für alle die Hot Stocks lieben hier mal ein wirklich heißer.
Am Wochenende haben die Leute von Stockreviewer(einer sehr bekannten Wall-Street Site) den Titel CYAA zu covern begonnen.
Ihr ersters konservatives Kurziel auf 12-16 Monatsbasis liegt bei sagenhaften 35 US Dollar.
Kein Witz. Nachzulesen unter ihrer Site.
Cyberamerica hat ein KGV von 1 und waechst 3 Stellig.
Hoch profitabel. Was wollt IHR mehr.
Der User JENOPTIK hat als erster auf CYAA hier im Board auf CYAA aufmerksam gemacht und an dieser Stelle nochmals Dank an Ihn.

PS: Wer Infos ueber CYAA sucht der kann unter CYAA hier im Board alles finden was er braucht.

Danke , hoffe wir es zahlt sich diesmal aus.

Aber wie gesagt, habe diesen wert schon 2 Jahre.

Hat sich sehr gut entwickelt, sieht man auch im chart.

habe bei ca 0,2 gekauft und jetzt nochmal bei 1,5 dollar.

Es gibt nur lächerliche 3 mio stücke .

Der kurs steht momentan wegen der allgemeinen schwäche so niedrig .

Kann eigentlich als Fundamentalanalyst nicht verstehen warum der KUrs so so weit unten ist.

Wachstum ist da und KGV liegt bei 1 Ja 1 wahnsinn.

Man darf allerdings nicht verkennen, daß das letzte Ergebniß etwas täuscht..

Dieses kahm zustande durch Ihren Imobiliensektor und beteiligungssektor. Das Kerngeschäft schwächelt dagegen
von zeit zu zeit .

Nichtsdestotrotz die aktie ist min 4-5 Dollar wert momentan. Und müßte bei normalem verlauf
10 dollar jetzt kosten.

Die anhaltenede OTC schwäche sollte man ausnützen um einzusteigen.

Ebenso halte ich ne XNET momentan auch für einen klaren kauf.

CTWN wäre auch ein kauf aber cyaa hält ja 2,85 mio stücke.

Deshalb erscheint cyaa die günstigere alternative für alle die auch in ctwn sein möchten.

Ctwn glänzte letzte woche in ihren zahlen 316 % umsatzsteigerung und endich in der Gewinnzohne
verdienten bei 760 K umsatz 500K

das mit CTWN habe ich auch gelesen.
Bin gespannt wie das heutige Volumen aussieht.
Wenn am WE wirklich ein paar Leute auf CYAA aufmerksam geworden sind,
wovon ich ganz stark ausgehe dann dürften wir heute einen Interessanten Kursverlauf erleben.

Bin leider in Unify noch drin, sah sehr gut aus für mich. Habe nicht gedacht, daß so etwas passieren kann.

Bin darüber auch bitter entäuscht.

Habe ziemlich viel Geld verloren.

Unify sah zahlenmäßig echt super aus.

Das ist das erste mal daß so etwas passiert. Bin mir nicht sicher was da jetzt abläuft mit UNIFY sind

Morgen,

gestern war der Handel ziemlich lau und der Kurs bröckelt ein bischen.
Ich denke mit den naechste News wirds wieder steil bergauf gehen.

du hast vollkommen recht, das Risiko bei solchen Werten ist um ein vielfaches Größer als bei ner Daimler z.b.
Aber wenn ich CYAA mir so anschaue dann überwiegt für mich die Chance um ein vielfaches.
Das Problem liegt daran das CYAA erst richtig entdeckt werden muß.
Desweiteren dürfen die meisten Fondgesellschaften aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht in OTC Werte investieren.

Zeigt, daß CYAA auch noch reserven von 5 Mio dollar hat.

Also mehr reserven besitzt als der derzeitige Börsenwert selbst.

Deshalb kann ich diesen Preis von 2 dollar auch nicht verstehen ist viel zu billig

Wir rechnen morgen mit starkem kursanstieg speziell bei CYAA.
Außerdem ein sehr guter kandidat ist CNES wir würden aber hier eine wertung von 2 zu 3 zugunsten CYAA veranschlagen.
Auf jeden fall sind bei beiden werten kurzfristig einige hundert prozent drin.

So ein Scheiß, da dachte ich ich bin bei 1,5$ günstig eingestiegen! Nun einen Tag später hätte ich sie für 1 3/8$ bekommen.
Wie sehen bei euch die Kosten aus für ein OTC Trade? Bei Consors ist es schon viel. Dürfte aber wenn man ein US Konto hat auch günstiger sein.

sie schwankt immer stark hin und her, dies brauch dich nicht zu beunruhigen.

der große teil ging nach der nachricht vom ergebniß über 2 dollar weg.

Die Jungs die da gekauft haben, wissen, daß es ein Schnäpchen war für 2 dollar zu kaufen.

es gibt nur 2,8 mio stück.

und die Firma verdient super und der Wert der Beteiligungen ist schon 3 mal so hoch wie der aktuelle
Kurs.

Warts ab, sobald die börse wieder besser läuft gehts ab ohne ende.

Diese Manipulations-Geschichten dürften trotzdem der Grund für die niedrige Bewertung von CYAA sein. Ist CYAA bereits vollständig rehabilitiert oder wann wäre damit zu rechnen?

wie du richtig erkannt hast ist Cyaa da nicht involviert.
Wolfson ein Neffe des CEo s glaube ich hatte damit was zu tuen
und als CYAA Aktionaer warf das natürlich ein schlechtes Licht
auf Cyberamerica.
Wolfsons Anteil an CYAA wurde zurückgekauft und er hat somit nichts mehr mit CYAA zu tun.
Wie du siehst ist CYAA absolut clean.

CyberAmerica Corp. Posts Quarterly Earnings Results
SALT LAKE CITY, Nov 15, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CyberAmerica Corp. (OTC BB: CYAA chart, msgs) Wednesday announced that it filed its Form 10QSB for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2000.

CYAA`s Form 10QSB showed significant financial improvement for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2000 as compared to the previous year. As a result of improved profitability stockholder equity increased by $246,932 to $9,062,065. This increase is net of booking an unrealized loss on securities held for investment of $416,136.

CYAA recorded net profits of $2,993,897 for the first nine months of 2000 compared to net profits of $1,743,978 for same period of 1999, an increase of 71.6 percent. As a result of these net profits, CYAA`s earnings per share totaled $.97 for the first nine months compared to $.57 for the same period in the previous year and $1.14 for the entire year of 1999.

CYAA believes that the company is still on track to beat last year`s earnings by year-end and the first nine months` results reflect that pace.

Gross revenues for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2000, were $4,635,854 as compared to $3,597,823 for the comparable period in 1999. The nine months ended Sept. 30, 2000 include $2,126,479 in property sales, $545,074 in consulting revenue, and $269,493 in rental revenues. Revenues exceed those of the previous year for the first nine months in every category.

Although this is extremely positive, this trend may or may not continue. Due to the period of time involved in a particular consulting project and the sporadic nature of land sales, management feels it is not abnormal to see swings in gross revenue from time to time.

CYAA`s book value per share dropped slightly to $3.03 for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2000, from $3.15 as of June 30, 2000, due in part to an increase in the number of outstanding shares. A large portion of the shares issued were used to acquire an additional 20 percent stake in Wasatch Capital Corp. which owns commercial property in downtown Salt Lake City.

CyberAmerica Subsidiary, CyberStudio, Buys Kearns Building for $750,000
SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2000--CyberAmerica Corp. (OTCBB: CYAA - news) Tuesday announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CyberStudio, has successfully closed a transaction to purchase an 11,000 square-foot building in Kearns, Utah.

CyberStudio agreed to pay a total of $750,000 for the building, including long-term debt of $625,000 and a credit of $66,000 for prior rent paid on the building. The company will value the building on its books at $750,000.

The property is a one-story office building located on Sams Boulevard in Kearns and is two-thirds occupied by well-respected tenants: the State of Utah Office of the Courts and the Deseret Mutual Benefit Association insurance company. The monthly rent from these tenants is $6,569, representing an average annual rate of $10.59 per square foot.

The purchase will affect CYAA`s balance sheet as follows: it will increase CYAA`s gross assets (valued as of 9/30/00) by $750,000, from $15.8 million to $16.6 million. It will increase CYAA`s long-term debt (valued as of 9/30/00) by $625,000, from $5.3 million to $5.9 million, and it will increase CYAA`s gross shareholder equity (valued as of 9/30/00) by $125,000, from $9.1 million to $9.2 million.
