JM Dutton & Associates Announces Investment Opinion: TMSF Holdings Maintained at Speculative Buy Rating in Update Issued by Dutton & Associates

JM Dutton & Associates continues coverage of TMSF Holdings (OTCBB:TMFZ), maintaining a speculative buy rating. We have assigned a price target of $2.50 in this report. Our upgrade on August 12, 2004, of TMSF Holdings to a Speculative Buy was based on the strong growth in revenues and earnings reported for the second quarter 2004 and our estimates for the balance of the year 2004 and 2005. TMSF Holdings has now reported double-digit growth in revenue and earnings in the last three quarters, and we believe this growth has not been recognized in the stock market. TMSF Holdings is selling at a 5.5 P/E ratio based on the trailing twelve months earnings of $0.31 and is selling at a 2.2 P/E ratio based on our estimated fully diluted EPS of $0.50 for FY2004. Based on our estimated diluted EPS of $0.50 for 2004 and applying a 5.0 price earnings ratio, we are assigning a 12 month price target of $2.50 per share. Based on our estimated diluted EPS of $0.60 and applying a 5.0 price earnings ratio, the price target for year-end 2005 is $3.00 per share. While TMSF Holdings` revenue and earnings growth are impressive, we are maintaining our Speculative Buy rating because TMSF`s stock currently trades on the OTC bulletin board and the trading liquidity, while improving, is light. Based on our projections for interest rates and housing starts, our earnings estimates for 2004 and 2005, and the 5.0 P/E ratio, we believe the estimated 12 month price target is conservative. TMSF affords investors an opportunity for long-term capital growth with minimum downside risk.
