Sinobull Information, a Hartcourt Subsidiary, Completes the Acquisition Of Ton Bo Software
LOS ANGELES, Jul 11, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The Hartcourt Companies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HRCT; Frankfurt: HCT), www.hartcourt.com, today announced that Sinobull Information Ltd (formerly known as Guo Mao of Shanghai), a member company of the Sinobull Financial Group, has completed the acquisition of 60 percent of Ton Bo Software. Ton Bo Software specializes in custom-made software solutions for the securities market, especially in commodity and currency trading. Their software solutions have been leading this field for the last 4 years.
The Sinobull Financial Group recently announced the signing of an agreement to form a strategic partnership alliance with Equis International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reuters Group. This alliance will jointly develop and implement a plan to localize Equis` award winning MetaStock family of products and market them to investors in Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan).
Mr. Jiang Tai, President of Sinobull Information Ltd, said, "The addition of Ton Bo software products will complement our solutions and offer our customers a complete package. With the support of Hartcourt, our objective is to grow internally 25 percent a year. Our projected revenue for 2001 is $RMB 6 Million. Ton Bo will add another $RMB 2 Million, creating a growth of over 60 percent to our bottom line. In addition, the expertise of Ton Bo in creating software solutions for the securities industry will accelerate the launching of Meta Stock products from the Equis-Reuters group."

toll und warum fällt das teil ständig, selbst der singa und hangseng geht ein paar pünktchen hoch, hartcourt fällt

Ja warum wohl..? Die Frage ist gereichtfertigt, beantworten kann man sie wohl nur mit dem allg. Verfall fast aller .com Werte und das China momentan einfach nicht hip ist..!?
Sieht man das aber mal mit einem Anlagehorizont von min. 2 Jahren, kann man eigentlich nichts verkehrt machen.
--> Aufnahme WTO, Olympiade 2008, Bevölkerung > 1 Milliarde usw. .. .
Das Verlustrisiko ist meiner Meinung nach begrenzt wenn natürlich bei solchen Werten auch nicht ausschließbar.
Aber: Die Chance auf einen fetten Gweinn ist IMHO viel größer als der Verlust meines "Spielgeldeinsatzes".
Entscheiden muß das natürlich jeder für sich selbst.
Die Kooperationen sprechen allerdings eine deutliche Sprache bisher.... . Das ist mehr als heiße Luft!

Das Verlustrisiko ist meiner Meinung nach begrenzt wenn natürlich bei solchen Werten auch nicht ausschließbar.
Aber: Die Chance auf einen fetten Gweinn ist IMHO viel größer als der Verlust meines "Spielgeldeinsatzes".
Entscheiden muß das natürlich jeder für sich selbst.
