I spoke with 2 people today in regards to relisting of AEG. The following is
what i was able to find out.

1. AEG will relist first week of september sometime with the latest date
being 9th september and will probably trade for 2 days in Australia before
germany starts trading.

Their has not been any stock transferred back to australia from germany. The
overhang of the rights issue was actually a non event and hardly a cause for
concern. Only people with australian postal address was able to participate.


The company is currently doing due diligence on a couple of more investments
with an outcome to be decided shortly.

The company has a lot of cash sitting in the wings waiting for the right
deals to walk in the door. Actually the directors are currently overseas at
the momment. Not in germany either.

Also 60% of the rights issue shortfall was taken up in the public offer and
all other stock was bought by the sub underwriting commitee. I am on a short
list for some stock if any of the sub underwriters decide to pull out. At
20cents with a free attaching option IS A BARGAIN IMO.(gee i hope i get a
phone call)

Dont panic AEG will be ok on relisting maynot trade at $1.49 but i dont
think it will be as bad as people think.

Logic will prevail. How many shares were traded above 80 cents australian in
germnay and here. The whole of the company changed hands twice probably so i
cant see poeple selling out at such huge losses. Their is no tax reason to
do so now like their may have been pre end of june.

Those that bought at higher prices will make the difference up in the floats
that AEG will get priority in with the investments that they make.

So all the knockers baggers and down rampers cause thats all you are go
somewhere else or atleast come up with some solid facts to base your
statements on.

Id have expected more from you MRmister after all the bagging pcr has taken
here and you being an avid supporter of PCR id have thought bagging stocks
with out facts would not be your style.

dein Bericht ist interessant, ich könnte mir auch gut vorstellen, daß es so eintreffen wird. Nur woher will man den Relisting Termin nehmen?
Die Glaubwürdigkeit dieses Artikel solltest du noch irgendwie untermauer, vielleicht noch etwas zu den Quellpersonen schreiben.

auf jeden fall ist der typ schlecht informiert oder hat schlicht schlecht recherchiert, denn ich für meinen fall konnte prima partizipieren an der KE, ihr doch auch, oder?

es hat den anschein, daß im copper board ähnlich heisse luft ausgedünstet wird, wie hier in W.O.!

Du hast da was falsch verstanden! In dem Text steht lediglich, daß die überbleibenden Anteile
(also die, die nicht durch das Bezugsrecht erworben wurden) nur von in Australien ansässigen
Personen gekauft werden können. Die Tatsache, daß Du an der KE teilnehmen konntest, hat NICHTS
damit zu tun.

Also die heiße Luft entstammt doch eher Deinen Worten.......

Vorher sicher nie wieder.................oder er legt selbst Hand an !!!!! Aber als Armamputierter wird es Ihm sicher schwerfallen. Und die Armprotesen sind leider nicht Gefühlsecht......:-)
