Sehr viele Schnorrer unterwegs und keiner will teurer kaufen.

Der Kurs liegt also außerhalb intern gesetzter Parameter. In einigen Fällen scheint der MM aber auch einfach zu schlafen. Im Zweifelsfall einfach mal in München anrufen und nachfragen dann wird auch drauf reagiert.

      Romania’s economy advances 5.2pct in H1 2016; household consumption, up 10.4pcT

Romania’s H1 2016 Gross Domestic Product (GDP) advanced 5.2 percent from H1 2015 in unadjusted terms.

Provisional data released on Tuesday by the National Statistics Institute (INS) reveal total consumption contributed 80.6 percent toward the GDP formation in H1 2016.

‘Unadjusted Q2 2016 GDP estimates read 176,380.7 million lei current prices, up 6.0 percent in real terms from Q2 2015. H1 2016 GDP estimates exceed 323.09 billion lei current prices, up 5.2 percent in real terms from H1 2015,’ data with INS show.

Contributing to the y-o-y increase in the Q1 2016 GDP were all the economic branches, with more significant positive influences coming from retail and wholesale trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, transport and storage, hotels and restaurants (+2.1 percent), with a weight of 18.8 percent in the GDP formation.

Also contributing were information and communications (+0.8 percent), with a lower weight to the GDP formation, of just 6.8 percent, but which activity volume was up 13 percent; industry (+0.4 percent), with a 22.6 percent weight and an increase by 1.7 percent in activity volume; public administration and defence, public social security, education, healthcare and social work (+0.4 percent), with a weight of 11.8 percent and a 3.3-percent rise in activity volume, as well as net taxes on products (+0.4 percent), with a 10.9-percent weight and a 3-percent increase in activity volume.

The GDP growth was mainly the result of a 10.4-percent rise in household final consumption expenditure that contributed 6.8 percent to the GDP growth and a 7.3-percent increase in gross fixed capital formation that contributed 1.6 percent to the growth.

According to INS data, negative impacts on the GDP growth came from net exports (-2.8 percent), as the growth in impor

Poland’s new child benefit ‘500 plus’ to include foreigners

by Ewelina Nurczyk in: News, 29 Feb 2016

Poland has experienced a heated debate over the last few months. The passionate discussion concerns a new child benefit introduced by the governing party. It also turns out that the law will not exclude foreign families from getting financial support.

Poland is experiencing demographic problems similar to those observed in other parts of the European continent. The most recent data is alarming – according to CIA's World Fact Book there were only slightly above 9 new births for each 1,000 Polish citizens in 2015. This puts the country in a difficult demographic situation and calls for new measures to reverse current tendencies.

Polish government, elected last autumn, has introduced their plan to stop the approaching demographic crisis. The Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice) party believes that increasing financial support for families with young children may be the solution to the problem. Their plan is called Rodzina 500 plus (Family 500 plus) and indicates that families with young children may expect to receive PLN 500 per month for each child. There are however some conditions that need to be fulfilled.

Russia's Baby Boom. Fertility Rate Far Higher Than in EU, Rising Quickly

Unique in western hemisphere, government programs have worked

The author is a Danish expert on comparative demographics. She submitted this article to Russia Insider.

Contrary to popular belief, Russia’s demographic situation is improving as western fertility rates continue to plummet.

A human population needs to have a fertility rate of at least 2.1 children per woman if it is to achieve natural growth. In the European Union the number is 1.3. In the US it is 2.01. For the world as a whole it is 2.3.

Globally the fertility rate is falling. It has been below replacement levels in Europe since 1972 and in the US since 2005. This has triggered alarm bells from the World Bank, the Berlin Demographic Institute, even the CIA.

This decline in western fertility rates attracts no interest from western politicians or mass media. They remain stuck in the short term. This mirrors the attitudes of other societies that fell into crisis because of low birth rates: the Roman Empire, Etruscan society, the Abbasid Caliphate etc.

In Russia the fertility rate is rising. According to the World Bank it rose from 1.34 in 2009, to 1.54 in 2013 and is currently at 1.60. This rise is almost unique in Europe.

Since President Vladimir Putin acted to address the problem, Russia has been one of the few countries in the western hemisphere to have registered a stable rise in its fertility rate.

By contrast, the European Union and the US are looking to mask their deteriorating demographic situation by importing skilled labour from other regions. However, this can only be a temporary fix.

The war in Ukraine, for all its many other consequences, will cause Russia’s fertility rate to rise further. If that sounds strange consider that wars historically cause population growth. The biggest increase in the European population came about because of the Second World War. Chechnya’s population grew from 800,000 to 1.2 million because of the conflict there. In New York the number of weddings increased by 25% in the immediate aftermath of the attack on the World Trade Centre on 9/11. Four years later that increase had been lost in full.

The real demographic picture is therefore almost the exact opposite of what you read in the western media.

If fertility rates continue to grow in Russia and continue to fall in the west in line with present trends then the future belongs to Russia.
