strategic OEM agreement to jointly build and deliver an integrated customer
analysis solution for BroadVision`s One-to-One suite of applications. The product
will analyze customer data from the One-to-One suite. With the addition of

customer`s behaviors and preferences. The new product will carry the BroadVision
brand and will be sold through BroadVision`s direct sales force. Product availability
is scheduled for the Q4 2000.
