Warum ist es an der OTC so wild ?
Ich denke dass die AMMIS Werte shorten und dann STOP BUY Orders zur Absicherung in den Markt legen.
Stell Dir vor man ist nicht vorm PC und man ist SHORT und der Kurs geht ab.
Dann ist man bei einem Anstieg von 600% pleite.
Da sieht man wie gefährlich das Shorten ist.

Rule 10A-1 also known as “the short sale rule”. This rule prohibits short selling on any down ticks in the market so that vicious short sellers trying to perpetrate a “bear raid” are thwarted. The key here is that this, the king of all protective rules, does not apply to the small cap NASDAQ, the OTCBB, and the Pink Sheets. Brokerage firms while acting as “bona fide” market makers (a very subjective clause) can “naked short” all they want. They do not have to report their monthly short position status as the larger markets necessitate of their market makers. When the authorities prosecute those market makers guilty of trying to kill companies after assuming a naked short position, the charges are usually made under the category of market maker manipulation and conspiracy to commit fraud.

bei KREN wird m.E. auch wild geshortet. Gestern z.B. gab es 340000 Umsatz bei dem Wert mit einem Float von ungefähr 1 Mio und der Wert zog nur um 34% an. Ein MM ( DSGI ) hat ständig die Käufer bedient mit m.E. über 270.000 Stücken. Ein Blick ist das vielleicht wert. Ich bitte um Eure Meinung. Danke.
