Henry Siegel Resigns as Chairman & CEO of Kaleidoscope Media Group
NEW YORK, May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- the Board of Directors of Kaleidoscope Media Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KMGG and Frankfurt Stock Exchange: BNN) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Henry Siegel as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Siegel resigned in order to pursue other opportunities in the entertainment industry. He will continue to consult with the company on a number of projects that were initiated during his tenure. The Board expressed its appreciation to Mr. Siegel for his dedication to the development of the Company.

The Board also accepted the resignation of Paul Siegel as a Director of the Company. Mr. Siegel resigned in order to dedicate his full attention to the growth of Creative Crafts, a company which he founded several years ago.

The Board named Micky Hyman, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hyman stated: ``I have enjoyed working with both Henry and Paul and look forward to being able to call upon Henry`s knowledge of the industry as the company continues to grow and prosper.

Ich muss sagen ich finde das positiv.
Siegel hat die Shareholder die ganze Zeit angelogen und ich sehe ihn als "Altlast".

Bin froh wenn wir allen ueberfluessigen Muell ueber Bord werfen.

Jetzt kanns richtig losgehen..mit einem Micky Hyman der wohl bisher die Wahrheit gesagt hat und
der erstmal kompetent erscheint.

Mal sehen wies weitergeht.
