Daraus haben einige geschlossen, daß sie zu dem Terman was sagen. Einen Termin für die Stellungnahme gibt es m.M nach nicht.

Heute haben die Bären wieder die Nase vorn. Downtrend bleibt bis zum Bruch und abschliessender Bodenbildung intakt - wie jeder, der eine gerade Linie hier anzeichnen kann sieht:

I'm not sure if Intel would get the IP rights to any company Rambus might buy before the agreement ends in September, but that very well may be the case. If it is, don't expect any acquisition deals to be closed before the Intel agreement ends.
As of right now, they need their cash for other things (pay for audits, settle class action suits, litigation war chest, potential buyback of convertible bonds if in NASDAQ default, etc.). They need to get this backdating issue behind them before they even think of acquisitions that would deplete their war chest.
I do believe that Rambus may be holding back any patent applications for truly novel inventions until after the Intel agreement ends. If that is the case, there may be a flurry of new patent applications from Rambus in the October-November time frame. Intel has the rights to any patents granted (or applied for) until the contract is over in September. No sense in giving Intel the rights to anything new at this point, unless Rambus has reason to believe that some other company may beat them to the patent office door.

Mercury Computer Systems on Monday introduced its announced the Mercury Cell Accelerator Board (CAB) that carries a Cell processor and can be plugged into any PCI Express-enabled workstation. The company claims that the device may help those, who need to work with compute-intensive applications.
“We have been actively working with customers to migrate data-intensive applications to the Cell BE processor since late last year. With the CAB, customers can achieve supercomputer-like performance right inside their workstation,” said Randy Dean, vice president, business and technology development at Mercury.
The Cell accelerator board comes with a single Cell processor as well as appropriate memory and other devices. That CAB delivers up to 180GFLOPS of performance, according to Mercury, and is designed for applications like rendering, ray tracing, video and image processing, as well as signal processing. The product features Mercury MultiCore Plus Advantage, which is a sophisticated middleware that abstracts hardware capabilities and manages the distribution of data across multiple computing elements working in tandem.
Currently the add-in card, which may be plugged into any workstation with PCI Express bus, such as those running AMD Opteron or Intel Xeon, but not limited to them, supports only Linux operating system, though, Mercury also provides software development kits for Windows.
Production availability is planned for the first quarter of calendar 2007. Pricing for the Mercury Cell Accelerator Board starts at $7999 for a single board, with discounts available on higher volumes.

Und dass Rambus derzeit die schlechte Nachrichtenlage ausnutzt und zusätzlich durch kursdrückende Statements das Optimum des Rückkaufs der 5Mio Aktien erreichen will. So wie letztes Jahr bei der Wandelanleihe. Alles analog zu Q3/2006.
Hechtbarsch, liest du noch mit? Eigentlich kommt so langsam der richtige Einstiegszeitpunkt für Optionsscheine. Sofern man auf einen Erfolg von Rambus spekuliert
