Business Week and Soft-letter Name Citrix a Hot Growth Company
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1999--Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS - news) today announced that Business Week, an internationally renown magazine targeting the business elite, has recognized Citrix as one of the `hot growth` companies of 1999. Business Week ranked Citrix 18th out of the top 100 corporations with revenues under $500 million in the United States. Business Week also ranked Citrix in its ``Hottest of Hot`` top 5 rankings for sales growth, earnings and market value. Additionally, Citrix announced that it was recognized in the annual `Soft-letter 100` ranking for the sixth consecutive year. This year, Citrix ranked 13th, up 5 positions from last year`s listing.

``We are excited to be recognized by prestigious organizations like Business Week and Soft-letter and thank our customers and business partners for their support,`` said Steve Adams, senior vice president of worldwide marketing for Citrix. ``These awards are proof points of our ability to meet growing customer and market demand for server-based computing solutions that offer businesses the greatest return on their computing investments.``

In its 15th consecutive year, the Business Week `Hot Growth Companies` ranking is based on year long research by Business Week editors. To win a position in this listing, a company must excel sales growth over three years, as well as earnings growth, and return on invested capital. Business Week `s `Hot Growth Companies` are featured in the magazine`s May 31, 1999 issue. Business Week is available on the World Wide Web at http://www.businessweek.com.

``Citrix`s growth has been fascinating -- like the Energizer Bunny, they just keep moving up the charts,`` said Jeffrey Tarter, editor and publisher of Soft-letter.

The 1999 Soft-letter 100, published annually since 1984, is a ranking of the hundred largest independent PC software companies in the United States based on 1998 revenues. To be included in this listing, a company must be an independent, U.S.-based company that generates at least 50 percent of its revenues from personal computer software development or publishing.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 1999-- Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS - news) today announced that IBM Global Services, one of the world`s largest systems integrators, has expanded its relationship with Citrix by joining the company`s Enterprise Solutions Provider (ESP) channel program. Validating the mainstream enterprise adoption of server-based computing, IBM Global Services will provide consulting, outsourcing and system integration services for Citrix MetaFrame(tm) and WinFrame® server-based computing software across Global 1000 companies. In addition, IBM Global Services will manage IBM Corporation`s own worldwide deployment of Citrix server-based technology across its divisions.

IBM Corporation`s use of server-based computing solutions across its divisions has resulted in improved productivity as employees have high-performance access to their applications, from anywhere in the world. ``An application deployment process that previously took months can be reduced to a few weeks with Citrix server-based technology,`` added Sammis. ``MetaFrame`s centralized server-based computing technology has enabled IBM Global Services to manage applications from a single point, saving global customers valuable time and money.``

Citrix has provided IBM Global Services with headquarters-based marketing, sales and technical support, as well as field sales and systems engineering support. Moin,
      Gruss,
      Mo
