hier stehen die charttechnischen signale auf kauf; sowohl macd als auch slow stochastik geben ein kaufsignal und was noch wichtiger erscheint ist, das im wochenchart auch ein kaufsignal gegeben wurde. mutige steigen heute ein, vorsichtige anleger warten die bestätigung bei ca. 15,5 $ erst ab. kursziel ist der widerstand bei 23 $ kurzfristig!

ruhig bleiben, die +14,80% gestern waren heftig und bei der
Nasdaq konnte es nur gen Süden gehen. Wichtig ist jetzt erstmal
daß über ein paar Wochen wieder ein Aufwärtstrend erkennbar ist und

der gestrige rückgang ist im rahmen der charttechnischen entwicklung sehr gesund gewesen; bei heute doch wahrscheinlich freundlichem gesamtmarkt kann der nächste anlauf auf das kursziel genommen werden. aus erfahrung ist aber eine ruhige und gleichmäßige entwicklung viel gesünder und nachhaltiger; mal schauen, ob es funktioniert!

Zahlen waren doch bisher immer gut, und gestern der Auftrag von der US Navy.
Wann zieht Razorfish endlich an?

Leider hab ich bei 22 € gekauft, aber ich denke viel
weiter geht´s nicht mehr runter. Jedenfalls ist RAZF
zur Zeit klar unterbewertet. Fairer Wert um die 30 - 40 $.

Solange RAZF zwischen 11 und 21 $ schwankt bin ich
ja beruhigt, je länger das andauert desto besser
sieht es für den chart aus. rechne eigentlich nicht mit
einem anstieg über 14 $ bis dezember. auf 12 monate
sollte aber ein kurs von mindestens 30 $ stehen

-sorry- SCHEISSE aus. ausserdem sind die umsätze immer noch nicht hoch

aber adera gehts ja z.zt. nicht anders. ... und in der größten krise, wird die hausse
geboren.

heute kann man die entwicklung der optionsprämien sehr gut beobachten: eindeutig ist zu erkenn, dass die maerkte zum oktober-termin schwach bleiben werden und die jahresendrally auf den dezember-termin von den marktteilnehmer mit deutlich höheren kursen erwartet wird. fazit: nur nicht in panik verkaufen und wer cash hat, kauft bis mitte oktober gute qualität ein.

Kann mir jemand sagen was das bedeutet ? Wörtliche Übersetzung von
"Exercised" = "Trainiert" - sehr interessant, hilft mir aber nicht wirklich

habe über reuters noch eine meldung vom 21.09.00 gefunden:

leider beherrsche ich das reinkopieren noch nicht (vielleicht gibt mir hier freundlicherweise hilfestellung???); aber sinngemäß folgendes:

RAZF gibt laufend positive Statements raus (amex.com) (RAZF) (Company News)aber leider lässt sich aus diesen Meldungen Zahlenmäßig nichts ableiten. Heute kurz vor NAS Schluß wurde die Aktie erneut geprügelt, das dürfte also Morgen auf D nahtlos übergehen.
Wie weit wird es gehen ??? Wann sollte zugekauft werden ??? oder sollte ich meine Verluste realisieren..... selten so unsicher gewesen wie z.Zt. bei Fish.....

Liebe Razorfische,

heute habe ich bei 12.60 Euro verkauft (Einstieg 16.20) und eine limitierte Kauforder bei 11.20 Euro gesetzt - diese wurde etwa drei Stunden später ausgeführt!! So schnell kann´s gehen. Ich weiß auch nicht, warum die Amis Razorfish wie eine Infomatec behandeln, die Fundamentals stimmen doch, soweit mir bekannt. Aber die Fundamentals stimmen auch bei Daimler, interessiert aber keinen. Im Moment. Auf Dauer aber werden sie wieder an Bedeutung gewinnen, und so denke ich, daß das Fischchen in 12 Monaten doch seine 30 $ erreichen kann. Aber wo ist der Boden? Ich hoffe, die zehn Dollar halten heute auf Schlußkursbasis.

habe vor ein paar monate als neuling razorfish bei 33 EURO gekauft, weil ich razorfish mit pixelpark verglich.
habe sie mit riesenverlust immer noch. brauche eigentlich nur noch mitleid.

Tja der kurs lässt wirklich nichts gutes ahnen. Ich habe mich mittlerweile auf totalverlust eingestellt.
gehöre allerdings nicht zu denen, die sich das leisten können.

ich sollte lieber wieder an gott glauben als an der boerse geld zu vermehren.

Razorfish schreibt schwarze Zahlen. Ein Totalverlust ist da wohl eher
unwahrscheinkich.

Zur Zeit ist es aber schon unheimlich. Jeden Tag ca. 1 $ im Minus.
Also noch 9 Börsentage bis 0. Ich kaufe morgen nochmal nach.

Es gibt kein halten mehr ich glaube andere wissen
mehr. Schätze in zwei Wochen sind wir deutlich unter 5 $.
Viele Stop loss wurden bei 10$ ausgelöst. Jetzt ist offenbar Panik

denke Razorfish wird zu Zeit halt ziemlich von den "shorties" in die Mangel genommen (welches die Rangliste bestätigt, Rang 7), solange keine schlechte Nachrichten kommen ist das kein größeres Problem, auch wenn es im Moment nicht danach aussieht, also ruhig Blut.
Ich hoffe nur die Firma ist nicht mit LHSP verwand.

die inets bekommen alle heftich auf die mütze, so auch RAZF. hinzukommt, dass die aktie heftich geshortet wird, dies ist aus meiner sicht deshalb möglich, da kein kaufinteresse besteht. die umsätze liegen auf normalniveau. solange die nicht mal merklich anziehen, kann der kurs noch weitergedrückt werden. obwohl es schon paradox ist: einfach so mal in drei tagen >30% abzugeben, weil andere inets schlechtere ergebnisse präsentieren.

shorten: du verkaufst aktien, die du gar nicht hast und gehst damit eine leerposition ein. ?? ja, du leihst dir die aktien bei enem broker und verkaufst sie. irgendwann, musst du dem broker die aktien dann wieder liefern, d.h. du kaufst sie (deckst ein) und das wenn möglich billiger.
bsp: hättste vor ein paar monaten 100 razf für 30$ leerverkauft, könntste jetzt sie für ca. 8$ eindecken => 2200 $ gewinn !
aber das shorten von aktien geht nich bei uns aber in den usa.

hier herrscht ja heulen und zähneklappern. Mir ist auch etwas mulmig zu Mute. Meistens ist ja doch etwas
faul, wenn der Kurs kontinuierlich so durchsackt. Andererseits ist Inet im Moment megaout. Ich lehne mich
jetzt einfach zurück und schaue, was passiert. Wenn die Leichen im Keller haben, dann erfahren wir es
sowieso als letzte und wenn sie demnächst wieder durchstarten, weil es eben doch ein guter Wert ist, soll

Razorfish moves into new markets, expands global presence

NEW YORK -- In Silicon Alley, Razorfish ((RAZF) has a reputation for many things -- its corporate culture, its sense of entitlement, its launch parties, and its recent executive departures. Now it needs to get back to its reputation as a can-do technology-consulting firm.

Founded in 1995, Razorfish leverages digital technologies to help businesses develop Internet arms and solutions to make them more efficient. As an Internet consulting firm, it offers design, strategy and technology development across many digital platforms, including Internet, wireless and broadband.


Razorfish is not a dotcom. Only 6 percent of its clients are pure-play Internet firms while the remainder are Fortune 1000 companies, including a division of Dupont (DD), Hewlett-Packard (HWP) and Fidelity.


When the dotcom burnout happened earlier in the year, Razorfish`s share price stumbled, too; it was like guilt by association. Some observers have said that the company, while performing well, is battling a perception problem, that some are questioning its ability to survive in a market that has spurned the dotcom world.


New markets


But analysts speak highly of the company. It`s moving into new markets, including wireless, broadband and devices, and expanding its global footprint.


In July the company reported record revenues and earnings for its second quarter. Revenues for the period were $76.6 million, a 91 percent increase over revenues of $40 million for the second quarter of 1999. Net income in the second quarter of 2000 totaled $7.3 million, or 8 cents a share, beating the Street`s estimates by a penny.


Even with the Internet sector trading erratically, David Mahoney, principal at Wit SoundView, says, "We expect them to have another good quarter, and we expect them to continue their growth."


The perception problem?

In August the newly appointed president Michael Pehl resigned. And with his departure Razorfish`s share price dipped 6 percent, a 52-week low of $11. Some analysts read the news and rewrote their ratings; others took the news as a sign that the company could be facing more risks and could lose more staff.


Razorfish said at the time that the move was based on Pehl`s desire to spend more time with his family and refocus his career.


Today, Razorfish`s chief operating officer, Jean-Philippe Maheu, says, "Pehl leaving was expected. He is a builder; he builds companies and then moves on, but he continues to be a consultant."

Also richtige Fakten habe ich nicht finden können.Aber ich hoffe doch sehr stark, dass die Leidenszeit vorbei ist.
Nachdenklich stimmt mich immer noch der starke Kursverfall.
Das dumme ist nur, es gibt dazu keine einleuchtende Erklärung.

wir sind bei einer bewertung angelangt wo RAZF wirklich nichts zu suchen hat!
umsatzzahlen sind in ordnung und dann eine bewertuang v. 0,8mrd.$! kann nicht sein
RAZF ist einer der schnellst wachsenden unternehem weltweit und da soll man das KUV
3 nehmen! angebrahct ist da *5-*8, oder täusche ich mich?
jedenfalls haben sich die shorties schön eindecken müssen und ich sehe ausser die 12,5$
marke, kein problem bis auf einen anstieg 16$!

whisper Schätzungen sind Flüsterschätzungen.
In der Vergangenheit hat Razorfish die Konsensschätzungen eigentlich
immer so um nen Cent geschlagen.
Sollte Ihnen dies gelingen was ich hoffe dürfte die Aktie einiges an Boden
gut machen. Meiner Meinung nach wird sich der Kurs auch erst erholen,
wenn die Zahlen OK waren, denn ich glaube die müßen erst das
Vertrauen der Anleger wieder gewinnen und stabilität in ihren Laden kriegen
bevor die Aktie wieder richtig zum steigen anfängt.
Das gleich zwei CEO`s in einem Jahr den Hut nehmen ist schon merkwürdig,
aber ich hoffe das es besser wird.

Jedenfalls hat RAZF mal wieder einen neuen Tiefststand
erreicht. Boden bei 5 $, das ist meine Meinung.
Glaube auch, daß man von den Zahlen in USA nichts
gutes erwartet. Ob´s an Insiderwissen, oder an der
Antistimmung gegen Internet und alles was dazugehört
liegt, weiß ich auch nicht. Schließlich gab es schlechte
Zahlen bei Apple, Intel und Priceline.com. Mag sein
daß deswegen auch die Stimmung gegen RAZF so schlecht
ist .... der Markt übertreibt ja immer...

jawoll, ich werde bei 10€ nachkaufen (also eta 8,5$, die hatten wir gestern, nur nachbörslich ging es 5% rauf; also vielleicht heute abend schon 10€)
Allerdings ist es erst mein zweiter Kauf - bin bei 11,9€ rein, und ich rate zumindest dazu, den Depotanteil bei RAZF nicht zu groß werden zu lassen (allerdings, er schrumpft ja von selbst )
Zuletzt hatte ein Mitstreiter aus der Branche eine Gewinnwarnung losgelassen, vielleicht belastet das den Kurs (neben dem Marktumfeld und der Unsicherheit nach den Vorstandsrücktritten)), aber sicher bin ich mir da nicht.
Ich habe ni den vergangenen Tagen das halbe Netz durchforstet, und nichts, aber absolut nichts Negatives über RAZF gelesen. Entweder ist das ein absolut übertriebener Kursausschlag nach unten, oder da gibt es wirklich ein paar Insiderinfos; befürchte fast das letztere, deswegen nicht zuviel Geld da rein.

das tue ich schon seit 2 Wochen! Kann auch nichts negatives finden. Aber ich habe auch keine Gerüchte gehört. Der Präsident tritt zurück. Das hat die Amis schwer getroffen innerhalb weniger Monate. Selbt wenn die Zahlen am 24. nach Plan verlaufen (Whipser etwas höher) müßte der Kurs auf minimum 12 Dollar dies Jahr anspringen. Hoffen wir das BESTE. Für mich zählt: ALLES oder nichts. Habe zur Not auch 12 Monate Zeit. Ich glaube an unsere Fishe.

Vielen Dank, salimba,
für die erfreulichen Informationen. Da kann man mal sehen, dass RAZF ein langfristiges Invest ist: breitbandige Dienste werden eben noch ein paar Jahre auf sich warten lassen. Aber dann zahlt sich das Warten mit RAZF aus. Ich hab mir am Montag 450 Stück ins Depot gelegt, nicht aber aus Solidarität mit den Leidenden hier im Board, sondern weil ich hoffe, als Aktionär zu den berüchtigten Launch-Parties geladen zu werden :-)

ich beobachte die Aktie seit einiger zeit und hatte immer noch gewartet, zuzuschlagen. Heute wollte ich `ran, leider war mein Limit von 10 e aber in FSE nicht bedient worden (erst hab ich mich geärgert, jetzt aber Gott sei Dank - puhh).

Razorfish says sees lower-than-expected earnings

NEW YORK, Oct 5 (Reuters) - Razorfish Inc. , an
Internet consulting and services firm, said it expects
third-quarter revenues and earnings will be lower than expected
because of seasonal impact in Europe and a strong dollar.
Revenues for the third quarter will be about $77 to $78
million, an increase of 1 or 2 percent over the second-quarter,
a company release said.
Cash earnings before amortization of goodwill and other
intangible assets will be between 1 cent and 4 cents, compared
to 8 cents in the second quarter, the release said.
Analyst consensus estimates for the third quarter were 8
cents per share, according to research firm First Call/Thomson
Financial.
Shares of Razorfish traded down $1-1/16 to $8-3/4, close to
an annual low of $8, on the Nasdaq exchange.
