtloses Projekt investiert, sondern dass da schon fundierte Erkenntnisse dahinter stecken.
Abwarten und beobachten was daraus wird.

Hallo aaahhh,
bei Bear Lake Gold ging es doch in den tiefen Fall mit dem Aktienkurs nachdem bekannt geworden war, dass die NI-Ressourcen nicht stimmten (soweit meine Erinnerung). Gibt es denn inzwischen ein revidiertes NI-Gutachten?

Bear Lake and Gold Fields enter into an Option and Joint Venture Agreement to acquire 60% of the Larder Lake Gold Project

April 10, 2012. Bear Lake Gold Ltd. (TSX.V: BLG) (the "Company" or "Bear Lake") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an option and joint venture agreement with Gold Fields Abitibi Corporation, a 100% subsidiary of Gold Fields Limited ("Gold Fields"). Subject to certain conditions, Gold Fields has the option to earn an interest of up to 60% on the Company's 100%-held Bear Lake, Cheminis and Fernland properties and on the 75%-held Swansea property (the "Projects") by sole funding $40 million in exploration and development expenditures on the Projects. The Projects are part of the Company's Larder Lake gold project located in northeastern Ontario.
Gold Fields can earn an initial 51% interest by spending $25 million on the Projects over a period of 36 months, including a firm commitment of $5 million during the first 12 months. Gold Fields can earn an additional 9% interest by spending a further $15 million over a period of 24 months following the initial term. If a development decision is made, Bear Lake will have the option to finance its share of the development costs through a loan arranged by Gold Fields with it receiving an additional 5% interest in the Projects against the payment of a nominal strike price. If the Company arranges its own financing, it will retain a 40% interest in the Projects.
Gold Fields will manage all field work during the option period. A steering committee including two representatives of each of Bear Lake and Gold Fields will be formed to oversee the exploration work and review the work programs during this period. If Gold Fields exercises the option, it will be the operator of the resulting joint venture.
The transaction is subject to Gold Fields completing its due diligence enquiries by May 21, 2012 and Bear Lake obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals including the TSX Venture Exchange approval. If required, the transaction will be submitted for approval at the general and special meeting of Bear Lake shareholders scheduled to be held on May 23, 2012. The board of directors of Bear Lake has unanimously approved the transaction.

Großer Kopf - kleine Schultern? Wenn ja, wehe wenn die Nackenlinie bricht. Muss man die nächsten Wochen gut beobachten. Ich gehe zwar bei den großen Indizes nur von moderaten Korrektueren aus - z.B. Dax worstcase ~6350. Aber der Venture Index muss dann wirklich die ~1350-1400 halten. Sonst haben die Rohstoff-Aktien echt ein Problem.

Die könnte man sich mal anschauen. Ist ein Low Cap. Wert (~4,5mCAD). Kamen vor kurzem mit Bohergebnissen. Die gefallen mir ganz gut.

Properties in Kanada. Relativ unauffällige Firma, sieht man u.a. auch in den mangelnden Aktualisierungen auf der Homepage. Aber aus denen könnte was werden.
