Hallo erik!
Gute Zahlen. Aber, wie ich in dem anderen Thread schon geschrieben habe, ich halte die Aktie jetzt für fair bewertet. Der US-Chart hat zwar gestern ein Kaufsignal generiert, mit neuem Jahreshoch. Aber, ich würde den heutigen Nachmittag erstmal abwarten, ob nicht "sell on good news" kommt. Ausserdem ist zwischen 0,70 und 0,75$ eine ziemliche Widerstands-Zone.

Für fair bewertet halte ich dies Aktie nach diesen Zahlen nicht! Sieh doch mal die Steigerungen an! Wenn die weiter so verdienen, haben die bald keine Schulden mehr! Wirtschaften sich alles in die eigene Tasche! Mit dem Cash kann man sich vergrößern, usw!

Ich wäre dankbar, wenn meine anderen Aktien in meinem Depot so Zahlen liefern würden!

Du kennst die Firma sicher besser als ich. Ich hab mich heute morgen erstmal schnell "einlesen" müssen. Wenn Du davon ausgehst, dass die das Wachstumstempo beibehalten können, dann wäre natürlich schon noch Luft. Trotzdem wäre ich heute bischen vorsichtig. Könnte durchaus sein, dass ein Teil der Leute, die gestern vorgekauft haben heute Kasse machen wollen. Wichtig ist, ob die Aktie das gestrige Hoch von 0,70$ knackt in USA.

"sell on good news" glaube ich nicht. Wenn ich dass so alles zurück verfolgen kann, gabs hier keine bösen Überraschungen. Warum also dann runter oder seitwärts?

Ich war gestern selbst überrascht, wie schnell alles über 0,61$ weggekauft wurde! Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn es heute wieder so eine Performence gibt. Für die Tagestrayder wird es reichen.

Leider bin ich aber nicht Gott und werde später nach den Kursen schauen.

Komisch kommt mir vor, dass auf der Homepage unter IR keine Zahlen verfügbar sind.

Aber wer sucht, der findet ; hier ist der letzte Quartalsbericht :

Da findet man auch alle vorhergehenden Quartalsabschlüsse.

Schon nach dem 1. Quartal 2006 dachte ich, wenn da mal keine einmal Effekte hinterstecken ?
Und dann dies wahnsinns zweite Quartal !
Wenn Quartal III und IV ähnlich ausfallen wie II, dann wird´s ein Jahresgewinn von 0,115 $ je share.
Bei so einem turnaround wäre es ja wohl kaum unüblich mindestens mal 15 zu bezahlen = 1,72 USD.

Hoffentlich finde ich den Haken, wenn es ihn gibt.

kann nicht alles verraten, hier nur das Fazit vom Maydorn:

Chance auf mehrere hundert Prozent
Wenn man Commerceplanet – und das muss man – auch zukünftig Wachstum unter¬stellt, dann ist sogar ein Jahres¬ge¬winn von 0,20 Dollar pro Aktie drin. Beim aktuellen Aktienkurs von 0,75 Dollar be¬läuft sich das KGV also derzeit auf gerade einmal 3,7 (!) – kaum zu glauben, aber wahr. kann natürlich immer sein, aber m.E. trifft es hier nicht zu !

D.h. es war von mir ernstgemeint, dass die 0,92 $ noch nicht das Ende waren. Die letzten beiden Quartale waren so gut, dass sie deutlich höhere Kurse rechtfertigen. Die Frage ist nur, wie nachhaltig ist die Entwicklung ?

Da aber die letzten Quartalszahlen erst vor ein paar Tagen veröffentlicht wurden und CPNE zur Zeit gepusht wird, sehe ich für die nächsten 2,5 Monate keine Gefahr für einen Kurszusammenbruch, sondern kann mir sogar vorstellen, dass ruckzuck 1,20 $ erreicht werden.

SERIES D CONVERTIBLE PREFERRED STOCK

FOR

COMMERCEPLANET, INC.

COMMERCEPLANET, INC., a Utah corporation (the "Company") does hereby make
this Certificate of Designation, and the undersigned, being an officer of the
Corporation does hereby certify that the following Resolutions have been duly
adopted by the Corporation and are in full force and effect.

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Article Three of the Amended Articles of
Incorporation of the Company, the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the
issuance of, and fixes the designation and preferences and relative,
participating, optional, and other special rights, and qualifications,
limitations and restrictions, of a series of Preferred Stock consisting of one
hundred (100) shares, $.001 par value, to be designated "Series D Convertible
Preferred Stock" (the "Series D Stock").

RESOLVED, that each share of the Series D Stock shall rank equally in all
aspects and shall be subject to the following terms and provisions:

1. Preference on Liquidation. In the event of any voluntary or involuntary
liquidation, distribution of assets (other than the payment of dividends),
dissolution or winding-up of the Company, Series D Stock shall have preferential
rights to the Company's common stock.

2. Voting Rights. General Rights. Except as otherwise provided herein or
as required by law, the Series D Stock shall be voted equally with the shares of
the Common Stock of the Corporation and not as a separate class, at any annual
or special meeting of shareholders of the Corporation, and may act by written
consent in the same manner as the Common Stock, in either case upon the
following basis: the holder of the shares of Series D Stock shall be entitled to
such number of votes as shall be equal to the aggregate number of shares of
Common Stock into which such holder's shares of Series D Stock are convertible
immediately after the close of business on the record date fixed for such
meeting or the effective date of such written consent.

3. Dividends. The Series D Stock shall pay dividends equal to the value
of the number of shares of the Common Stock of the Corporation: the holder of
the shares of Series D Stock shall be entitled to such dividends as shall be
equal to the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock into which such holder's
shares of Series D Stock are convertible immediately after the close of business
on the record date of the resolution authorizing the disbursement of the
dividends.

4. Conversion. The holders of the Series D Stock shall have the following
rights with respect to the conversion of the Series D Stock into shares of
Common Stock (the "Conversion Rights"):

(a) Conversion. Subject to and in compliance with the provisions of
this Section 3 and the second sentence of this paragraph, any shares of Series D
Stock may, at any time, at the option of the holder, be converted into fully
paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock (a "Conversion").
(b) Conversion Rate. For Conversions that occur each share of Series D
stock shall be convertible into .004167% of the Company's common stock issued
and outstanding at the time of conversion.
(c) Mechanics of the Conversion. Upon a Conversion, the holder of
Series D Stock shall surrender the applicable certificate or certificates
therefore, duly endorsed, at the office of the Company or any transfer agent for
the Series D Stock, and shall give written notice to the Company, of the
Conversion and the number of shares of Series D Stock being converted.
Thereupon, the Company shall promptly issue and deliver to such holder a
certificate or certificates for the number of shares of Common Stock to which
such holder is entitled. A Conversion shall be deemed to have been made at the
close of the first business day after the date both notice has been given and
the applicable share certificate or certificates have been delivered to the
Company, provided, however, if the foregoing occurs on a business day, before
the close of business, the Conversion shall be deemed to have occurred at the
close of business on that day (the "Conversion Date"). The person entitled to
receive the shares of Common Stock issuable upon a Conversion shall be treated
for all purposes as the record holder of such shares of Common Stock on such
date.

(d) Adjustment for Reclassification, Exchange and Substitution. If at
any time or from time to time after the Common Stock issuable upon the
conversion of the Series D Stock is changed into the same or a different number
of shares of any class or classes of stock, whether by recapitalization,
reclassification or otherwise (other than a transaction provided for elsewhere
in this Section 4), in any such event each holder of Series D Stock shall have
the right thereafter to convert such stock into the kind and amount of stock and
other securities and property receivable upon such recapitalization,
reclassification or other change by holders of the maximum number of shares of
Common Stock into which such shares of Series D Stock could have been converted
immediately prior to such recapitalization, reclassification or change, all
subject to further adjustment as provided herein or with respect to such other
securities or property by the terms thereof.

(e) Reorganizations, Mergers, Consolidations or Sales of Assets. If at
any time or from time to time after the date of issuance of the Series D Stock,
there is a capital reorganization of the Common Stock (other than a transaction
provided for elsewhere in this Section 4), as a part of such capital
reorganization, provision shall be made so that the holders of the Series D
Stock shall thereafter be entitled to receive upon conversion of the Series D
Stock the number of shares of stock or other securities or property of the
Company to which a holder of the number of shares of Common Stock deliverable
upon conversion would have been entitled on such capital reorganization, subject
to adjustment in respect of such stock or securities by the terms thereof.

(f) Notices of Record Date. Upon (i) any taking by the Company of a
record of the holders of any class of securities for the purpose of determining
the holders thereof who are entitled to receive any dividend or other
distribution, or (ii) any sale of the Company, capital reorganization of the
Company, any reclassification or recapitalization of the capital stock of the
Company, or any voluntary or involuntary dissolution, liquidation or winding up
of the Company, the Company shall mail to each holder of Series D Stock at least
twenty (20) days prior to the record date specified therein a notice specifying
(A) the date on which any such record is to be taken for the purpose of such
dividend or distribution and a description of such dividend or distribution, (B)
the date on which any such sale of the Company, reorganization,
reclassification, recapitalization, dissolution, liquidation or winding up is
expected to become effective, and (C) the date, if any, that is to be fixed as
to when the holders of record of Common Stock (or other securities) shall be
entitled to exchange their shares of Common Stock (or other securities) for
securities or other property deliverable upon such sale of the Company,
reorganization, reclassification, recapitalization, dissolution, liquidation or
winding up.

(g) Fractional Shares. Any fractional share of Common Stock resulting
from the conversion of the Series D Stock shall be rounded up to the nearest
whole share.

(h) Reservation of Stock Issuable Upon Conversion. The Company shall
at all times reserve and keep available out of its authorized but unissued
shares of Common Stock, solely for the purpose of effecting the conversion of
the shares of the Series D Stock, such number of its shares of Common Stock as
shall from time to time be sufficient to effect the conversion of all
outstanding shares of the Series D Stock. If at any time the number of
authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock shall not be sufficient to effect
the conversion of all then outstanding shares of the Series D Stock, the Company
will take such corporate action as may, in the opinion of its counsel, be
necessary to increase its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock to such
number of shares as shall be sufficient for such purpose.

(i) Notices. Any notice required by the provisions of this Section 4
shall be in writing and shall be deemed effectively given: (i) upon personal
delivery to the party to be notified, (ii) when sent by confirmation telex or
facsimile if sent during normal business hours of the recipient; if not, then on
the next business day, (iii) three (3) days after having been sent by registered
or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or (iv) one (1)
day after deposit with a nationally recognized overnight courier, specifying
next day delivery, with written verification of receipt. All notices shall be
addressed to each holder of record at the address of such holder appearing on
the books of the Company.

(j) No Impairment. The Company will not, by amendment or restatement
of its Amended Articles of Incorporation or through any reorganization,
recapitalization, transfer of assets, consolidation, merger, dissolution, issue
or sale of securities or any other voluntary action, avoid of seek to avoid the
observance or performance of any of the terms to be observed or performed
hereunder by the Company but will at all times in good faith assist in the
carrying out of all the provisions of this Section 3 and in the taking of all
such action as may be necessary or appropriate in order to protect the
Conversion Rights of the holder of the Series D Stock against impairment.

This Certificate of Designation has been executed and adopted on behalf of

Maydornupdate von heute:

Gestern rutschte die Aktie von Commerceplanet in den USA kurzzeitig auf 0,76 Dollar, erholte sich dann aber schnell wieder. Eine geradezu perfekte Korrektur, denn bei 0,75 befindet sich eine massive Unterstützung. Nach der kleinen und gesunden „Verschnaufpause“ der letzten Tage erwarte ich in den nächsten Tagen den Sprung über die Marke von 1,00 Dollar (0,78 Euro). Noch einmal zur Erinnerung: Im Mai 2005
notierte Commerceplanet bei 1,75 Dollar (1,36 Euro). Damals erwirtschaftete das Unternehmen einen Bruchteil der heutigen Umsätze und dazu riesige Verluste. Heute ist Commerceplanet profitabel, schuldenfrei und wächst „wie der Teufel“. Und der Kurs ist heute nicht einmal halb so hoch. Der jüngste Kursanstieg hat gerade einmal einen Bruchteil der drastischen Unterbewertung der Aktie abge- Alfred Maydorn baut.

Ja, Maydorn sieht die weitere Entwicklung von Commerceplanet sehr positiv. Bis Ende des Jahres geht er von Kursen um die 2,50 Dollar aus. Kurse unter 1,- Euro sollen weiterhin als Kaufkurse genutzt werden.

Außerdem erwartet er nächste Wochen Nachrichten zu den angekündigten Expansionsplänen.

Sieht alles bisher sehr gut aus. Hoffen wir mal das er Recht behält.

Du kannst ihn ja mal testen. Im Probeabo kostet er 15 Euro für 3 Monate. Sonst kostet er glaub ich ca. 200 Euro pro Jahr.

Ob er gut ist? Sein Depot zeigt jedenfalls einen super Zuwachs. +150% für dieses Jahr, wobei es schon höher stand!

bin seit 0,40 € drin aufgrund nachhaltiger maydorn-empfehlung, habe seinen börsenbrief schon länger, damit läßt sich gutes geld verdienen, natürlich hat auch er seine looser, aber eben auch sehr viele kracher.
jetzt stellt sich nur die frage, ob man weiter aufstocken soll oder einfach abwarten. über einen verkauf denke ich noch nicht nach , ggf. erst ab / über 1 € bzw. 1 Euro 20.

ich glaub nciht, dass ne korrektur kommt. obwohl die maydorn-leser gestern jede menge geschmissen haben, kam der kurs in USA kaum zurück. sogar im tageshoch geschlossen. ich denke eher, es geht direkt weiter bis 1,20 Dollar......

mist da habe ich ja heute perfekte Kurse zum Aufstocken verpasst, macht nichts, kaufe auf jetztigen Niveau nach, der Kurs ist am Montag sicher wieder höher (über 0,90 €)...

Mir wurde heute mittag auch etwas übel, als ich meine Gewinneinbussen im Depot sah..

Habe mich jedoch auf die Fundamentaldaten besonnen und wg. der

Meine Aktien bekommt keiner unter 1,75 USD..

Nochmals, habt Geduld und lasst euch nicht rausschütteln bei dieser massiven Unterbewertung!!

Das nach dem starken Anstieg in diesem kurzen Zeitraum eine Korrektur kommen würde war klar.

Das diese jedoch so heftig ausfallen würde hätte ich jedoch nicht gedacht.

Was meint ihr, bis wohin die Kurse steigen? Bzw. was wäre ein realistischer, angemessener Kurs für die Aktie? Bis wann wird der erreicht sein?

Lt. Maydorn müßte die Aktie aktuell bei mindestens 1,5 USD stehen bzw bewertet sein. Das 2007er KGV sieht er aktuell bei 4!!

Da das Business-Modell nun greift (125.000 Neukunden allein im letzen Quartal) und weitere Expansionpläne anstehen, sieht er nun weiteres starkes Wachstum und einen möglichen Kurs von 2,5 USD vielleicht schon Ende diesen Jahres.

Mitte letzten Jahres stand die Aktie bei 1,75 USD und generierte Verluste, die bereits durch Gewinne der letzen Quartale komplett kompensiert und vollständig abgebaut/zurückgezahlt wurden.

CPNE ist nun schuldenfrei und wächst sehr stark, dass bei einem aktuellen Kurs von 1,01 USD.

Jeder sollte sich selbst ausmalen, ob dieses Papier noch Potential nach oben hat..

die beruhigung tut der aktie gut, als sie mitte/ende Juli noch bei 0,39-,45 € stand, ging es auch in einer spanne hin und her. jetzt ähnlicher verlauf auf sehr hohem niveau. spätestens wenn die nächsten zahlen wieder so gut ausfallen, laufen wir richtung 1,50 $ und bei einem guten umfeld/höherem bekanntheitsgrad bis 2 $ oder mehr.
ich würde kurse um 0,65 -0,75 € benutzen um langsam einzusammeln bzw. aufzustocken.

tja leider ist nichts los, aber wenigstens steigt die aktie im gegensatz zu so vielen klitschen, die nichts wert sind und nach einem steigflug noch schneller abstürzen.
ich glaube die aktie hat richtig potenzial, sofern die nächsten quartale die zahlen weiterhin so gut sind bzw. überraschen, werden wir hier auf sicht von 4-6 monaten noch super kurse sehen, bei einem möglichen hype halte ich auch 2,5o € möglich.

bin bei 0,41 € eingestiegen und hab bei 0,78 nochmal kräftig nachgelegt, bislang erfährt unser baby noch relativ wenig aufmerksamkeit, sollten die zahlen gut bleiben oder nochmals überraschen, ist es nur eine frage der zeit, bis wir wesentlich höhere kurse sehen. sollten dann zocker aufspringen (die wir jetzt noch nicht gebrauchen können, ist noch zu früh dafür, planet soll erst noch langsam weitersteigen), ist auch schnell eine vervielfältigung möglich, bleibe long, unter 1,20 € gebe ich kein stück aus der hand.

CPNE Hits New 52-Week High, & More May Be On The Way

We’ve been singing Commerce Planet’s (OTCBB: CPNE) praises since March, and it has yet to not live up to our standards. In fact, the company - and the stock - has exceeded them in every way. Just today, CPNE’s move to a high of $1.26 also represent a new 52-week high…the previous peak was made in August, at $1.20. From the point when we first started covering it, the stock has moved from $0.19 to the current price of $1.22, which translates into a gain of 542%. For some traders it might be tough to buy in in the wake of such a monstrous move. After all, what are the odds of more big gains like those? However, every now and then, lightning does strike twice, meaning there may still be some meat left on the bone.

The stock’s prior all-time high was $1.94, reached in February of 2005. Based on the current revenue and earnings trend, we have a hard time believing CPNE won’t at least reach that mark again.



And who knows? Maybe it will exceed that mark, and end up being the next Microsoft or Google. Stranger things have happened. As we said, the key for ‘the Planet’ is in continuing to do what they already do so well…which is add subscribers. Even if you didn’t get in on the ground floor, there’s still a lot of upside potential here.

da darfst diese trades nicht im normalen Orderbuch ansehen...

bei meinem stehen mehrere kleine mit "form t" und die 2 letzten mit "average"! das sind noch trades vom Tage, quasi nachgeliefert

also diese aktie ist der wahnsinn, die steigt jetzt seit monaten nur mit kleinen unterbrechnungen aber ohne großes getöse wie bei so vielen otc klitschen. wir müssen jetzt hoffen, dass die nächsten zahlen ebenfalls gut ausfallen oder (noch besser) überraschen, dann ist das all-time-high von knapp 2 dollar zu knacken. auf gute kurse und hoffentlich bleiben die zocker noch eine weile weg von diesem papier, wir steigen auch ohne die.

ich habe gestern nochmal zu € 0,92 nachgelegt, habe nun einen Schnitt von € 0,74.

Was mich ärgert, dass ich sie bei € 0,35 im Depot hatte, aber bei € 0,40 wieder aus Angst verkauft habe. Das tut weh. Aber da kannte ich auch die ersten Quartalszahlen noch nicht.

Die Aktie soll langsam und geediegen steigen, keine Pusher keine Basher, so muss das sein.

gottseidank hab ich - erster kauf bei 0,41 € - mich nicht bei 0,35 rausdrücken lassen. tja gestern hab ich auch überlegt, ob ich nochmal nachkaufen soll, wollte mir jedoch meinen schnitt von unter 55 €cent nicht verderben. aber wahrscheinlich wird unser planet keinen wirklichen rücksetzer unter 0,85 - 0,90 € machen, um nochmals billiger reinzukommen. besser ist jedoch bei steigenden kursen seinen schnitt zu verschlechtern als immer nur zu verbilligen, wenn eine aktie fällt. weo seht ihr das kursziel für die nächsten vier wochen und bis ende des jahres? danke.

Es kommt wirklich auf die nächsten Zahlen und auf den Kundenwachstum an. Natülrich sind die Zahlen entscheidender.
Sind diese gut, werden automatisch Empfehlungen aus den USA folgen.
Passiert das, dann sehe ich auch ein Kursziel von € 1,50 bis Ende des Jahres für realistisch.

Passen die Zahlen aber nicht, dann kann es auch schnell wieder runtergehen. Ich ziehe meinen Stop in der Gewinnzone nach und warte einfach ab.
Ich schaue auf jeden Fall positiv in die Zukunft. Die letzten Zahlen lassen hoffen.

The way CPNE is moving, I think something is brewing.

I think some good news may be released soon.

Not sure what it will be but here are a few guesses.

1. CPNE announces preliminary revenue numbers or

2. CPNE announces that they applied for a NASDAQ listing.

This stock is moving up too fast with good volume.

With new products being developed plus a new President, the future looks extremely positive.

I did talk with someone from the company a few weeks ago. His feeling is that CPNE will have a market cap of 200 million 12 months out.

Also a new group of investors may be moving in. Many investors will not touch a penny stock. But once it moved above 1.00 it jumped on the radar screens of many investors

And, yes, there are new buyers materializing. Yesterday’s new multimonth closing high bodes well for higher levels. I see it at $2- a little early to talk NASDAQ.

CPNE- Busts Major Technical Level

Shares of CPNE look just fantastic today. The stock eclipsed a major technical level, and my guess is higher levels are just a matter of time.

Let’s get right to the chart so you can see what I am seeing:



We have to go all the way back to the June of ‘05 when the stock collapsed. This was the first big move down as the market started to realize some of their 2005 programs were not working.

The stock craters from about $2 all the way to about $1.20 in a matter of a few days during July of ‘05.

Today, a full 14 months later, CPNE has finally broken back above the level where it settled out at the first phase of the stock’s demise.

This is extremely bullish, and provides evidence to bolster my belief that the company is going to deliver absolutely block buster earnings in Q3- they will probably come out around Nov 1.

The stock can now start eating into the levels it precipitously fell through during the fateful summer of ‘05.

Climbing into this area where no one wanted to own shares before is very bullish. There are never any guaranttees in the stock market, but I would be this stock is certainly headed back to $2, it’s previous all time high. Why shouldn’t it? - they have paid off all their debt and the company is generating tons of cash. The company is in the best shape it has ever been. Leadership is changing from resource back to technology. Unless the numbers turn back, there is no reason why this stock shouldn’t make a new all time high this year.

So nervös? Nur weil Maydorn seine Position etwas verkleinern will? Wichtig ist doch, daß der Aufwärtstrend weiterhin voll intakt ist und auch in USA gegen Ende gestern der Kurs wieder klar gestiegen ist. Die "faire" Kursbewertung liegt noch in weiter Ferne, also sehe ich in diesem "Zwischentief" eher eine Einstiegs- als eine Austiegschance!
Der Umsatz steigt an der Heimatbörse und erste Spekulationen auf eine NASDAQ-Notierung machen die Runde. Da ist noch viiiiieeelllll Platz nach oben. Oder sieht das hier jemand anders?

maydorn macht heute einen teilverkauf von ca. 1/3 der aktien, aber nur weil commerceplanet zu stark im depot gewichtet ist. er hält die aktie nach wie vor sehr aussichtsreich und unterbewertet. also wird uns gerade eine schöne einstiegsgelegenheit beschert, dies war beim letzten teilverkauf auch so - ging von ,94 € auf ,68 € zurück, dann gings wieder bergauf.
ich glaube das wird eine der letzten gelegenheiten die aktie so billig zu bekommen.

CPNE Retracement- Entry Level Perfect Short Term

I’ve been watching the small pullback in shares of CPNE of late, and technically the stock just couldn’t look much better.

For those of you who follow my technical analysis, you know I like both trend lines and 61.8% Fibonacci Retracements. Technical analysis is far from perfect. It should be viewed as simply an indicator to tip the odds in your favor.

First, decide if you like the company, the story, and the stock. Next, use a little bit of technical analysis to decide on entry and exit points.

Those of you who are following the situation know I am convinced CPNE is going to $2 in pretty short order. If you believe as well, you should be accumulating unless you feel you already own as much as you want.

The stock has been on a tear of late. It was at about $1 mid month. It hit the $1.40 mark last week, and has since taken a well deserved breather.

Here’s the current chart:



Here’s what I like about the chart. I’ve drawn an uptrend line going back to when the stock starting trading back up in the Spring. In addition, I’ve put in the 61.8% retracement level for the move over the past two weeks.

Note that the 61.8% retracement level and the trend line come in almost at the same level (about $1.20). These are called “nodes”- prices where several technical indicators converge.

The stock bounced nicely off the $1.20 level today, and confims this was an excellent pull back to take advantage of. It also confirms the stock is still in an uptrend until further notice. If you are looking to add to or open a new position, now is the time.

einen guten morgen, danke für die info, bin zur zeit in glif investiert und das kostet wesentlich mehr zeit und nerven als unser planet, der schön ruhig steigt und dann wieder kleine pausen einlegt.
habe auch schon ans aufstocken gedacht, allerdings macht mir - zumindest in deutschland - die abhängigkeit von maydorn ein wenig kopfzerbrechen. sobald er teile aus seinem depot verkauft, verkaufen auch die anleger mit großen stücken. hffen wir, dass er die noch ne weile im depot behält

ansonsten glaub ich wirklich, dass wir in einem jahr, wenn die zahlen so bleiben in einem hype auch 3 € überschreiten können und zumindest eine super chance auf 2 € und mehr haben.

Just a few days ago we heard about Commerce Planet’s (OTCBB: CPNE) new online bill payment offering. Today, as part of what has become a relatively consistent series of revenue-improving features, the Planet has added a virtual chat feature for its subscribers. The tool is expected to help drive revenue for the third party merchants, who will in turn pay Commerce Planet a nominal acquisition fee.

In other words, Commerce Planet is providing a help-chat service that should allow its current subscribers to create even more sales…an offering that, if effective, would be a no-brainer addition for the folks already using the Planet as the virtual middle-man.

Brilliant? Yeah, but even better is the cost. This isn’t a ‘live’ chat requiring labor-intensive support (i.e. man hours). This is a pretty sophisticated set of algorithms that acts like a live chat from the casual web surfer’s perspective, but is actually automated from Commerce Planet’s end. Pretty slick, huh?

This is yet one more reason why CPNE shares just keep on rising. And yes, in our opinion, we can see the stock continuing to rise - despite the strong run already. While big moves may foster hesitation in some cases (and rightfully so, in some of them), the Planet’s shares have never really reached that white-hot ‘overbought’ stage where the only possibility was an implosion. That relative stability is a nice quality to offer shareholders.

Commerce Planet Plants Another E-Commerce Seed

I don’t know how they do it, and I don’t even care how they do it. All I know is, they’re doing it, and the stock is going higher because of it. What I’m talking about is Commerce Planet’s (OTCBB: CPNE) bevy of upgrades and additions to its web site and customer service offerings. A couple of weeks ago it was an online bill-pay utility. One week ago it was a self-help chat feature. Today’s installment - another customer retention tool - is a comparison shopping web site called SearchDiscount.com. This newest shopping site, powered by PriceGrabber.com, will allow Commerce Planet’s customers to do comparison shopping, and see vendor ratings/reviews.

A big revenue generator? Maybe, but that’s not even all it’s designed to be. All of these seemingly minor details just make the Planet’s library of site(s) ’sticky’…a phrase used to describe a web site that is so feature-rich (much of it for free), it’s hard for a user to navigate anywhere else. Of course, ’sticky’ is a relative term; in Commerce Planet’s case, the appeal is primarily to those doing e-commerce in one fashion or another. However, the appeal does indeed mean eventual revenue. Why do you think the stock has moved from 19 cents to the current price of $1.25 in just a little over six months? That’s a 557% gain so far, and in our opinion, more of the same could be on the way.

Euphorie setzt ein, wenn noch mehr Börsenbriefe eine Empfehlung aussprechen (auch in den USA) und die Aktie in aller Munde ist. Selbst hier im thread ist es noch total ruhig, kaum jemand befaßt sich mit Commerceplanet. Und das ist auch NOCH ganz gut so, sehe ich ähnlich!

also in einem sehr günstigen fall sollten wir bis mitte/ende oktober bis 1,3-1,4 € steigen, sollten die zahlen anfang nov. positiv überraschen und der ausblick gut sein, könnten einige börsenbriefe aufspringen, der kurs in richtung 2 € laufen und dann evtl. vermehrt anleger aufmerksam werden (euphorie) und die aktie bis auf 2,5 - 3 € treiben, wäre aber auch mit 1,7-2 € zufrieden,
hoffentlich läßt maydorn sie solnage im depot, denke das ist nicht unwichtig.

bezüglich euphorie: ihr braucht nur mal die anzahl der beiträge im thread und die anzahl wie oft die beiträge täglich gelesen werden. ist noch sehr gering, obwohl die aktie seit 3 monaten kontinuierlich steigt, geschäfte laufen immer besser, bei anderen klitschen werden themen 20.000 mal täglich verfolgt, ist auch eine menge an potential für käufe.....

Commerce Planet (OTCBB: CPNE) share price is looking like it is ready to break out again.

Not much else to report on CPNE today except for the chart to the right (7:30AM PST 10/02/06). The higher it goes, the fewer sellers seem to be encountered.



Short Term: We believe this next little pop will take us though our next target price of $1.45 up to about $1.55

Longer Term: $2.00 by the end of the year, January at the latest.

Look for a new CPNE 52 week high in the next couple of days.

Solche Unternehmen gibt es nicht viele an der OTC. Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn hier mal ein Wechsel in ein anderes Segment geschehen würde. Ich bin kein rosig Maler, aber hier sieht nach außen hin alles sehr positiv und gesund aus. Unterstützt durch die letzten (amtlichen!) Q-Berichte. Ich werde weiter halten.

Denkt daran, Euern SL nicht zu dicht unter den aktuellen Kursen zu setzen. Sollte hier (berechtigterweise!) Maydorn mal wieder was verkaufen, weil sein Depot voll mit CPNE ist (kann für ein großes Depot auf Dauer nicht gesund sein!) wird von einigen Maydornlesern verkauft! Kurs fällt wie schon zweimal weit unter pari und ist meist bis Handelsbeginn US wieder weit darüber...

CPNE Hits New 52 Week High!
Commerce Planet leapt to a new 52 week high of $1.67 yesterday. With more press out today, momentum may stay with us.

The price crashed through our target price of 1.45 on yesterdays news, and may continue on to higher highs on todays.

Technically, the stock price rose on big volume, the Stochastic is showing strong momentum and is in new 52 week high ground.

No reason to expect and end to this run any time soon.

ich habe für Geld rt! Ich habe nix von Trades vor und nach der Börse gesagt!
Man kann aber realtime, also in Echtzeit!, außerhalb der OTC-Börsenzeiten 15.30 bis 22.00 Uhr die BID und ASK Angaben verfolgen!
Heute hatte mein Anbieter einen Hänger... mehr nicht!!!
