Das traurige daran die WestLB Studie kam wirklich raus, darüber sollte man sich Gedanken ...
Denke auch das im ideal Fall 90% zu machen sind, wenn der Handel wieder aufgenommen
wird.

teamwork information management AG applied on the 3rd November
2000 to the local county court to start insolvency proceedings. The
solicitor Dr. Kebekus has been appointed preliminarily to watch over
the insolvency proceedings. The company has given the following
causes for the insolvency proceedings: After entering the stock
market last year the company started the internationalization acquiring
German and international companies. Another cause was the high
investment costs for the development of new products. The further
development of these investments and other starting costs should
have been covered with the planned capital increase from summer
2000. An unpredictable sale of shares from an institutional investor
caused a clear decline in stock price in May; this thwarted the
possibility of a capital increase. The companies liquidity needs were
insufficiently covered from the banks. Despite numerous efforts
within in the last couple of weeks, the company did not succeed in
finding new capital investors for the business. This was because each
new investor saw the threatening insolvency as a risk they did not
want to take. In order to nevertheless secure the survival of the
business, the Board of Management decided on contacting a
consulting firm to advise them on the next steps to take. The
consulting company specializes in overcoming crisis situations, it also
helps to solve acute business problems. Together with the consulting
company the decision has been made to solve these problems within
the framework of the insolvency procedure. The insolvency plan
procedure is legislation from the government, which helps companies
in the redevelopment of their business. This insolvency reform has
been in existence since 01.01.1999. After the already led discussions,
it appears very likely that the necessary funding can be secured within
the framework of the insolvency proceedings. The main funding
components for the company are the insolvency money. This
financial support guarantees that the company does not have to pay
the employee salaries for the next three months, and furthermore the
financial support of the banks, which has been signalised. Within the
course of the day, negotiations will be taking place with the
insolvency administrator, but already the first signals of which
business direction the company is taking have been made. Details of
the negotiations will be given from the preliminary insolvency
administrator. With the support of the consulting company, a new
restructuring concept is being developed for teamwork; this concept
is to be executed with the help from the consulting company. The
company assumes that the insolvency administrator will also
participate accordingly. When the teamwork employees are still at the
disposal of the company and all outstanding contracts can be upheld,
the company should be able to end the insolvency process by the end
