Geschäftskurzübersicht: Die Firma ID Four setzt sich aus mehreren Geschäftsbereichen zusammen. 1.TLCO SOFTWARE, 2. Bing Software, 3. Chumbo Mini Store, 4. 1800 Free Software, 5. Pay to Play Online! Im wesentlichen wird, bis auf Nummer 5, hauseigene und fremde Software entwickelt und vertrieben. Pay to Play Online ist eine Spielseite wo gegeneinander online gespielt werden kann. Nach firmeneigenen Angaben gibt es bei Pay2play 100.000 Mitglieder die für eine Jahresgebühr von 90$ online spielen!
Diese ist aber an eine andere Firma "verleast" und bringt zwischen 10 und 20% der Einnahmen!
Für Aufregung sorgte kürzlich die Bekanntgabe das man ein "Frühwarnsystem" für Stromausfälle entwickelt hat. Speziell Kalifornien sorgte in der Vergangenheit durch sein veraltetes E Netz und wegen der latenten Energieknappheit immer wieder mit Stromausfällen für Schlagzeilen. Der Governeur erklärte daraufhin diesen Umstand zur "Chefsache" und setzte eine Frist bis zum 15 Juni um dieses Problem zu beseitigen. Trotz intensiver Suche fand sich anscheinend kein Mitbewerber der eine ähnliche Software auf Lager hatte!
IDFR scheint also mit ihrem Stromausfall-Frühwarn-System konkurenzlos zu sein! In letzter Zeit wurde noch bekanntgegeben, das IDFR sich mittels einer Fusion mit einem OTC Firmenmantel vom "non reporting" Status in den "fully reporting" Status begeben wird. Danach wird sich zeigen, ob die firmeneigenen Angaben: Schuldenfreiheit und Gewinnzone den Tatsachen entsprechen! Setzt man voraus das die Angaben von IDFR stimmen, so müsste bereits mit der Pay2play Division ein Umsatz von ca 0,9-1,8 Mil$ erwirtschaftet werden. Weiters gab man bekannt das ein Vertrag mit AOL unterzeichnet wurde um 5 Mil CD´s zu vertreiben auf denen AOL 6.0 mit 700 "Freistunden" Internetzugangzu finden ist! Weitere Strategische Partner sind: Apollo Printers [eine Divisionvon HP], Corel, Invision Software, und viele andere. Die letzte News war das am eine kleine "Videostreaming" Firma um 3,5 Mil$ übernommen hat, wobei ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen wurde, das man für diesen Deal keine neuen Aktien aufgelegt hat, was in ähnlich gearteten Fällen meist der Fall ist. Damit hat man eine Aktien-Dillution vermieden.



persönliche Einschätzung: Neben den sicherlich lukrativen Geschäften die IDFR zur Zeit tätigt liegt die Hauptphantasie sicherlich in dem Stromausfall-Frühwarn-System. Eine prominente Fürsprecherin findet IDFR in der kalifornischen Senatorin Dede Alpert, die sich bereits für das IDFR System ausgesprochen hat. Mit den großen Stromversorgern gibt es ebenfalls schon Gespräche.
Die Vorteile eines solchen Frühwarnsystems, das jeder Benutzer auf seinem PC installieren kann, sind unschätzbar! Polizei, Feuerwehr und Rettung werden schon vorher in Alarmbereitschaft gesetzt. Danach erfolgt die Benachrichtigung der anderen "User". Fahrstühle können geräumt werden, Notstromgeräte können noch überprüft und in Bereitschaft gestellt werden, Daten können gesichert werden uvm. Der Alarm wird aus verschiedenen Faktoren erzeugt. Witterung, Auslastung des Stromnetzes, Tageszeit, Wochentag uvm.

Die Software kostet für den Endverbraucher nichts..Ausserdem ist eine Gliederung nach Postleitzahlen vorgesehen und eine Tornado Warnung und eine Flugverspätungswarnung wurde zusätzlich includiert.

Nach einem ersten "Run" nach Bekanntgabe der News, wobei sich IDFR innerhalb weniger Tage verachtfachte gibt es z.Z. Gewinnmitnahmen! Bei Vertragsabschluß mit den Stromversorgern und mit dem Staat Kalifornien KÖNNTE sich ein solch gewaltiger Anstieg in kürzester Zeit ihn gleicher Weise wiederholen, oder sogar übertroffen werden!

Roger Pawsen, der CEO von IDFR, hat sich in der Vergangenheit als sehr zuverlässlich erwiesen! Ihm ist zuzutrauen, das er die News "Vertragsabschluß mit den Energieversorgern" und IDFR wird zur fully reporting company" zeitlich so geschickt setzt, das ein Anstieg in die Nähe von 70C oder mehr möglich ist!

Viele Shells (Firmenmäntel), aber auch ausländische Aktien (LUKOY)erkennt man an dem Y zum Schluß, Firmen die sich im Chapter 11 befinden (SSAXQ) erkennt man am Q zum Schluß!

Alles in Allem ein abenteuerliches Sammelsurium!

dual wird quotiert, wenn sich ein Pinksheetswert durch Abgabe eines Filings, das von der SEC akzeptiert wird wieder an die OTC begiebt! Oder auch durch Fusion mit einer fully reporting Shell, was meist einfaher ist, da die Bestimmungen für ein Relisting sehr genau sind!

IDFR scheint mir aber auch ohne die News, die da hoffentlich kommen, mit einer Marktkapitalisierung von knapp unter 1.000.000 Dollar total unterbewertet, wenn die co. denn tatsächlich schuldenfrei ist und profitabel arbeitet. Dementsprechend ist ein Einstieg jetzt nach den Gewinnmitnahmen mit relativ geringen Risiken verbunden. Welche Deadline aber exisitert für die Stromversorger jetzt tatsächlich? Du hattest von einer Frist bis zum 15. Juni gesprochen! Den Relistungsprozeß halte ich übrigens für zeitlich nicht steuerbar, wir haben zusammen bei DNAP erlebt, wie sich das das Verfahren in die Länge ziehen kann (auch wenn dort zugegebenermaßen die Shell weniger clean aussah!).

IDFR hat nicht einfach eine Notify-Software entwickelt, sondern eine "Real Time Pre-emptive problem solving technology", für die jetzt die verschiedensten Anwendungsfälle infrage kommen. Nur diese Art, wie hier präventiv Problem erkannt und gemeldet werden, scheint - nach IDFR Angaben - den Anforderungen zu genügen, die vom Staat Californien an ein Frühwarnsystem gestellt werden. Außerdem scheint mir auf dem aktuellen Niveau eine Bodenbildung erfolgt zu sein. ....gigantisch ist das es wahrscheinlich jeder PC in Cal installieren wird der mit dem I-net verbunden ist!
Durch diese Programm werden ihre Freeware CD´s so reissenden Absatz finden, das die 5 Mil AOL CD´s im Nu weg sein werden! Wie das Prämiensystem funktioniert, darüber gibt es keine genaueren Angaben, dennoch wird es für IDFR sicherlich sehr profitabel sein!

Möglicherweise müssen die Energeilieferanten auch noch bezahlen oder der Staat Cal selbst! Darüber wird aber noch Stillschweigen gehalten!

Im Endeffekt werden wir Aufschluß über die finanzielle Situation erst 1/4 Jahr nach dem Relisting bekommen!

ist IDFR eine Perle im Pinksheetssumpf? Die Zukunft wird es weisen!


Allein der Kauf der Streamingfirma um 3,5 Mil$ die schon einen 1,5Mil Dollar Auftrag im Gepäck mitbringen ist schon ein Hammer.Ausbaufähig!!!

SDG&E spreads word of looming blackouts

While power supplies dwindled and the likelihood of blackouts loomed, San Diego Gas & Electric Co. for the first time yesterday was able to warn customers in advance that they might go dark.

Under increasing pressure from businesses and residents, SDG&E launched a new system to notify customers by pager and e-mail whenever the state declares supply emergencies that might lead to blackouts.

Some 5,000 customers signed up for the warnings, which ended up being false alarms by midafternoon when the Independent System Operator, which manages the state`s electricity grid, was able to find enough megawatts to avoid the first blackouts since May.

"This at least gives people the opportunity to make a switch over to backup generation, to power down essential equipment or to back up critical files,"SDG&E spokesman Ed Van Herik said.

"It`s definitely an improvement, but we`ll certainly look for ways to increase the effectiveness of the notification process."

Even so, the warnings from SDG&E came barely an hour before the ISO was expected to issue a Stage 3 power alert, meaning that demand had climbed to within 1.5 percent of available supplies. As it turned out, the state never rose above a Stage 2 alert.

As the threat of blackouts continues to vex state power officials, early warnings about potential outages have become a key issue for businesses and residents who rely on uninterrupted service.

During blackouts earlier this year, darkened traffic lights caused numerous accidents, people were stranded in elevators and business owners complained of losses that could have been minimized.

"Regular notification is a good idea," said Samuel Ingersoll-Weng of the San Diego Community Technology Group, which works with hundreds of local organizations to promote computer literacy.

"It would be very helpful in terms of scheduling staff, canceling or holding classes and also to protect equipment from power spikes or suddenly being shut off," he said.

For most of the year, SDG&E was telephoning a small number of such customers on mornings they worried that demand for electricity might exceed supplies.

But the problem is that when orders to pull megawatts from the grid come from the ISO, the utility has only minutes to cut supplies and there has been little time to warn people they may lose power.

Yesterday, SDG&E was told 90 minutes ahead of time that a Stage 3 warning would likely be called at 3 p.m. The company issued the mass e-mails and pages within 30 minutes.

Gov. Gray Davis announced plans this spring to provide neighborhoods 48-, 24-and 1-hour notices when blackout orders might be called. The ISO issued no such notice yesterday, when it came the closest it had in weeks to ordering blackouts.

Ratepayers interested in signing up to be notified early of potential blackouts can call the utility at (800) 411-SDGE.

I can answer a few of your questions, and I will research the one that I can`t
answer right now. As for our relisting, we are currently waiting for the SEC
to finish processing our forms. We expected them to be done sooner, but we
have turned in all of our forms, and now it is up to the SEC to process them in
due time. Hopefully we will hear from them shortly, and when we do, we will be
posting it on our website and letting all of our shareholders know.
I hope this answers a couple of your questions, and I will get back to you as
soon as I can answer the others!

Oh... and .028 or so per share?!?!?!?!?!? This company is rediculously undervalued!!!!!! 20 million shares float times .035 equals $560,000... Is that a reasonable market cap for a company that just signed a $1,500,000 contract and is PROFITABLE???

If IFDR clears $1,000,000 profit for the year on just what they have done so far without counting any potential contracts then their PE would be .44

PE-----price .028 divided by earnings .05 = PE of .56
to get the PE up to 10(which is a very consevative estimate) then IDFR would need to be trading at .50 that is why I believe that we will be up between .30 and .50 soon!!!!!!!!!!!

Lock your shares up so that they can not be borrowed against by placing a GTC sell order in at say $5-----seeing that the longs hold about 15,000,000 shares(3/4 of the outstanding shares) of the float this will help support the stock price.

Only a matter of time.

ID Four Enters Negotiations To Merge TLCO Software and Acquire Controlling Interest in Fully Reporting Trading Shell

SAN DIEGO, Aug 22, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The Board of Directors today announced ID Four Ltd. (OTC: IDFR), is in negotiations to merge its TLCO Software division with a fully reporting trading entity, of which ID Four will have controlling Interest.
The deal for TLCO Software is in excess of $4M and the proceeds will belong to ID Four LTD, the Parent Company of TLCO.

The agreement also includes ID Four`s CEO and CFO as members of the board of the new entity in the same capacity.

Due to the terms of the NDA the name of the Fully Reporting Entity cannot be released at this time, however upon signed completion of the contracts both companies will issue a detailed joint press release.

Both companies are trying to finalize the deal as soon as possible.

Haelts du IDFR noch immer fuer eine tolle Moeglichkeit???
Ich spiele mich mit dem Gedanken mit ein wenig Spielgeld einzusteigen, aber bei Firmen die erst vor kurzem einen run hatten bin ich vorsichtig - wiederholt sich nicht so oft!

Ich halte IDFR noch immer für ein gutes Investment, da sich die Verhandlungen mit den großen Elektrizitätsgesellschaften leider, oder gottseidank so lange hinziehen!

Da geht es um Geld, um was sonst! Der Service dürfte wahrscheinlich für die E Werke nicht ganz billig sein! (nur eine Vermutung von mir)

Die anderen Details wie Schuldenfreiheit, die übernommene Streamingfirma mit Aufträgen von mehreren Mil $, der separate Börsengang von TLCO usw sind alles Signale für ein gutes Investment!

Natürlich weiß man bei Pinks nie so genau wie man dran ist!

Wenn uns IDFR nicht belogen hat habe ich seinerzeit eine gute Aktie gekauft!

August 29 2001.The due diligence being performed by ID Four`s SEC Attorney`s on the fully reporting trading shell which ID Four is planning to merge it`s TLCO Software division in to, has revealed no significant negative issues.

Both companies are trying to expedite the closing of the merger, which will significantly benefit all parties involved.

Upon satisfactory completion of the due diligence the remaining steps will include: The signing of the letter of intent and then the final contract along with the amended Board of Directors appointments.

Wenn die Kurse genau beobachtet kontolliert hatte konnte man die manipulation sehen meiner meinung nach!

Sicherlich läuft nicht alles nach Plan bei IDFR aber dafür ist es ebend ein Pinksheet Wert und dafür bekommen wir eigentlich viele gute Infos von der Seite und von Roger selber!

was mir so die Tage in den Sinn gekommen ist - die prügeln den Kurs bis aufs tiefste was geht runter und kaufen sich die Shell dann zu nem Spottpreis auf - machen die Fussion und haben einen Prima Start -- ABER mit nem anderen Unternehmen !!! Und unsere Abfindung bzw. ... ist lachhaft niedrig !!

I caught Roger working in the office yesterday and asked how the merger was going and he said great, that there had been one small delay, and he expected it to be cleared up right away. He was disappointed he was unable to release the PR last week as he had hoped but was working overtime to get every `t` crossed and `i` dotted!

So I have set a new timetable for myself and hope for the best!

Der Bid/Ask Spread bei CYSI ist wahnsinnig groß! 0,2/0,6! Nichts desto trotz will anscheinend jemand unbedingt CYSI shares! Je höher der Kurs von CYSI desto höher müßte auch der Kurs von IDFR sein weil CYSI ein 100% Assest von IDFR sein wird!

Hi Board! Looks like we have formed a slightly higher base as we wait for the next news release. I am hoping it is some information on CYSI so current and potential investors can guage just what we have in CYSI... as a stock dividend AND as an asset (IDFR`s 80% equity ownership of CYSI).

Pieces of the puzzle are falling into place... new investors are taking large share positions... we are getting ready to continue to move upward until something really powerful lights the fuse and AWAY WE GO!!! lol

By the way... I did catch Roger on the fly and he did confirm the 400M authorized shares. I was wrong yesterday but believed it was only 100M shares. He said the authorized shares are irrelevant... it is the issued shares that are important and said that information would be out soon!

Gotta head back to the office but just stopped in to see how we did today. Stable... not a bad close! Upcoming news will continue to move us upward! And remember... who is really going to sell at this price when they just have to wait another 10 days to qualify for the CYSI stock dividend!!!

ID Four Announces Merger Proposal

SAN DIEGO, Dec 7, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ID Four Ltd. (OTCBB:IDFR) today announced the proposed merger of assets with IDC Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:IDCG).
ID Four`s president announced today that the board of directors have entered negotiations to merge the assets of ID Four with IDC Technologies Inc., in an effort to create a new larger Technology Holding Company.

The merger of the two companies would create a more defined share structure for shareholders of ID Four, with IDC Technologies becoming the surviving entity.

ID Four currently holds substantial assets and holdings in other technology companies including Cyberfast Systems Inc. (OTCBB:CYSI).

The proposed merger subject to all parties` agreement would be effective in January 2002, and shareholders of record would receive IDCG stock in exchange for ID Four stock at the relative market values on the agreed date of execution.

IDC Technologies is currently a voluntary reporting Pink Sheet company, and upon satisfactory completion of the merger would file a 15C-211 to return to fully reporting status.

IDC Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:IDCG) is a newly developed technology company which plans to acquire smaller companies in the communications sector creating a network of profitable subsidiaries along with research and development for advanced communications. IDC plans to launch the new Web site www.idctek.com in the near future.

I just talked with David he will be issuing a PR later this morning, clarifying the fact the effective distribution date [As per original PR] is Dec 28th.2001

LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 2001--Cyberfast Systems Inc. (OTCBB:CYSI) today announced the 2002, full year financial outlook ending Dec. 31, 2002.
After the introduction of the newly acquired IDC technology, revenue growth for the first quarter is expected to be in line with the company`s projections. Increased revenues will come from the existing Fortune 500 partners and the recent acquisition of TLCO Software.
The company now expects revenues in the second quarter of 2002 to be approximately $10 million compared to first quarter 2002 revenues of $4 million. The reduced revenue in the first quarter is due to the reorganization of the company and the revised business plan, which now focuses on intelligent technology communication solutions.
Second and third quarters will increase in the rate of new customer installations, as a result of the direct marketing campaigns, such as the company`s Discovery CD programs, which are targeted to reach over five million end users. Additional installations and revenues will be generated from the Interprise Strategic Partner programs. The combined introduction of the Interprise and Discovery programs is expected to generate revenues in excess of $15 million in the third quarter.
The company expects revenues for the full year to be approximately $50 million, with gross margins to be approximately 25-30% percent. Cyberfast is currently operating without venture capital proceeds and plans to continue with the same financial model throughout 2002. Future capital that may be required for technology advancements and future acquisitions will be raised from within the organization`s capitalization structure.
Cyberfast`s management team remains optimistic about the overall market and corporate expansion, even though market conditions are certainly more challenging than they were last year.

hoffen kann man mehr nicht bisher hat idfr und cysi nichts auf die reihe bekommen außer zu lügen und betrügen!

LA JOLLA, Calif., Jan 31, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cyberfast Systems Inc. (CYSI, Trade) today announced that the company`s Form 211 had been filed on Jan. 23, 2002.

The acceptance of the Form 211 filing will reinstate the company back to Bulletin Board status.

The company anticipates that upon reinstatement Cyberfast Systems Inc., will warrant greater attention from some of the larger companies who are currently reviewing Cyberfast`s Silverado software technology. Additionally, the company`s management anticipates the reinstatement will help in future funding and possible acquisitions, along with additional future funding opportunities from Cyberfast`s largest shareholder ID Four Ltd. (IDFR, Trade).

Cyberfast Systems Inc., located in La Jolla, Calif. is a software technology development and marketing company focused on the Intelligent Internet Technology sector. Eins muß man sagen bei CYSI hält sich die Vergrößerung des Freefloats noch in Grenzen.
Bin aber trotzdem überzeugt das es bereits an die 45Mil Aktien ausgegeben sind!
