Die kommenden Monate werden zeigen, ob 3DO das Fundament für einen Turnaround besitzt. Vorstand Trip Hawkins hat gegenüber US-Medien geäußert, dass das laufende Quartal bereits deutliche Zeichen der Besserung bringen solle. Das Schlussviertel des Geschäftsjahres 2001/02 soll den Schritt in die Profitabilität bringen. Nach den Kursverlusten hat 3DO eine Marktkapitalisierung von rund 100 Mio. Dollar.

Bislang sehen Analysten für das Geschäftsjahr 2002/03 unverändert einen Gewinn von 0,11 Dollar je Aktie voraus.
