The Company intends on using the funds for further development of its online casino and poker software and expansion into the European and Asian markets. The agreement provides for a Credit Facility of up to $2.43 million, to be provided in increments, on a best efforts basis, with initial funding anticipated within 30 days.
JDS Uniphase Corp (Nasdaq: JDSU) traded half the daily volume by the end of Friday`s session, closing at $4.81. The stock hasn`t closed this low since the week prior February 5th closing at $4.74. Keep an eye out for new news from JDSU.
Standard & Poor`s Ratings Services assigned its `CCC-` rating to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc.`s (Nasdaq: SIRI) new $250 million convertible notes due 2009. At the same time, Standard & Poor`s affirmed its existing ratings, including its `CCC` corporate credit rating, on the satellite radio broadcaster. The outlook is stable. The New York, N.Y.-based firm has approximately about $450 million in debt. Sirius` growth has picked up but it continues to trail XM Satellite Radio Inc. in adding new subscribers
SunMicro Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq: SUNW) traded nearly the average volume by the end of Friday`s trading session. Investors didn`t want to hold in to the three-day weekend as sellers beat buyers to close the stock down .14 to $5.63.
The University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index for February fell short of market expectations - falling to 93.1 in its preliminary reading with a consensus of 103.3 - and threw cold water over the indices` initial attempts at rallying at Fridays open. The market turned south from under the weight of several items that implied negative implications for the economy, the Trade Balance widened to -$42.5 billion (consensus of -$40.0 billion) - its second largest in a year - as exports fell 0.2% in December. Although the latter development wasn`t that disturbing - considering the weak link between consumer spending and sentiment, it was enough to incite a broad-based pullback in stocks. wichtig ist daß der Kurs nach oben geht

diese Aktie wird die nächste turbodyne. deren geschäftstätigkeit scheint ebenfalls daraus zu bestehen, gut klingende Meldungen herauszubringen, damit die altaktionäre zu guten kursen verkaufen können.
ich halte es für unwahrscheinlich, dass diese firma dauerhaft bestehen wird.die höhe dieser sogenannten umsätze und gewinne ist derart gering, dass sich der verdacht aufdrängt, dass das alles von den altaktionären inszeniert ist, frei nach dem motto: wenn ich selber einen auftrag i.h.v. 2´´ gebe, kann ich mit meinen aktien ein vielfaches davon verdienen....

ich halte es für unwahrscheinlich, dass diese firma dauerhaft bestehen wird.die höhe dieser sogenannten umsätze und gewinne ist derart gering, dass sich der verdacht aufdrängt, dass das alles von den altaktionären inszeniert ist, frei nach dem motto: wenn ich selber einen auftrag i.h.v. 2´´ gebe, kann ich mit meinen aktien ein vielfaches davon verdienen....
