mir gehören auch ein paar 10.000 shares, die auch gar nicht mal schlecht im plus sind. bei solchen werten habe ich immer einen sehr langen athem.die story ist erst am anfang, es wird auf jeden fall spannend. dem mutigen gehört die welt.
was man so alles liest hört sich gut an, und oil ist ja nun mal ein sehr begehrter rohstoff, genau so wie gold. die gewinne aus dem flüssigen gold werde ich auf jeden fall richtig vergolden. das wird in den folgenden jahren auf jedenfall von vorteil sein.

Folgendes wurde heute Nacht im Land der Elche gepostet!!


I have talked with the company.
Crews continue to work on the Cartwright No. 1 step out well. The company is waiting on flow rates as they continue swabbing or cleaning out the fracked material before they can test the flow rates. They indicated this is nearing completion and the flow rate testing equipment is on-site.

In my opinion, the amount of swabbing that has been done to date and the length of time that has elapsed, is suggesting to me, that the pay zone MIGHT be greater then the 66 feet. (IMHO)

I am optimistically sitting back patiently awaiting the company to release news on the flow rates and the size of pay zone. I understand that dealing with a drill hole a mile and a half deep can take some time to complete.

I am Long on MXM and nothing I have heard concerns me with the delay. I always double-check or say triple-check what I hear with a call to their joint ventures partners.

ld ist ein langzeitinvestment, mein einstiegskurs ist noch zu hoch um jetzt mit 100 % raus gehen zu können.

lies dich mal ein im threat, wenn du lust und zeit hast.

bis zum 13,04,2006 wird noch gehandelt und ich hoffe, daß es noch mal richtig runter geht, damit ich verbilligen kann.


aber man sollte die nach dem delisting liegen lassen wie huck so schön gesagt hat und nicht mehr daran denken, optimaler ek wäre 0,40 €, leg dir 10.000 st. rein und warte ab.

schau dir chart und zahlen 2005 an.


ich rechne mit angebot für aktionäre, welches nicht unter 3 € liegt.


wann ? keine ahnung.

aber in nicht al zu langer zeit.

Hi! Ja die Wette gab es mal! Drei Tipps haben wir und meiner Ansicht können wir sie stehen lassen. Bis Anfang Mai vergeht noch ein bischen Zeit!

Was komisch ist, das keine der Teilhaberfirmen etwas rausrückt. Maxim hängt ja nur mit 9,5% drin und ist der kleinste Teilhaber.
Da soll die Woche ein Meeting der Firmen sein.
Es geht auch um den Erwerb des umliegenden Landes.
Man kann die Sache jetzt positiv sehen und sagen das man nicht mit Riesenfunden prahlt bevor das Land erworben ist, sonst würde das ganze in einer Preisschlacht enden..

Man kann es aber auch negativ sehen und sagen , das die sich treffen um eine clevere Vermarktung ihres Fehlgriffs zu besprechen.

Meine Meinung ist klar. Ich denke die haben soviel Geld die könnten auch bei einer Fehlbohrung genug Projekte an LAnd ziehen.

Kanadas Zocker toben vor wut und ich denke mal da hat der ein oder andere schon mit Verlust verkauft. Wenn der Kurs weiter fällt ohne das es irgendeine Neuigkeit gegeben hat, also das nur Schnellzocker das HAndtuch werfen, werde ich noch was ins Depot holen. Force of Habit

Moin, ich habe mal bei MXM gefragt, was so los ist.
MXM ist derzeit mit 2 potentiellen Firmen im Gespräch zwecks Promotion in Europa.
Ob das nun Axino oder eine andere Firma werden wird, weiss ich nicht.
Ich glaube, das die News mit Absicht zurückgehalten werden, damit die Schreiberlinge hier gleich erstmal mit 'ner guten Meldung einen Auftakt nach Maß liefern können.

Das ist natürlich möglich.

Die Frage stellt sich, warum hier so lange herumgewartet wird?
Wäre das Ergebnis schlecht, hätte man es auch gleich posten können und nicht auf die Summierung mit dem Warteeffekt gesetzt.
Nun ist der Kurs mit der Zeit kontinuierlich gesunken und das gibt Spekulatinspotential.
Wenn jemand daran interessiert ist, den Kurs zu drücken, ist das für mich ein gutes Zeichen. Denn dann wird ja mit zukünftigen Gewinnen gerechnet.

Wenn du es Glück nennst was zu verkaufen, warum habe ich dann soviel Pech beim Kaufen?? Habe eine klitzekleine Menge ins Bid in Frankfurt gehauen. Da hat der Makler erstmal ne Stunde gebraucht bis er es auch veröffentlicht hat!! Wahnsinn!!
Übrigens hat mein Arbeitskollege ( oder wenn dir Hartz 4-Berater lieber ist,lotto) im Laufe der Woche 41 k nicht gerade billig erstanden, also tu nicht so als würdest du die Ware nicht verscheuern können!!!

PS.: MXM ist ...eiß. . MXM sackt mit Sicherheit in den nächsten Stunden um 1000 % ab. Euer Geld ist im .rsc. .Eure letzte Hoffnung ist der .epp in Frankfurt mit seinen 30 k Bid. Handelt schnell....

sehr gut plattenpavel.

mein kurzfristger austritt bedeutet nicht, daß ich nicht wieder zu euch ins boot einsteige.

hat auch bei mir über 2 std. gedauert bis meine verkaufsorder bedient wurde.

das der kurs am tag danach auf meinen ek zurück ging ist natürlich nicht vorhersehbar gewesen, dennoch glückes geschick.

unter 0,2 € denke ich über ein neues investment nach, aber mir hat das hier zu lange gedauert.

mal sehen was weiter kommt.

Just to let people know I am back in the office. I had a bad go of it with the flue that has been going around.
Fundamental Research Corp has written an independent ultra conservative report on Maxim Resources. It can be viewed at http://www.fundamentalresearchcorp.com/research/pdf/Maxim/Ma…
It is my understanding that they will upgrade their targets for share price as results come out. My best estimate on the release of the flow rates on the step out well at Cooke Ranch is early next week. The pump has been installed and the Company should have the flow rates shortly.

This well offsets its previous well, the Cooke No. 3, by approximately 1,000 feet.

Schlumberger log analysis indicates an Escondido pay zone between 6630-6696 feet (66 feet net pay). Based on the log analysis, this well appears to be similar to the Cooke No. 3 well.

4.5 inch production casing is being run in the well today. Once the service rig arrives on site, the operator, Bayshore Exploration LLC advises that the well will be completed and put on production utilizing the existing facilities.

Bayshore has informed the Corporation that the drilling of three additional wells will commence in April 2006. The Corporation's working interest is 9.5% in approximately 8840 acres.

The El Maton Field Prospect consists of 234 acres located in Matagorda County, Texas. The El Maton Field discovered in 1961 has produced approximately 44BCF of gas with condensate from 9 producing wells. The Frio section in the El Maton field consists of alternating sand and shales. Reservoir sand conditions are good with over 28% porosity and 200 milladarcys of permeability.

The area production, good reservoir sand conditions, and high recovery rates gives this prospect excellent potential for production and reserves.

The El Maton Prospect is a structural ridge on the west flank of the El Maton Field. The rate of dip and structural high is defined by good subsurface well control.

The #1 Hickl Well on the El Maton Field Prospect will be drilled by the Operator, Howard Exploration L.L.C., to a depth of 9,400' approximately 1,200' northeast of the Davis #1 Hickl Well. It is expected that this well will be drilled by the middle of May at a cost of US $1,400,000. The location appears favourable to encounter the 9,200' McDonald Sand and other objectives high to the #1 Hickl Well.

Finder's fees may be paid in connection with the participation agreement in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policies.

As of today to my knowledge neither the Company nor I have received the flow rates. I am told "they are doing it right" (which means it is a slow process) and that they are still getting fracking fluid out with the oil. No one is holding back results!!! I am just as frustrated about this as anyone else. It is holding up our investor awareness program. They would not have put a pump on it if it was a dry hole. Additional wells are scheduled to be drilled on the Cooke shortly.

Drilling in the El Maton field is scheduled to commence in the not too distant future. I expect announcement on that next week. The Company continues to "negotiate" on other acquisitions, one of which is close to closing. However I caution people as 8 out of 9 potential deals never close.

Maxim could have 3 maybe 4 plays with news in May. That way if it is hurry up and wait on one you may have news on another.

MAXIM TO DRILL THREE OUT OF FOUR SIMULTANEOUSLY

Maxim Resources Inc. has provided an update on four oil and gas projects.

Cooke Ranch field (Cooke No. 4 and Cartwright No. 2 wells), La Salle county, Texas

Bayshore Exploration LLC has completed a 3-D seismic survey over 2,560 acres of the Cooke Ranch acreage. The results were very encouraging. Two new drilling locations for the Cooke No. 4 and Cartwright No. 2 wells are being surveyed and staked. A drilling rig is scheduled to move in and drill both locations within 10 days. Each well should take 12 to 14 days to drill.

The initial well, Cooke No. 3 well, after six months of continuous production, is flowing 145 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd). Cartwright No. 1 well continues to be production tested. To further stimulate the flow rate, it may be "refract." The private operator (who owns 25 per cent) is still very optimistic that the well will be commercially viable when concluded.

The joint venture group, which includes Dynamic Resources Corp. (DYRF) and Paxton Energy Inc. (PXTE), has 8,840 acres of the Cooke Ranch field. Maxim has earned its 9.5-per-cent interest, which is currently providing cash flow to the company.

El Maton field (Hickl No. 1 well), Matagorda county, Texas

The site preparation is complete and all the permits are in place. The drilling rig should arrive this week. It will take approximately two weeks to drill the well.

Maxim holds a 15 per-cent working interest in approximately 234 acres.

The Trinidad project (South Erin block)

The first scheduled well is to spud on or about July3, 2006. It will take 14 to 15 days to drill the well.

Maxim will earn a 69-per-cent interest before payout of $450,000 and a 41-per-cent interest after payout in approximately 1,350 acres.

The Palo Duro basin

Maxim holds a 75-per-cent working interest in approximately 1,390 acres in close proximity to Bankers Petroleum Inc. and Tyner Resources Ltd. A decision on a joint venture partner and/or to drill will be made this fall.

Bis Ende Juli sollten dann auch noch ne Quelle im South Erin Block und der Hickl Nr 1 im El Maton Field fertiggebohrt sein..

Der Brunnen Cartwright Nr. 1 wird auf sein weiteres Produktionsvermögen geprüft. Bei aufrecht erhaltener Durchflussmenge (flow rate), könnte sie „einbrechen“. Der private Bediener (der 25% hält) ist aber sehr optimistisch, dass der Brunnen nach Abschluß gewerblich ausgebeutet werden kann.
Die Joint Venture-Gruppe, bestehend aus Dynamic Resources Corp. (DYRF) and Paxton Energy Inc. (PXTE), besitzt 8.840 Morgen vom Cooke Ranch-Feld. Maxime Res. hält darauf ein 9.5%iges Interesse, aus dem momentan der Cashflow für das Unternehmen erbracht wird.

Schön gefallen sind wir (Maximers), das stimmt. Ich sehe mich allerdings bei momentaner Steuerpolitik in Deutschland als Longie. Ich liege mit meinem Ek in den tiefen Zwanzigern und sehe die sache ganz entspannt

Bei den ganzen Projekten wird schon mal wieder ein Volltreffer dabei sein wo uns zurückhaut auf die von dir erwähnten 0,24 Euro, oder noch darüber hinaus.

Für alle Shorties war das Ding natürlich ein Schuß in den Ofen ( Die nach 0,20 Euro eingestiegen sind) Für alle die das geld eh nur geparkt habe wie ich sehe ich recht zuversichtliche Zeiten. Ob es der Mega Gewinn wird, steht wohl noch in den Sternen aber ich glaube keinenfalls das ich Verluste einfahren werde... Dafür ist der EK zu tief. Maxim ist schließlich Produzent und hat den Stall voll Kohle, Dutzende Projekte und weitere werden folgen. Hinzu kommt das Geldleiher für 0,26 CAD Aktien nehmen ( Damals waren 0,20 CAD die Taxe) anstatt sich die geschuldete Geldsumme zurückzahlen zu lassen ( Bar)

Deutschland Promo wird auch noch folgen. Geduld ist eine Tugend

So, wir haben einen Kurs von 0,21 CAD . Das entspricht 0,148Euro
Wir haben 38000 Aktien die gekauft werden wollen zu diesem Preis!!
Allerdings werden nur als nächstbilligstes Paket 14000 Aktien zu 0,225 CAD angeboten. Dies entspricht übrigens: 0,1586 Euro!!


Was will mir also der v..fic.te Makler in Frankfurt sagen der die Taxe ohne Volumen auf 0,13 Euro setzt??? Vollrausch?? Hat er die Socken offen??
Zieht er Nebenluft?? Na ja , wenn das Interesse sich weiter steigt ( in Kanada) kann er sich ja weiterhin behaupten...

bin seit der Empfehlung von Kingstrade mit dabei, EK 0,14 Euro.

Nach der Vorstellung war mir schon bewusst, dass der Kurs kaum drunter gehen kann. Kapital vorhanden, Marktkapitalisierung eher gering und Cashflow ist auch schon da, ... und da sind da ja noch die diversen Projekt. Aktuell sind es glaube ich vier.

Mich ärgert nur, dass ich nicht bei Kursen um die 0,24 verkauft habe. Das Geld könnte ich jetzt gut brauchen, um aktuell umzuschichten. Wie bei vielen anderen auch, ist mein Depot derzeit nämlich nicht im grünen Bereich - aber aussichtsreiche Aktien kenne ich derzeit genügend. (shit)

Momentan ist es nicht grün (depot). Allerdings habe ich mit anderen Aktien schon Gewinne verwirklicht. Klar, als extrem shortie ist der wert die Hölle. Allerdings hat die Aktie in Kanada immer viel Volumen und schöne Kurssprünge. Da könnte man schon Geld machen...
Aber wie gesagt ich habe nicht die zeit immer Kurse zu verfolgen und somit bin ich zum Longie umgepolt...

Sich in ausländischen Boards (unsers hier) zu melden auf diesem Level streicht die Vermutung aus auch wenn er sehr viel nützliches beiträgt. Ich denke mal er weiß die Joint Venture partners von MAxim und deren Adresse und hört sich viel um... Mehr aber auch nicht. Maxims Euro kampagne wird folgen, das war auch damals schon bekannt!!!



An alle Investierten :
Ich kann euch nur raten das Maxim Update von
www.fundamentalresearchcorp.com zu lesen.
Dort wurde die Cooke Ranch mit 0,30 CAD mit momentanen Erfolgswerten für die Folgequellen eingeschätzt!
Besser als erwartet Szenarien und natürlich auch Worst Case Szenarien wurden aufgelistet. Die 3 anderen Projekte wurden nicht bewertet, aber folgende Aussage fand ich absolut göttlich:

" Das MAnagement erwartet 100-300 barrels of oil per day bei der angebohrten Quelle."

Einfach ignorieren!!
Deutsche Börsen bei unbekannten Aktien sind die Hölle!! Bei den 30 -40 % die man in diesem Fall in Deutschland verlieren würde, würde ich mir lieber einen Kanadischen Broker suchen wenn ich verkaufen wollte. Ich glaube die gebühr wäre nicht so hoch...

Lassen wir den Dingen ihren natürlichen Lauf...
Ich habe mal gerechnet:

Der Ölpreis war heute bei 75 Us Dollar pro Barrel ( mit Sicherheit hochgepusht wegen den Unruhen im Libanon)

Das Management erwartet 100-300 barrels pro Tag von der gerade Quelle in Trinidad die gerade gebohrt wird. Reden wir uns die Dinge mal schön und die Quelle bringt 300 barrels per day.
Davon stehen dann 123 Maxim zu ( 41 %)
123 * 75 = 9225 Us - Dollar
9225 *30 ( tage im Monat) = 276750 Dollar Cash Flow pro Monat

Das wäre aber ein Batzen... Da wäre mit etwas geduld keine Finanzierung in zukunft nötig gewesen....

Dazu kommen noch 30000 Dollar/Monat vom schon sprudelnden Cooke Nr. 3

Von den Quellen die noch gebohrt werden wollen oder schon gerade dabei sind wollen wir gar nicht reden...

COOKE FIELD (8,840 acres)

1.The Cooke No. 3 continues to flow at 145 barrels of oil per day and still has the future potential for the deep 21,000 ft. prospect that was originally targeted. The drilling was suspended at 17,000 feet to exploit the low hanging fruit of oil & gas discovered in the shallower portions of the well.

2.The Cartwright No. 1 well was drilled to depth and awaiting results from the well. It has been rumored that data from the 3-D seismic survey performed (2,560 acres) indicates an economic rework of the well by drilling horizontally into the “discovered field” could yield a commercial viable well.

3.The company participated in the latest high tech 3-D seismic survey of 2,560 acres on the Cooke field. This costly endeavor has given the operator the tools to gain first hand knowledge of the formations and the needed confidence to stake future drilling locations with a higher degree for success.

4.Cooke number 4 has been spudded and is close to hitting target depth. This is the first well spudded utilizing the seismic data and apparently there are many other locations already staked for future drilling. The rig can continuously re-locate to these stacked locations as they continue their 2006 drill program.

AL MATON (234 acres)

1.The well has been drilled to a total depth of 9,400 feet. The well has been logged and casing has been run. They are now in a two-week test period to test the gas flows. This test period ends tomorrow (Tuesday Aug 15, 2006) so results are expected any day.

TRINIDAD (1,350 acres)

1.The well in the South Erin field has been successfully drilled to a depth of 6,000 feet. Several potential pay zones were encountered. The well has been logged and production casing has been run. The well will require two or three weeks of testing to determine the flow rates. This will take us to the end of September.

2.It has been rumored this well has the potential to be one of the most successful land drilled wells in years and has already received local media attention.

3.The company has set 350,000 options on July 21 to directors, officers, employees and consultants of Maxim.

4.A private placement financing was announced for $1-million on July 24 and has been fully subscribed. I believe all subscriptions went to Trinidad related individuals and/or for securing some form of a new deal in this region.

PALO DURO BASIN (1,390 acres)

Companies like TIP and BNK have sizable land holdings (CORE holdings) in this area and are in the process right now of spending big bucks to determine how to successfully frack/perforate well(s). It is my opinion Maxim is letting the big boys spend their money and make the area HOT by determining the methodology. And in the mean time Maxim continues to entertain farm in OFFERS from other companies as it explores the option of a fall drill program.

In the promotional department, Maxim has an independent analysis following the company from Fundamental Research Corp., an email campaign has recently been engaged through Investor world, Maxim is participating in a stock picking contest at the STOXNetwork Corporation, the company is currently working on a new brochure/mail out campaign and the stage has been set for late September European promotion to commence. All of these promotional efforts (in my opinion) are geared towards the end of the summer conundrums, and timed more for the traditional fall revitalization.

That’s the current day situation for Maxim. However, I would not be surprised if more is happening in the background as Maxim is well financed and has 2.5 million in the coffer. It appears with the company announcing options and the recent PP that those in the know have positioned all the players. I continue to hold in my long position, and see this as a company having a good strategy, which is starting to produce, they are well financed for expansion, and the land base to quickly add BOE/D cash flow to their portfolio.

I will end by saying, I agree with several of the previous posters that Maxim has potential to surprise many investors and could very well someday become one of the higher trading stocks on the Venture. I look forward to Maxim and the subsequent release of the pending results for these properties as we enter the fall markets with impeccable timing.

Den Maklerposten in Frankfurt hätte man zumindest mit einem motivierten 400 Euro Basis - Jobber besetzen solle.
Die 1 Euro Pfeife in Frankfurt packt es ja noch nicht einmal ein Kauf oder Verkauf Auftrag innerhalb 10 Stunden anzubieten.

The well will be drilled is to a depth of approximately 7,000 feet. This well is offset approximately 1,200 feet to the northwest of the Cooke No. 3 discovery well, which was placed into production in November, 2005. The location appears favourable to encounter the Wilcox and Escondito formations. The well is estimated to require two weeks of drilling.

Bayshore Exploration is plugging and abandoning the Cooke No. 4 well as not commercially viable. Drill hole tests, after reaching total depth, indicate that the potentially productive horizon is likely to be invaded by excessive water flow during production. The other potentially productive formation did not appear to have sufficient permeability to support commercial production. Maxim holds a 9.5-per-cent working interest in approximately 8,800 acres.

Maxim Resources Inc. is a Vancouver, British Columbia based publicly traded natural resource company engaged in acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas properties. The company's efforts are currently focused on exploration and development projects in Trinidad, West Indies and the state of Texas, USA. A number of recent developments which add promise to the company's future include the Cooke Ranch project is in La Salle County, Texas.
La Salle County is located about 100 miles south of San Antonio. The project is situated among well-established fields of this oil-rich state. Maxim Resources owns a 9.5% working interest in 8840 acres of the Cooke Ranch.

In addition, payments are currently being made on the Palo Duro Basin leases where Maxim has a 75% net revenue interest in the 1390 acres located in West Texas, approximately 260 miles northwest of the Fort Worth Basin. The Fort Worth Basin has geological similarities to the Palo Duro and has been the source of significant oil and gas discoveries for decades. The property is bordered by Bankers Petroleum Ltd. (TSX: BNK). It is also 1.5 miles northeast of the successful Stephens #1 well recently completed by Tyner Resources Ltd. (TSX: TIP). Maxim is now considering partners.
Discovered in 1961, the El Maton Field which consists of 234 acres located in Matagorda County, Texas, has produced approximately 44 BCF of gas with condensate from 9 producing wells. The El Maton currently has a service rig onsite and results are pending from a recent drill program which encountered pay zones. Maxim has entered into a participation agreement to acquire a 15% working interest in the El Maton Field Prospect from Bayshore Exploration LLC.
Maxim also holds 1,350 acres in the southwest of Trinidad, about 40 miles southwest of Port of Spain and about 18 miles southwest of San Fernando. Earlier in the week, a service rig arrived from(the) mainland in preparation for testing the several potential pay zones that were encountered in the first well has been drilled by Maxim. Results are pending. This largely unexplored farmout block is west of and adjacent to the Erin/Palo Seco oilfield, which produced over 200 million barrels of oil. Maxim has acquired a 69% working interest before payout and a 41% interest after payout on these lands, a part of the productive Southern Basin of Trinidad which forms part of the prolific Eastern Venezuelan Basin.
