Unico ist kurz davor mit der Produktion zu beginnen, ich rechne mit einem Zeitfenster von 2-3 Monaten.

Die wichtigsten Gerätschaften sind oder werden gerade installiert und die Elektrifizierung der Mine ist fast abgeschlossen.

Ja - wenn Du dir was ins Depot legen willst, handle bitte an der OTC.Wenn Du deine Order in Berlin länger liegen lässt wirst Du meistens nach öffnung der OTC bedient.

Hi esco,

da hast Du volkommen Recht deshalb schreib ich ja auch von einer Neubewertung.

Schau mal in den Newsletter und Du wirst sehen die machen was - und das hat nichts mit Geldverbrennen zu tun .

Der Aufbau der Mine ist fast vollzogen und wenn der Abbau beginnt wird sich das im Kurs wiederspiegeln.

OK,ich bezweifle ja auch nicht, dass sie was aus der Erde holen werden. Nur die Jahre bis zum Ziel waren mehr als eine Zumutung für Aktionäre. Ich werde trotzdem nichts kaufen.

Ich bin vor "Jahren" durch einen Namensvetter aus Belgien zufällig auf diese Firma gestoßen und beobachte sie seither mit schmunzelnder Miene von der Seitenlinie.

Unico, Inc. Announces Electrical Contractor to Assist With New Substation and Connections for Power Supply to the Deer Trail Mine Cache Valley Electric Has Completed Grounding Circuit and Additional Preparations for Construction of New Substation

SAN DIEGO, CA, May 09, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced that wholly owned subsidiary Deer Trail Mining Company has selected Cache Valley Electric, one of the largest electrical contractors in the western United States, to assist with the construction of the new system that will supply electrical power to the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah.
Included in the work that Cache Valley Electric (http://www.cve.com/) is performing for Deer Trail Mining Company is preparation of the site for the new substation, assistance with construction of the substation and the subsidiary substation, and installation of electrical conduits, controls and wiring for the mill facility.

Photographs of additional site preparation and initial construction related to the electrical substation are expected to be added to the Unico website, www.unicomining.com, in the next several days Cache Valley Electric (CVE) provides high-quality electrical services for a wide range industrial, enterprise, transportation, government and special projects as well as technology services like teledata, networking, and wireless communications. Since 1915, CVE has been committed to a tradition of excellence, and for eight of the past ten years, CVE has received the Intermountain Electrical Association's "Outstanding Large Electrical Contractor" award.

Since Cache Valley Electric arrived at the Deer Trail Mine, they have installed the grounding circuit for the main substation including sixteen 10-feet by 5/8-inch copper grounding rods and over 1,200 feet of 4/0 copper wire. The ground circuit and main substation was designed by BNA Consulting (www.bnaconsulting.com), which has contracted with Deer Trail Mining Company, Inc. for a broad range of engineering services related to the construction of the substation, with additional tap off points for future growth to include company housing and additional office space.

Cache Valley Electric will assist with the installation of the subsidiary substation used to reduce the voltage from 12,470 volts to the 480 volts needed to operate the milling facility. They will also be utilized for their knowledge and installation experience in surveillance camera networking. This will help lower the cost of labor and gives Deer Trail Mining Company more control over individual mill components. CVE will also be utilized for the final ground continuity and resistance testing required by Mine Safety and Health Association (MSHA) before the mill goes into operation, and they will evaluate areas of automation that can help to lower labor costs.

"Cache Valley Electric has already made significant contributions to the site preparation and initial construction of the new electrical substation that will supply power to the mill and processing facility at Deer Trail Mine, and we look forward to their continuing work at the site," said Mark A. Lopez, chief executive officer of Unico, Inc. Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced the addition of a new photo gallery to its website, www.unicomining.com, which shows the delivery and installation of the main transformer for the new electrical substation at the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah. The new photo gallery can be viewed by visiting http://www.unicomining.com./news/othermedia.php.

The pictures in the new gallery begin with the preparations for the delivery of the General Electric transformer, which was purchased in January 2007 from Denver Magnetic, Inc. There are several photographs of the pouring of cement for the concrete pad for the transformer, which was then cured in time to set before the delivery of the transformer to the substation site.

Additional photographs show the transformer being delivered to the Deer Trail Mine and then taken to the site of the new substation. Once it arrived to the location of the substation, the transformer was mounted on the concrete pad.

With the main transformer now in place, additional work on the substation will be undertaken, including fencing, installation of the metering station and switchgear, and installation of the power poles. Electrical contractor Cache Valley Electrical (http://www.cve.com/) has assisted with the work at the substation, including the installation of the grounding circuit, 4-inch conduit and smaller conduits, which were also installed prior to pouring the concrete pad. Once the remaining work on the substation is completed, electricity producer PacifiCorp (www.pacificorp.com), which operates in the state of Utah as Rocky Mountain Power, will supply the connection to the substation.

The primary voltage of the transformer is 46,000 volts, which will be provided to the Deer Trail Mine from PacifiCorp, which operates in Utah as Rocky Mountain Power. The secondary voltage of 12,470/7,200 will be sent to the mill by direct burial cable. The 12,470 voltage will then be further reduced to the required 480 volts required to operate the mill. The availability of additional voltage allows for the planned future expansion at the site, including larger crushing equipment, an additional ball mill and power to operate mining activities as needed.

The design and completion of the new substation is expected to provide substantial cost savings for Unico's wholly owned subsidiary, Deer Trail Mining Company, as a result of lower energy costs and greater reliability.

In addition to the photographs of the transformer delivery and installation, the new gallery includes several pictures of the electrical work being undertaken inside the main mill building at the Deer Trail Mine. In addition to the substation work, Cache Valley Electrical is assisting with the installation of electrical conduits, controls and wiring inside the mill buildings.

Unico, Inc. Announces Additional Reconstruction Progress at the Mill and Processing Facility at the Deer Trail Mine

SAN DIEGO, CA, May 17, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced additional reconstruction progress at the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah. A new photo gallery showing the additional mill facility reconstruction work is expected to be added to the Unico website, www.unicomining.com, in the next several days The Krebs Cyclone (www.krebs.com), used for the classification of ores processed through the ball mill, has been delivered to the site for installation in the main mill building. The Krebs Cyclone is expected to increase efficiency of the grinding circuit. Its primary function will be to indicate whether the ore is too course and must be recycled back through the ball mill.
Also delivered to the Deer Trail Mine was the conveyor belt scale, which will be utilized in quality control measures to meter the weight of the ore going into the ball mill and will give readings of tons of material processed per hour and pounds of material processed per minute.

The rolled steel used for the walls of the WesTech 40-foot thickener, which will primarily be used to thicken tailings, have been delivered to the site and installation of the walls has begun in the new mill building. The thickener bridge-deck, which holds the thickener mechanism and rakes is also on site and will be installed in conjunction with the walls of the thickener.

A new trench has been dug from the upper water holding pond where a pipeline will be installed to carry water for the floatation circuit and other processes at the mill and processing facility.

Additional wiring, conduit and stop/start controls have been connected and several low voltage items in the main mill building are being tested using generator power.

A crew is conducting a survey of the property lines of the Deer Trail project, so that all boundaries are firmly established and recorded as the company moves forward with future processing and mining activities at the property.

Unico, Inc. Announces $1.7 Million Financing Commitment to Exercise Purchase Option on the Deer Trail Mine
$800,000 of Commitment Received by the Company
Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced that the company has received a financing commitment for $1.7 million for the purpose of exercising the lease buy-out option on the Deer Trail Mine. The company has currently received $800,000 of this financing commitment in the form of a private placement investment.

The terms of the modified lease and option to purchase agreement for the Deer Trail Mine with Crown Mines, LLC, agreed to in April 2007, included an extension of the final payment due date for the remaining $1.7 million to purchase the Deer Trail Mine lease from January 31, 2007 to May 31, 2007.

"Securing the Deer Trail Mine as a long-term asset for both the company and its shareholders has been a high priority for the company, and we are pleased to have received a commitment for the entire remaining amount owed on the purchase option of the lease in advance of the due date," said Mark A. Independent geological analysis of core samples taken from the underground diamond core drilling program conducted at the Deer Trail Mine in 2005 has been completed under the supervision and oversight of mining consultancy firm Behre Dolbear and Company (USA), Inc. The last group of samples were logged, split, bagged, and tagged at the Deer Trail site and have been shipped to the ALS Chemex lab in North Vancouver, British Columbia. A Final Summary Report will be completed and submitted to Unico by Behre Dolbear.

Unico, Inc. Reports Further Reconstruction Work at the Mill and Processing Facility at the Deer Trail Mine and Additional Screening Plant Activity
Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced further reconstruction work at the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah and additional ongoing screening plant activity at the site.

A new photo gallery showing the reconstruction work is expected to be added to the Media section Unico website, http://www.unicomining.com, in the next several days.

With the recent installation of the thickener bridge and thickener rake mechanism in the new mill building, the first lift of the thickener walls is currently being completed. The concrete thickener cone has been poured, and after the concrete has cured, the company will begin installation of the second lift of steel plates. The main support that holds the thickener rakes is scheduled for installation this week.

The wood structure that supports the two Wilfley concentrating tabletops has been replaced. The Wilfley concentrating tables are used in the mill's gravity separation circuit. Delivery of rifling and rubber sheeting for the concentrating tables is expected shortly and they have been placed in their permanent locations in the main mill building.

The Denver Mineral jig, which is used to capture any free gold from the process slurry that is not recoverable in the floatation circuit, has had its bearings inspected and is ready to be installed in line in the floatation circuit after the Krebs cyclone.

In addition to the progress of reconstruction work at the mill and processing facility, the company has continued screening plant operations at the Deer Trail Mine. The screening plant has continued screening material from the first targeted dump areas, and additional dumps areas at the Deer Trail Mine are being sampled and assayed to determine the most economical fraction for screening.

The new photo gallery includes pictures of the pouring of concrete for the thickener cone and the installation of the main support that holds the thickener rakes. The company will next begin the construction of the second and final lift of steel plates for the thickener.

The Denver Mineral jig, which is used to capture any free gold from the process slurry that is not recoverable in the floatation circuit, was recently painted and there are several pictures of the jig in the gallery. The jig will be installed in line in the floatation circuit after the Krebs cyclone.

Another section of the new photo gallery contains pictures of screening plant operations at the Deer Trail Mine. Unico, Inc. Announces Completion Date for Purchase of the Deer Trail Mine
Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced that a final date of July 12, 2007 has been set to complete the process of transferring ownership of the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah from Crown Mines, LLC to Deer Trail Mining Company, LLC. A formal agreement was made effective on June 29, 2007 to allow adequate time to consummate the closing.

The Deer Trail Mining Company previously paid to Crown Mines a total of $2.3 million in payments, which will be applied toward the purchase price upon closing. The company has also received the balance of a $1.7 million financing commitment in the form of a private placement investment that will be used to exercise the lease buy-out option on the remaining balance. The documents necessary to effect the purchase of the Deer Trail Mine include a purchase agreement, a bill of sale and a quitclaim deed to effect the transfer of ownership of the Deer Trail Mine property.

The mining lease and option to purchase between Unico, Inc. and Crown Mines, LLC, dated December 12, 2001, was adjusted through a first modification of mining lease and option to purchase, dated May 31, 2004, a second modification of mining lease and option to purchase, dated April 21, 2006, a third modification of mining lease and option to purchase, dated November 1, 2006, and a fourth modified lease and option to purchase agreement in April 2007, which provided for a due date of May 31, 2007 for Unico, Inc. to exercise its purchase option.

Under the agreement, Deer Trail Mining Company, LLC has the right to acquire the mining claims located in Marysvale, Utah, which consist of 32 patented mining claims and 171 unpatented mining claims, as well as mill sites, dumps and other transferable rights contained in the agreement.

The claims covered in the purchase agreement total approximately 3,275 acres, or 5.12 square miles, and include workings known as the Deer Trail Mine, the PTH Tunnel and the Carisa and Lucky Boy Mines. The PTH Tunnel penetrates more than 10,000 feet, with a developed network of tunnels, shafts, stopes, and raises at the 3,400-foot-area and at the 8,000-foot-area, and was mined by prior owners for gold and silver. The initial Deer Trail claims date back to 1870.

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul. 17, 2007--Unico, Incorporated (OTC BB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced that the final date to complete the process of transferring ownership of the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah from Crown Mines, LLC to the Deer Trail Mining Company has been extended to July 31, 2007. The new extension agreement was executed on July 16, 2007 and was primarily made to provide sufficient time to complete the title report, assure proper transfer of title and complete the sale.

An independent third party has been retained to produce the title report and conduct all necessary due diligence to ensure that the Deer Trail Mine is properly conveyed to the Deer Trail Mining Company.

Unico has secured the entire remaining balance of $1.7 million to exercise the lease buy-out option on the remaining balance. Previous payments totaling $2.3 million, which will be applied toward the purchase price upon closing, have been made to Crown Mines.

The new photo gallery contains a section showing the ball mill, which has just received final approval from Jean Duvall, the millwright contracted to supervise improvements to the ball mill, to operate. Mr. Duvall checked the alignment of the bull gear and pinion gears and made one last final inspection of the main trunion bearings. Once the power has been connected, there will be a dry run, and after any necessary adjustments are made, the balls will be installed inside the ball mill.

Another section of the gallery shows assembly of the thickener, which will primarily be used to thicken tailings. The thickener walls have been erected to their final height and have been completely welded including the angle iron stabilization rims. The thickener bridge, turning mechanism, rakes, decking, and stairways have all been installed. The majority of the safety railings have also been installed. The steel for the remaining railings has been delivered and installation is expected in the next several days. The overflow weirs have been fabricated, and once the weirs have been installed, the unit will be considered complete. Rust inhibitor paint will be applied before the thickener begins operating.

The gallery also shows photographs of an exterior stairway, which was constructed to allow for additional access to the mill building.

Unico, Inc. Announces Completion of Connection to New Electrical Substation at the Deer Trail Mine
Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced the completion of the electrical connection to the new substation at the Deer Trail Mine that will supply power to the site. A crew from PacifiCorp, the electrical utility that operates in Utah as Rocky Mountain Power, has completed the interconnection between the existing Rocky Mountain Power substation and the new Deer Trail Mine substation.

A new photo gallery showing the work to complete the interconnection to the new substation is expected to be added to the Media section of the Unico website, http://www.unicomining.com, in the next several days.

The new substation, which was completed with the assistance of electrical contractor Cache Valley Electric, one of the largest electrical contractors in the western United States, will supply the 1.5 megawatts of power required to operate the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine. An additional 1 megawatt of excess power capacity is available for future upgrades to the system, including power for mining activities at the Deer Trail property and other Unico claims in the area.

The interconnection was completed over a two-day period. On the first day, power to the Rocky Mountain Power substation was terminated so that the necessary maintenance and preparation work could be completed ahead of the interconnection between the two substations. The next day, power to the site was again shut off and the interconnection was completed.

In addition to the interconnection, the power meter has been installed at the new substation. Unico's wholly owned subsidiary, Deer Trail Mining Company now has the ability to bring the substation online by energizing the main transformer at the site.

"The completion of the interconnection to bring power to the new electrical substation at the Deer Trail Mine is a significant milestone for our project," stated Mark A. Lopez, chief executive officer of Unico. "We now have the ability to access an abundant supply of cost-effective electricity to power the mill and processing facility, as well as providing for excess power capacity to allow for future upgrades and additional operations at the Deer Trail Mine.

"We would like to remind shareholders that one of the primary reasons for the construction of a new electrical substation at the Deer Trail Mine was so that the company would incur significantly reduced power costs. As we prepare for the initiation of processing operations at the mill facility, having lower energy costs through the use of our new substation is expected to have a positive impact on the overall costs incurred by the mill operations," added Mr. Lopez.

Floatation Testing of Stockpiled Material for Processing Operations Has Been Initiated
Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced onsite metallurgical activity at the Deer Trail Mine, including lab work and testing of the above ground material located on the property that can be used as immediate feed for the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine.

The metallurgical work is being conducted under the supervision of Edgar Blanco, senior metallurgist for Unico's wholly owned subsidiary, Deer Trail Mining Company. Mr. Blanco is focusing much of his attention on the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine. Included in his work is the development of the reagent schematic and mineral characteristics for the floatation circuit at the mill facility.

A new photo gallery showing the ongoing metallurgical work is expected to be added to the Media section of the Unico website, http://www.unicomining.com, in the next several days.

Mr. Blanco is currently conducting tests on the screened product produced from the upper Deer Trail dumps and previously mined ore from the 3400 East stope in the PTH tunnel. Metallurgical samples have been taken and the mineral characteristics are being observed, after which a practical and cost efficient processing route will be developed.

Ongoing bench scale floatation tests are being conducted from the 3400 East sulfide ore body. With every bench scale test, the reagent scheme is being perfected. The appropriate reagent suppliers have been contacted and additional reagent samples have been ordered, which will help to perfect the overall mineral recoveries once processing operations are initiated at the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine.

Ongoing testing of the upper Deer Trail screened product is also being conducted. This includes gravity separation, floatation and leaching. Grinding and surface chemistry are being extensively evaluated to determine the most economical means of processing.

New analytical equipment is being acquired by Deer Trail Mining Company, and the company is updating the older small equipment with newer, more advanced technology.

"As the final steps of the reconstruction of the mill and processing facility are completed, the metallurgical work that Mr. Blanco and the support staff at the Deer Trail Mine are undertaking becomes even more important for the project," stated Mark A. Lopez, chief executive officer of Unico. "The above ground material at the site is the immediate target of processing operations as additional future planned mining operations are strategized. The near-term revenue potential of the stockpiled material at the Deer Trail Mine, once mill operations have been initiated, makes it an appropriate target for Mr. Blanco's initial work."

Die 0,001 werden wir hier so schnell nicht mehr bekommen.
Nach dem run zu Anfang des Jahres sind bestimmt genügend Leute geschröpft worden - in der Hoffnung auf ein baldiges Öffnen der Mine im Frühling - dass jetzt niemand mehr in D Lust hat noch so billig zu schmeißen.
Jetzt sind endlich mal wieder bessere Aussichten!

Unico, Inc. Announces Contract With Atlas Mining Company to Rehabilitate the Deer Trail Mine and Reopen the PTH Tunnel for Underground Mining Activities
Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced that its wholly owned Deer Trail Mining Company subsidiary has contracted with Atlas Fausett Contracting, a division of Atlas Mining Company, for underground mine maintenance work including portal and stope rehabilitation at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah. The maintenance work and reopening of the PTH Tunnel is expected to pave the way for future underground mining activities at the Deer Trail Mine.

Under terms of the agreement, the initial underground maintenance work is anticipated to include replacing timber sets where needed, clean up of the main haulage way and installation of ground support where needed.

Atlas Fausett Contracting (AFC) provides a variety of services, including site evaluation, feasibility studies, trouble-shooting and consultation prior to the undertaking of exploration and mine development. AFC projects include all types of underground mine development, rehabilitation and specialized civil construction.

The PTH Tunnel at the Deer Trail Mine penetrates more than 10,000 feet, with a developed network of tunnels, shafts, stopes, and raises at the 3,400-foot-area and at the 8,000-foot-area, and was mined by prior owners for gold and silver.

Moin!
Ohne groß bashen zu wollen sehe ich zwei große Probleme bei Unico.
1.
Die große Anzahl an Aktien (2,915,363,072 aus dem letzten Filing) die um einen großen Teil angewachsen sein wird.
Schätze eine halbe bis eine Milliarde neue Aktien werden ausgegeben worden sein, um den Kauf der Mine zu bewältigen und die Produktionsanlagen instand zu setzen.

Dafür ist die Mine jetzt in 100% Unico Besitz und steht für ein Plus von 4 Mill. US$!!!

Ebenso sind die Produktionsanlagen so gut wie fertig, schön mit neuer Farbe bestrichen und in kurzer Zeit fertig für Testläufe und die Inbetriebnahme der Goldproduktion.

Die gegenwärtige Bewertung von ca. 5 Mil. US $ ist also mehr als gerechtfertigt. (4 Mill. für den Besitz und 1 Mill. für die Anlagen).
Ich meine auch, dass uns dies vor den Gefahren eines möglichen Reversesplit, um den Kurs zu verschönern, bewahren wird.

2.
Keine Antwort habe ich bisher auf die essentielle Frage: Wieviel Gold kann aus dem Berg und aus dem bereits abgebauten Mineralien gewonnen werden?
Es gab bereits seit 2001 mehrfache Abbautätigkeit, das gewonnene Erz wartet nur auf die fertigen Produktionsanlagen, aber bisher wurde nicht veröffentlicht mit welchen Goldgehalten hier zu rechnen ist.
Eine Machbarkeitsstudie fehlt, die zeigen kann bis zu welchem Grade hier wirtschaftlich abgebaut werden kann.
Die Gefahr einer weiteren Verwässerung besteht also, wenn die Produktion nicht bald anfängt Geld abzuwerfen.


In einen Ausblick würde ich daher nur einen moderaten Kursanstieg aufnehmen: 0,003 - 0,004 US$
Immerhin 100-200%!!

During the week of September 24, 2007, Atlas began the mine maintenance work and reopening of the PTH Tunnel that is expected to pave the way for future underground mining activities at the Deer Trail Mine. Equipment was brought in to rehabilitate the portal including three Gardner-Denver Jackleg drills, ore slushier and bucket. Several stacks of mine timber that will be used to shore up the main haulage tunnel have also arrived on site.

Currently, Atlas personnel are onsite and have initially repaired the first 20 feet of timber where the PTH Tunnel starts underground. This involved removing the overburden on the hillside for approximately 20 feet into the mine, followed by removing the rotten timber that were installed to collar the tunnel several decades ago.

Atlas' work is expected to bring the 3400 East stope in compliance with MSHA standards. The 3400 East area was previously mined for silver, gold, lead and zinc. The development waste generated from the rehabilitation of the 3400 East stope is expected to provide immediate feed for the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine, in addition to the material from upper dump area, which has been screened and is prepared for processing.

Es muss weiter verwässert werden, um die laufenden Kosten und den Produktionsstart zu finanzieren. Zwischen 15 und 20 wird wohl weiterhin abgeladen, bis Gold gefördert wird und sich daher eine andere Geldquelle ergibt.

Die brauchen natürlich Geld für ihre Investitionen, aber wenn so deutlich verwässert würde wie Du schreibst, wundert es mich doch das der Markt die Stücke so stabil im Kurs aufsaugt.Denk mal drüber nach ! Wenn Du welche für 0,0015abfischen kannst, bist Du Gut bedient.

Die Aussichten sind sehr Gut und die Eröffnung ist absehbar - dein Traumkurs(den ich ja verstehen kann) wird wahrscheinlich nicht mehr kommen.Aber ich denke die Aktie wird noch einigen Grund geben auch höher ein zu steigen.

Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Deer Trail Mining Company has submitted a correspondence notifying the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) that the company has contracted with Atlas Fausett Contracting, a division of Atlas Mining, for underground mine maintenance work including portal and stope rehabilitation at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah.

The notification to MSHA includes a description of the work that is being performed by Atlas Fausett Contracting, as well as geological sampling work undertaken by Deer Trail Mining Company under the direction of senior geologist, Dean Misantoni. The notification also informs MSHA that screening operations of previously mined stockpiles and/or tailings are being conducted at the Deer Trail Mine.

In addition to the MSHA notification, Deer Trail Mining Company has secured underground mine rescue coverage from Talon Resources, which has provide consulting and direct representation for the company to the state of Utah's Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (DOGM), as well as conducting certified training and safety compliance programs required by MSHA.

Talon Resources provides a wide variety of services to the mining industry including environmental assessments and permitting, construction inspection, surveying, engineering, instrument calibration, permit tracking, surveys for landfill and hazardous waste sites. They also provide mining and other subsurface location maps and global positioning system surveys.

Initially, the Deer Trail Mining Company hired Talon Resources to provide inspection of the underground mining activity in the PTH Tunnel and alternative miner rescue capabilities in connection with its mine rescue team. These activities were an integral part of the underground diamond core drilling program at the Deer Trail Mine in 2005.

Unico, Inc. Announces Energizing of Electrical Power Substations at the Deer Trail Mine
Power Now Available Inside Mill and Processing Facility
Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced the energizing of the main electrical substation, the secondary electrical substation and the distribution panels inside the mill and production facility at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah. As a result of the recent electrical work at the site, electrical power is now available inside both mill buildings at the site.

The main substation supplies the 1.5 megawatts of power required to operate the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine. The completed secondary substation reduces the voltage from 12,470 volts to the 480 volts needed to operate the mill facility.

Equipment inside the mill buildings that run on 208 volts or 120 volts are now powered and the company is starting to power up the 480-volt equipment. With power from the substations secured, generator power is no longer required to run equipment inside the mill buildings. In addition to powering equipment inside the facility, the lighting inside both mill buildings has been powered and is currently operating.

Energizing of the substations was completed with the assistance of electrical contractor Cache Valley Electric (www.cve.com), one of the largest electrical contractors in the western United States.

"Energizing the main and secondary substations, which allows for the flow of electricity into the mill buildings, is a significant milestone for our project at the Deer Trail Mine," stated Mark A. Lopez, chief executive officer of Unico. "The power supplied by the substation will be used for processing operations at the mill, as well as for potential future mining activities at the Deer Trail property and other Unico claims in the area. We look forward to completing the remaining electrical work inside the mill buildings so that all of the equipment in the facility can be powered by the electrical system that is now in place."

es besteht das gerücht das verwässert wird und mit den täglichen information die phantasie aufrecht zu erhalten für das starten der mine und halt über diesen zeitraum zu dilutiren.


der chart sieht ja okay aus.
werden durch die dilution alle laufenden rechnungen bezahlt und die mine eröffnet tatsächlich hat sich die verwässerung gelohnt.

denke chance risiko geben sich die hand, bleibe investiert und suche schon mal ein großes säckle

aber je näher der start kommt um so niedriger ist deine chance zu 10 ein paar shares zu bekommen.


wäre was faul an der Sache würden hier in deutschland mehr shares dilutiert werden.

die firma würde wohl jede absatzchance nutzen.

der handel und die ausgabe der shares erfolgt aber in den usa.


und dort ist die stimmung gut und der markt nimmt bereitwillig die stücke auf

Mining Operations at the Deer Trail Mine
Issued Monday October 15, 9:05 am ET
SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct. 15, 2007--Unico, Incorporated (OTC BB: UCOI), a
natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced that it has
received conditional approval of an additional amendment to its Large-Scale Mining Plan to
cover expansion of the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysville, Utah.
The State of Utah’s Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (DOGM) granted formal approval of
Unico’s amended Large-Scale Mining Plan for the Deer Trail Mine in April 2005. DOGM
completed a review of the amendment submitted by the company in February 2007 and updated
in September 2007.
Unico’s wholly owned subsidiary Deer Trail Mining Company, LLC has added new construction
elements to the existing site plan for the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine. As
part of its amendment to the Large-Scale Mining Plan in February 2007, Unico submitted to
DOGM additional blueprints of the site modifications and a reclamation surety bond estimate.
The amended Large-Scale Mining Plan allows Unico to expand the scope of its large mining
operation and execute its long-term plan at the Deer Trail Mine. Mining operations under the
plan may include activities conducted on the surface of the land for exploration, development or
extraction of a mineral deposit, including, but not limited to, surface mining and the surface
effects of underground mining, on-site transportation, concentrating, milling, evaporation and
other primary processing.
Recently, the company contracted with Atlas Fausett Contracting, a division of Atlas Mining
Company (www.atlasmining.com), for underground mine maintenance work including portal
and stope rehabilitation at the Deer Trail Mine. Atlas Fausett Contracting provides a variety of
services, including site evaluation, feasibility studies, trouble-shooting and consultation prior to
the undertaking of exploration and mine development. AFC projects include all types of
underground mine development, rehabilitation and specialized civil construction.
Atlas Fausett Contracting is currently conducting initial underground maintenance work
including the replacement of timber sets, clean up of the main haulage way and installation of
ground support where needed.
Concurrently, reconstruction of the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine has
continued. The new electrical substation will supply up to 2.5 megawatts of electricity to power
mining and processing activities at the site. With the main electrical substation, the secondary
substation and all major electrical connections completed, power is now available inside both
mill buildings at the site. The main substation supplies the 1.5 megawatts of power required to
operate the mill and processing facility and an additional megawatt of excess power capacity is
available for future upgrades to the system, including power for mining activities at the Deer
Trail property and other Unico claims in the area.
The reconstruction of the mill and processing facility is being undertaken so that Unico’s wholly
owned mining subsidiary, Deer Trail Mining Company, Inc. can begin processing operations at
the site. Above-ground stockpiles of material at the site is the immediate target of processing
operations as additional future planned mining operations at the Deer Trail Mine are strategized.
Onsite metallurgical and geological work has also been initiated at the Deer Trail Mine.
“We will continue to comply with DOGM's requirements for permitting and posting of the
required reclamation surety as we prepare for processing operations at the mill and processing
facility and future underground mining activities at the Deer Trail Mine,” stated Mark A. Lopez,

SAN DIEGO, CA, Oct 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced that its wholly owned Deer Trail Mining Company subsidiary has submitted the Evacuation and Escape Plan for the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah to the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).

The correspondence to MSHA for the Evacuation and Escape Plan included Emergency Notification Procedures and Information, Evacuation and Escape Procedures, Mine Maps, Mine Map Locations, Escape and Evacuation Instructions, and Underground Firefighting Procedures for the Deer Trail Mine.

The current written plans and escape maps have been made available to miners at the site, and every miner is extensively trained in evacuation instructions. First aid stations have been strategically located throughout the mine and on the surface for easy access. Emergency ventilation is provided in the event of a power failure. Underground emergency transportation is provided by mine locomotive as well as by foot, and surface emergency transportation will be conducted by a Piute County Emergency Response Team.

Previously, the company submitted a notification to MSHA that includes a description of underground work planned for the Deer Trail Mine. Atlas Fausett Contracting, a division of Atlas Mining Company, has been engaged for underground mine maintenance work including portal and stope rehabilitation at the Deer Trail Mine. The maintenance work and reopening of the PTH Tunnel is expected to pave the way for future underground mining activities at the site.

In addition to the MSHA notification, Deer Trail Mining Company has secured underground mine rescue coverage from Talon Resources, which provided consulting and direct representation for the company to the state of Utah's Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (DOGM), as well as conducting certified training and safety compliance programs required by MSHA.

Talon Resources provides a wide variety of services to the mining industry including environmental assessments and permitting, construction inspection, surveying, engineering, instrument calibration, permit tracking, surveys for landfill and hazardous waste sites. They also provide mining and other subsurface location maps and global positioning system surveys.

A new photo gallery showing the reconstruction work is expected to be added to the Media section Unico website, http://www.unicomining.com, in the next several days.

The onsite laboratory buildings were moved from the mine site to the area of the mill buildings to help increase the efficiency of the mill operations and improve logistics at the site. Concrete walkways and stairways were poured to connect the laboratory to the main mill buildings. Power was reconnected to the relocated laboratory buildings and work in the buildings has resumed.

The DC motors and DC speed controllers, which operate the belts that feed the ore into the mill, have been installed and the belts have been tested. The frequency drives, which run the transfer belts that feed the fine ore bins, have been installed and tested.

The ball mill feed belts have been powered up, and the feed belt scale is being calibrated. The ball mill gear lubricating system, manufactured by Farval Lubrication Systems (http://www.farval.com/), is expected to come online this week.

The reconstruction of the mill and processing facility is being undertaken so that Unico's wholly owned mining subsidiary, Deer Trail Mining Company, Inc. can begin processing operations at the site. Above-ground stockpiles of material at the site is the immediate target of processing operations as additional future planned mining operations at the Deer Trail Mine are strategized.

"By relocating the onsite laboratory to the area of the mill buildings at the Deer Trail Mine, we expect to improve the logistics at the site, including the lab work and testing of feed material for the mill and processing facility currently being conducted under the supervision of our senior metallurgist, Edgar Blanco," stated Mark A. We look forward to completion of the remaining reconstruction work at the site so that processing operations can be initiated at the mill and processing facility."

Das wird ne Party hier... Denke Dezember startet die Megarakete. Freefloat sind gerade mal 2,9 Milliarden also ist der ganze Laden mit 3 Millionen bewertet. Was doch sehr sehr wenig ist. Die Anlagegüter sind da weitaus mehr wert. Dazu das Gold im Boden. Eine lächerliche MK.

Wenn es startet stehen wir gleich 1000% höher - dann erste Gewinnmitnahmen und weiter hoch. Ich würde den Laden wenn er läuft schon mit 100 - 300 Millionen bewerten. Was meint ihr??

Also auf die Lauer legen und auf Shares warten, auch wenn es dauert. Mal dauert es halt ein paar Wochen bis man bedient wird, aber meistens lohnt sich die Wartezeit.

Unico, Inc. Reports Progress of Equipment Startup Testing Including Upgrades to the Ball Mill at the Deer Trail Mill and Processing Facility
Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today reported progress of the startup testing of equipment in the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine and replacement of the 200-horsepower synchronous motor for the ball mill.

Wiring for the ball mill in the main mill building was competed and startup testing of the ball mill was initiated.

A new WEG Electric (http://www.wegelectric.com/) 250-horsepower motor has been purchased to replace the motor previously installed on the ball mill. The efficiency rating of the new motor is 94.7% compared to that of the old motor, which was rated at 79%, allowing the overall cost of operating the mill to be drastically reduced.

A new Mitsubishi variable frequency drive (VFD) was located and purchased to replace the General Electric synchronous motor controller. Installation of the new variable frequency drive will allow Deer Trail Mining Company's metallurgist Edgar Blanco to adjust the speed of the mill to help optimize the rate of which each ore can be ground. A dramatic power savings is expected by installing the variable frequency drive, as it adjusts the outgoing frequency and voltage during starting and stopping of the ball mill.

The Mitsubishi variable frequency drive is fully computer integrated, allowing all of the perimeters including horsepower, amperage and revolutions per minute to be monitored and adjusted at any given time from a centralized computer located in the mill control room.

Both the motor and variable frequency drive are being initially started up and programmed by Energy Management Corporation (http://www.emcsolutions.com/) located in Salt Lake City.
