(OTC BB:XAID.OB - News) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a License granting the Company the world wide right to use, under its brand name, a patent-pending F.D.A. 510(K) cleared device to be utilized in a new diagnostic rapid-test product which will be announced in the near future.
According to the Company`s President, Robert Pautsch, "We are very excited by the granting to us of this license, which will enable Xact Aid to move forward with the development of a new diagnostic product targeting the sexually transmitted disease ("STD") marketplace."
