Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately the sedi filings don't tell a complete story and when viewed in isolation, can often be misunderstood. The exercise and sale was used to pay tax to cover an issuance in August during which no shares were sold as well as the cost of the exercise itself. Entirely due to tax requirements ahead of the calendar year end.

Like you, I am extremely excited about the macro economic backdrop for gold and gold equities this coming year and Karora is by far my biggest and most important part of that (and by far my largest personal share position). I wish I could hold on to every share, but unfortunately taxes as we all know, must be paid (which in Canada is a high 50%!).

Thanks again for your email and here's to an exciting year ahead for all Karora shareholders. We are working as hard as we can to maximize the potential of this asset base and this company value for all.

Nun, er sagt etwa soviel wie, dass es für Olli natürlich ein Bombengeschäft war aber dass es optisch natürlich einen verheerenden Eindruck hinterlässt, wenn der 2. oder 3. Mann einer Firma weniger Anteile besitzt als Lieschen Müller aus der Nobody-street.😜

Ich habe hierzu leider noch nirgendwo etwas Konkretes gefunden. Meine Vermutung war bisher, dass die Optionen und Extrashares eine Erfolgsabhängige, da Kursabhängige Zusatzquotierung bedeutet.

Soweit ich weiß wird das Management ja nur mit Aktien/Optionen bezahlt, oder? Hat jemand einen Überblick was die pro Jahr so kassieren? Aus dem ceo.ca Forum höre ich immer nur „zu viel“.

Lieber Borusse, mir geht es 1:1 wie dir und das ist das Einzige, was mich an dem Laden beunruhigt. Vielleicht sollte ich mal bei unserem Freund Olli nachfragen, was das zu bedeuten hat!
Was mich positiv stimmt, ist der Chart, insbesondere der Vergleich mit Ende 2021, was eine Verdopplung bis April 2024 verheißen könnte.🤩
