The enclosed information is provided by the United States Department of Justice Victim Notification System (VNS). As a victim witness professional, my role is to assist you with information and services during the prosecution of this case. I am contacting you because you were identified by law enforcement as a victim during the investigation of the above criminal case.

A status hearing is scheduled before Judge George Foley for February 25, 2015, 09:30 AM at LV Courtroom 3A, Lloyd D. George U.S. Courthouse, 333 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89101 for defendant(s) John M. Edwards. The purpose of this hearing is to determine if there are issues that the Court needs to address and to schedule any necessary future court dates. This hearing will be regarding the defendant's mental capacity. The defendant's attorney will be filing a motion to have Mr. Edwards evaluated by a non-government doctor.

Because of the Court's schedule, hearing dates could change on very short notice. If you plan on attending, you may want to call the VNS Call Center or check the website to confirm the date and time. Please note, there is a 24-hour delay in information transfer to the website.

Through the Victim Notification System (VNS) we will continue to provide you with updated scheduling and event information as the case proceeds through the criminal justice system. Eigentlich sollte unsere Zahlung von dem Iraq-Dinar RV (Neubewertung)abhängig sein.

So, gestern wurde der Gesetzentwurf fürs Bugdet 2015 (von dem hängt bekanntlich der RV ab)abgestimmt in allen 60 Punkten, mit einem Value von 118Trill. Dinars und einem vergleisweise bescheidenem Defizit von 25Billionen Dinars.
Da könnte man annehmen das der RV jetzt baldig kommt, kurz danach kam die Meldung dass das irakische Parlament die Tagung bis zum 10 Februar unterbricht bzw. vertagt. Warum? wahrscheinlicht um das Gesetz zu verankern?
Hmm, was geschieht in der Zwischenzeit, werden wir kurz vor dem RV bezahlt? ich meine das mal gelesen zu haben.

ja das ist richtig Steve hatte bisher auch für mich keine Bedeutung und wird es so denke ich auch keine weiterhin haben, was er bisher aus der CMKX Hülle geschafft hat ist nicht berauschend.
Das Resultat der SEC für WF-Bank wird nur in dem Falle interresant welche Entscheidung getroffen wurde oder wird, deshalb ist dieses Webinar als Information von Steve interresant, kann aber auch sein dass wir danach genau so schlau sind wie vorher.

Soweit ich weiß (vom Hören und Sagen) ist die Person Steve Kiprik oder so völlig uninteressant für unsere Sache.

Daher würde ich auf das Webinar nichts geben. Da kam meiner Meinung nach nie

etwas herum. (Ok übertrieben ausgedrückt, wurde glaube ich mal Geld für ein Bleistift gesammelt. )

Steve kam erst zum Vorschein als CMKX nur noch eine Hülle war bzw. wurde ihm diese überlassen. Und mit dem was vorhanden ist (also nichts) spielt er ein wenig herum. Ändern wir mal den Namen z.B.

Was da im Hintergrund lief oder läuft damit hat er meiner Meinung nach nichts zu tun. Wenn dann nur sehr sehr sehr.... oberflächlich.

Bin der Meinung, dass er diesbezüglich auch schon mal ein Stateman abgegeben hat bzw. seine Aussagen danach klangen.

Alles nur meine Meinung.

It is not yet known how much money will be recovered in this case. If the assets ultimately collected are sufficient for a practical and economically feasible distribution of funds to investors, the SEC may by motion to the court propose a plan to distribute the funds. No funds can be distributed to investors unless and until the court approves a distribution plan. We will post information about any proposed or final distribution plan on this page when it becomes available. The judgments entered in this case direct that disgorgement, prejudgment interest and civil penalty amounts be paid to the Clerk of the Court for the District of Nevada for deposit into an interest bearing account with the Court Registry Investment System. For information about any payments that may be made to the Clerk, please access the Court’s website.

MHO, there are several possible scenarios for this situation. The four most obvious based on my simple mind are: (1) Case closed, no settlement monies from WF, end of story; (2) Case closed, case was a hammer that is no longer needed, we expectantly look for distribution of settlement monies promised since 2006; (3) a settlement was reached, it is paid to the company (they are the ones that were harmed by WF) and it would be sufficient ($4 million plus) to buy into New Corp; or (4) Settlement monies are minimal and so are the company’s choices on how to use the monies to benefit the shareholders.

Needless to say, and based on my previous ramblings, I love door #3. This would allow us to continue what the company started in 2006...a wind-down of company business and a distribution of all assets(after taxes) to bona fide shareholders. I believe that is why New Corp has been silently sitting in the wings for the past approx. 4 years.

If I remember correctly, the New Corp agreement would allow CMKM to buy in for around $4 million and I believe the company would subsequently pass the shares on to us, the bona fide shareholders. I believe this would be done by a reverse merger into New Corp carrying forth our new name “New Horizons”. 1010 Corp, run by Urban’s close friend and associate Kock, would manage the company (per the agreement) while common stock shareholders (all of us old CMKM bona fide shareholders) would receive 80% of company declared dividends. The other 20%, per the agreement, would go to 1010 Corp. Such actions would place us in essentially the same position CMKM Diamonds had planned for us to be in with the Entourage shares back in 2006.

Along with this “WF settlement money” distribution, any remaining company funds would also be distributed to the shareholders. This would include trust fund settlement monies ($3.7 trillion+) plus F&P.

As such, CMKM Diamonds would go away never to be heard of again, and all of us old bona fide shareholders would have been publically shown to have only received a settlement from WF for around $4 million. And that would be the end of the CMKX story!

I kind of like this ending but will graciously accept any reasonable ending as long as it includes our trust fund distribution along with F&P...much sooner rather than later! Best of luck to all and thanks for tolerating my ramblings!!
