Ach, ich hatte noch vergessen der aktuelle Kurs von Altinexoil liegt heute am 25.01.2007 bei: 1,12 NOK oder rund 0,13 Euro.

Ich bin fest überzeugt, dass der Aktienkurs von Altinex explodieren wird.

Yesterday Altinex has, with EnCana as operator,
spudded the first well in an onshore exploration
campaign in Block 3 & 4 onshore Oman.

The well Neimah-1 is being drilled on a moderate
risk prospect with P50 reserves of 62 mill boe
located in the southern part of Block 4,
approximately 450 km south west of the Oman
capital Muscat.

The well is expected to last 25 days, and is the
first well in a 2-3 well programme. Altinex has
50% equity in the blocks.

After completion of the Neimah-1 well, the rig
will be moved to the Maeen-1 well location, also
located in Oman Block 4, 17 km to the west of
the first well.

Hallo Printi !

Ich habe an der Osloer Börse gekauft und fast jede Bank kann die Altinexoil in Oslo ordern. Da ich mein Depot bei der Comdirect habe, handelt ND (Nordea) als Partner der Comdirect. Die Aktienorder geht nur telefonisch, jedoch ansonsten ohne Probleme.

In Oslo gibt es auch ein offenes Orderbuch, wo Du die Transaktion verfolgen kannst.

der Einladung ( im Questerre-Thread ) in deinen neuen Thread folge
ich gern.Wie ich schon geschrieben habe, bin ich seit einiger Zeit
hier investiert. Während wir bei Questerre einen schon anstängigen
Gewinn verzeichnen können, bin ich bei alx bei ca. +/- 0.
Wie du schon schreibst, ist der Kurs ein Witz: junger Explorer,
liefert schon ÖL ( 10.000 boe/d ), MK etwas über 200 Mill. Euro,...

Das gute, es laufen Bohrprogramme, die jederzeit den Kurs wie eine
Rakete in den Himmel treiben können.

Und noch was wichtiges: Es handelt sich bei den Gebieten um politisch sichere Zonen. Wenn, wie gemunkelt wird, der Yankee die
iranischen Atomanlagen außer Betrieb setzt, die Iraner die Straße von Hormuz sperrt, geht der Ölpreis in den 3-stelligen Dollarbereich. Aber , jetzt zählen nur politisch sichere
Gebiete, die ungestört produzieren und liefern können.

Hallo Brokerburt !

Du hast die Sache auf den Punkt gebracht. Die US-Truppen werden doch nicht verstärkt in den Golf versendet, um im Nahen Osten Entwicklungshilfe zu leisten. In der heutigen Zeit geht es um knallharte Rohstofflieferungssicherung(Öl). Ein irrer Iraner, welcher immer wieder Israel droht, bettelt regelrecht nach Luftschlägen. Wir haben heute auf unserer Erde über 6 Milliarden Menschen, wobei auch der letzte Chinese einmal mit dem Moped durch die Welt fahren möchte. Jeder der ein wenig Hirn hat und sich den aktuellen Ölverbrauch auf unserer Welt anschaut, wird merken, die Ölreserven reichen nur noch einige Jahre. Ölpreise von 100 - 150 Dollar werden auf uns zukommen, auch ohne Krieg im Nahen Osten. Eine Umstellung auf andere Energieträger wird 30-40 Jahre dauern und noch mehr Geld kosten.

Deswegen: Sichere norwegische Aktien !!!!!

den letzten beißen die Hunde. Die etablierten Ölkonzerne werden
früher oder später auf die Jagd nach kleinen aber aussichtsreichen
Explorern Ausschau halten.

Die etwas langsam reagierenden Norweger besitzen so einige aus-
sichtsreiche junge Ölfirmen wie z.B. Altinex,Questerre.., die eine
lächerliche Marktkapitalisierung haben und damit geringschätzig
behandelt werden.

Wer frühzeitig in solche Firmen investiert, macht mit Sicherheit
nichts verkehrt.

In der Zukunft werden Kriege geführt werden wegen knapper werdender Resourcen wie Öl ( und Trinkwasser, Industriemetalle..).

Was liegt also für uns näher als in alx in einer derartig frühen
Phase zu investieren, bevor die Großen auf diesen Wert aufmerksam
werden???

Ich denke, dein erst jetzt ins Leben gerufener Thread wird bald
regen Zulauf finden, da selbst im norwegischen Chat erste
Diskussionen über diesen WO:Chat stattfinden und damit beobachtet
werden.

Laßt uns gespannt darauf zuwarten, wie lange die Norweger ihre
Perle ohne die gebührende Beachtung behandeln.

Die Übernahmegerüchte bei Altinex laufen schon durch die Welt. Es wird in Norwegen geschrieben, dass die Dänen sich ihren Ölwert wieder zurückholen. Die Dänen stehen kurz vor der 10% Marke. Bei 10 % müssen sie flaggen nach norwegischem Börsenrecht.

das macht ja auch Sinn. Unverständlich ist nur, daß die Dänen
schon seit längerer Zeit Tag ein,Tag aus als Nettokäufer in aller
Seelenruhe die shares vom Markt wegkaufen - ohne das der Kurs reagiert.

Wenn man die Norweger nicht als träg reagierende Menschen kennen
würde, müßte man schon an seinen eigenen Verstand zweifeln.
Wehe, wenn sie merken,daß da was abläuft, reagieren sie über und
treiben den Kurs in ungeahnte Höhen.

Ich habe schon mein Paketchen, das ich aber aufstocke,sobald durch
Verkäufe anderer Posten Geld frei wird.
Leider gehöre ich nicht zu denen, die auf allen Hochzeiten gleichzeitig tanzen können.

Hallo alx-user,

gerade lese ich, daß der Iran - trotz Androhung einer militärischen
Intervention - 3.000 Zentrifugen für seine Atomanlagen installieren
läßt. Ich denke, der Iran will es wissen, die USA werden den Fehde-
handschuh gerne entgegennehmen, was dann abläuft habe ich weiter
unten beschrieben. Diese Entwicklung, die aus der Region wieder
einmal ein Pulverfaß machen wird, kann der Welt nicht egal sein!!!

Aus meiner Sicht läßt sich der Verrückte nicht mehr aufhalten.
Vermutlich wird der Jahrestag der Islamischen Revolution, d.h.
Anfang Februar, als Verkündungszeitpunkt angegeben, daß das
iranische Volk an seiner Politik der Stärke festhalten wird.

Die Ölfirmen, die sich in sicheren Regionen befinden, werden
profitieren.Ein enormer Kursanstieg der alx hat dann allerdings
einen faden Beigeschmack.

Moin ALtinex-Freunde !

Nach vielen Tagen auf der Liste der besten norwegischen Ölgesellschaften, ist Altinex aus der Liste geflogen.
(Quelle:Finansavisen) Empfehlung der Analysten !!!!

Slik ser det nå ut for oljeselskapene:

(1.) Statoil (16 - 8 - 3)
(2.) Norsk Hydro (16 - 8 - 1)
(11.) DNO (8 - 2 - 1)
(26.) Revus Energy (5 - 0 - 1)
(33.) PA Resources (4 - 3 - 0)

Das kann nach meiner Meinung nur eine Kaufempfehlung sein, denn solange Altinex auf der Liste stand, hat sich der Kurs nicht bewegt. Den 3.Platz hat DNO (DET NORSKE OLJESELSKAP)und DNO fördert einen Großteil im Irak und im Jemen. Nach meiner Meinung sind die Aufsteller der Liste sehr risikofreudig. Die Förderung im Irak ist vergleichbar, als wenn ich einen vollen Gastank mit dem Schneidbrenner öffnen möchte.

dem ist noch folgendes beizufügen:

alx wird im norwegischen Chat schwer diskutiert, sogar unser
chat hier bei WO ist drüben reingestellt worden.
Vielleicht stören wir Pareto,Eso.. beim Einsammeln der shares
zu mehr als Discount-Preisen.Auch für mich ist das eine knallharte
Kaufempfehlung- besser als eine Pusherempfehlung von TI,
Pennystock.. mit einer sowieso nur kurzen Wirkung von 36 Stunden
für das Abladen der vorher eingesammelten shares.

Pareto und DDB (Det Danske Bank) liegen heute , wie auch schon die vergangenen Tage, auf der Nettokäuferseite. Mit Deiner Annahme liegst Du völlig richtig.

Pareto geht sehr vorsichtig in die Position und danach wird eine saftige Analyse mit einem Kursziel von mindestens 5 NOK folgen.

Altinex Oil AS is awarded one new license in the
Norwegian APA 2006 round.

Altinex Oil AS has been awarded equity in one
new production license on the Norwegian
continental shelf in connection with the
Norwegian APA 2006 licensing round. The awards
were announced by the Ministry of Petroleum and
Energy on January 29, 2007.

The award increases Altinex` Norwegian portfolio
to nine production licenses and strengthens the
company`s potential reserves- and production
growth through exploration activities.

Altinex applied for three licenses, two of which
the authorities decided not to award to any
company at this point in time.

The awarded license is:

Blocks 15/8 & 9 with the following participants:
- Altinex Oil AS 30%
- Pertra AS (operator) 70%

The license is located next to the Sleipner
field and contains several prospects which will
be technically evaluated before a decision about
drilling will be made.

Altinex kann wird sich verfünffachen !!

Die Bohrung auf dem Feld Neimah 1 wurde gestartet und in wenigen Tagen kann eine Meldung über die Ergebnisse eintreffen. Ohne Zweifel werden wir bei einer positiven Meldung eine Verdoppelung des Kurses sehen.
Auf Paretos E&P Seminar in London beschrieb Sigurt Kayser das Bohrprogramm von Altinex ( 7 neue Produktionsbrunnen im Jahr 2007).
Eine Steigerung der Produktion auf 20000 Barrel /Tag wird in nächster Zukunft erwartet.

Nennt mir eine Ölfirma, welche 10.000 Barrel produziert und eine so lächerliche Marktkapitalisierung hat.

sich alx genauer anzusehen, ist mit Sicherheit kein Fehler.
Ohne die Story, die schon ausführlich im thread behandelt wurde,
zu wiederholen, wird eine Bewegung Richtung Norden unausweichlich
sein, wenn die nächsten Bohrergebnisse, z.B. in Oman bekannt gege-
ben werden.

Wenn eine Dt. Bank und andere große Finanzadressen sich mit alx
eindecken, dürfte eine lukrative Chance auch für den Kleinaktionär
bestehen.

Jepp - die Q-Berichte hab ich mir schon in Englisch heruntergeladen (bezog sich auf die Website).

Du hattest ja geschrieben, das die Förderrate in naher Zukunft auf 20.000 bopd gesteigert
werde bzw. dies erwartet würde - gibt es da eine Quelle für ?!?

.... im Q2-Bericht 2006 geht das Unternehmen von einer durchschnittlichen Produktionsmenge von 12.000 bopd für 2007 aus (die Übernahme von DENERCO Oil ist da schon mit eingerechnet).

Zudem auch mal ein Herzliches Dankeschön für deine schnellen Antworten!

...wenn Altinex im Oman einen richtigen Treffer landet , dann sehen wir eine Produktionssteigerung schneller als erwartet. Altinex selbst, wird sich mit Angaben sicher bedeckt halten, um seinen guten Ruf zu behalten. Bis heute hat Altinex alle Erwartungen bestätigt. Nagle mich bitte nicht mit den 20.000 Barrel/Tag. Vielleicht werden es bis 2013 über 30.000 sein.

EnCana International (Oman) Ltd has as operator
for the EPSA on Oman Block 3&4, where Altinex
Oil holds a 50 % interest, completed the
drilling of the exploration well Neimah-1
located in the southern part of Oman Block 4.

The Neimah-1 well reached a total depth of 2,195
m in the Al Khlata Formation. The well
encountered hydrocarbon shows in the Natih
Formation and small oil columns in the Khuff
formation. After MDT sampling in the Khuff
formation it was concluded that the oil is
immobile. The Neimah-1 well has provided
valuable information for the ongoing evaluation
of the potential of the block, concerning both
reservoir quality and hydrocarbon generation.

The Neimah-1 well was drilled with the drilling
unit Deutag T80. The drilling unit will now be
moved 17 km to the west to the Maeen-1 well
location and is expected to be ready to spud
this second exploration well in Block 4 in
approximately one week.

On Wednesday, 21 February, Altinex has, with
EnCana
as operator, spudded the Maeen-1 well in an
onshore exploration campaign in Blocks 3 & 4 in
Oman.

The well Maeen-1 is being drilled on a prospect
located in the south-western part of Block 4,
approximately 450 km south west of the Oman
capital Muscat.

The well is expected to last 36 days, and is the
second Encana/Altinex well in the area. Altinex
has 50% equity in the blocks.

The Altinex oil and gas production for February
2007 came in at 8 500 boe/d. Although reservoirs
were performing as expected, a technical break
down on the off-loading system at the Siri hub
caused a production shut down on the Siri, Cecilie
and Nini fields. The system has now been
successfully repaired and all fields are producing
as normal.

Due to this production outfall, and that we do not
expect the coil tubing production wells on Siri to
give production in this quarter, we forecast our
1st quarter production to be in the range of 9 600
boe/d. At present we do not expect that this will
have a significant impact on our 2007 total
production, but will as normal review the overall
picture and comment on the annual production
forecast in our quarterly reporting.

The average oil, gas and NGL price adjusted for
the cost of oil price hedging was USD 54 per
boe.

ist euch auch schon aufgefallen, daß die letzten Tage der mit Abstand größte Nettokäufer immer um die 26 Mill. Stücke eingesackt
hat. Neben der bekannten Adresse Pareto waren es KEM und heute
CDV, die bisher nicht auffällig in Erscheinung traten.

Das sieht verdammt nach einem Aufkauf durch eine gleiche
Adresse aus.

Für einen russischen Milliardär wäre ALX einerseits nicht
mehr als peanuts, andererseits ein Eintritt in die westliche
Öl-Hemisphäre mit Zutritt zu westlichen zahlungskräftigen
Kunden in einem politisch sicheren Terrain.

Spekulation ???? Ja, davon lebt die Börse!!!

14/05-2007 12:08:28: (ALX) ALTINEX - OIL DISCOVERY IN DENMARK


Altinex has, as operator for the Danish Licence
7/06, completed the drilling of the Rau-1
exploration well in the Danish part of the North
Sea.

The Rau-1 exploration well was drilled with the
jack-up drilling rig Noble George Sauvageau as a
vertical hole to 2,571 m and encountered movable
oil in Palaeocene sandstone reservoirs.
Additionally, three deviated sidetracks were
drilled to appraise the lateral extent and size of
the Rau oil accumulation. All sidetracks found oil
and confirmed the reservoir model and the extent
of
the Rau oil accumulation.

An extensive logging and sampling programme was
carried out. The reservoir productivity was
adequately tested by means of so-called mini-
testing which made a full production test
unnecessary. All geological objectives were met,
and the drilling of the Rau-1 well and the
technically challenging sidetracks were
successfully completed on time, within budget and
without any HSE incidents or accidents to date.

The Rau-1 well including the three sidetracks is
now being plugged and abandoned.

Based on preliminary results, Altinex is
optimistic
with respect to the commercial potential and fast
development of the Rau oil discovery. The
discovery
is located just 9 km southwest of the Cecilie
production platform. Altinex will now as operator,
on behalf of the licence group comprising partners
RWE Dea and Nordsøfonden, initiate a comprehensive
study to evaluate the size and commerciality of
the
Rau oil accumulation.

Partners in Danish Licence 7/06 and the Rau-1 well
are:

Altinex Oil Denmark A/S 40% (Operator)
RWE Dea AG 40 %
Nordsøfonden 20 %

The Rau-1 well is the first well Altinex has
drilled as operator in the Danish North Sea, and
it
is also the first well drilled on a licence
awarded
in the Danish 6th round in May 2006.

A press conference and presentation will be held
at
Shippingklubben, Haakon 7 gate, Oslo today at
13.00. The presentation will also be web-casted.

Aber noch viel besser: mehr als 20% des gesamten Kapitals
wurde heute umgesetzt.

Auf die Frage, ob ich ein shortie wäre: ein ganz klares Nein
oder meinst du, ich hätte Lust gegrillt zu werden????

Eine Meldung vom Oman kann jederzeit kommen, dann sehen

Reference is made to the announcement of
Norwegian Energy Company AS (`Noreco`) on 14 May
2007 of its acquisition of 10.029 % of the shares
of Altinex ASA.
Noreco hereby offers to purchase further shares in
Altinex ASA at NOK 1.45 per share (`Offer Price`)
pre reverse share split as resolved by the General
Assembly on 9 May 2007. The Offer is limited to
15% of the total capital (where after Noreco will
hold in total 25% of the share capital in Altinex)
however Noreco may in its sole discretion decide
to waive this limit. The shareholders first
tendering their shares will have priority with
respect to allocation of sales (first come-first
serve).
The above Offer remains open until 18 May at 16.30
(CET) at the latest. Noreco reserves the right to
close the Offer upon reaching the total of 25% of
the total share capital on a first-come first-
serve basis.
Noreco reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
at any time to waive the condition referred to
above, and/or to withdraw the Offer at any time if
it seems clear that the required acceptance level
will not be achieved, and/or to extend the Offer
Period. Such withdrawal or extension of the Offer
will be announced through the Oslo Stock Exchange
information system no later than 18 May 2007 at
16.30 (CET)
Noreco reserves the right to purchase shares in
the market on other terms than stated above. In
the event the Offer is completed and Noreco

Reference is made to yesterday`s disclosure of
10.029% ownership in Altinex ASA (`Altinex`) by
Norwegian Energy Company AS (`Noreco`) and today`s
subsequent offer by Noreco for an additional 15%
of
the shares in Altinex at NOK 1.45 per share.

The board of Altinex is of the opinion that the
offered price undervalues the company.

The board of Altinex has to date not received
information from Noreco regarding the background
for its completed share acquisition and subsequent
offer to acquire shares in Altinex. Accordingly,
the board of Altinex has at present no basis for
evaluating Noreco`s ultimate strategic intentions
and business rationale behind the completed
acquisition and subsequent offer.

It is noted that the price of NOK 1.45 per share
offered by Noreco is low compared to valuations
published by various corporate researchers. It is
uncertain whether these valuations have
incorporated the results of the latest Danish Rau
oil discovery.

As previously informed, Altinex is currently in
the
process of carrying out and completing exploration
drilling programs in both Oman and the UK. The
results from Oman are expected to be published
within days and results from the UK within weeks.
The outcome of these drilling programs could have
a
significant impact on the valuation of Altinex.

Today`s offer from Noreco for an additional 15% of
the shares in Altinex is stated to be on a first
come - first serve basis and with a short
deadline.
This implies that there could be very limited time
available for shareholders to evaluate the offer,
and that a decision would have to be made before
the results of Altinex` ongoing drilling
activities
have been made public.

Potential sellers in the offer from Noreco should
take into account the above factors when
evaluating
both the pricing and timing of the offer.

mit Tages-Höchstkurs 1,59 NOK heute raus.
Mehr als 20% des Gesamtkapitals wurde umgesetzt.
Übernahme-Angebot kann man ja wohl nicht ernst nehmen.

Der Kessel kocht und der Deckel wird fliegen. Ich laufe nur noch
mit Stahlhelm rum, alles andere ist zu gefährlich.

Ob sich schon alle shorties eingedeckt haben???
Wenn nicht, dann gibt es nur noch den Offenbarungseid!!!

Guck dir den 2-Jahres-chart mal an ! Noch ein leichter Widerstand
im Bereich von 1,70 - 1,80, dann schnurstracks bis zum ATH von 2,30

Also, und das ist nicht auszuschließen, wenn die Bohrung im Oman
eine Verdopplung der täglichen Produktion mit sich bringt, haben
wir mit 20.000 bped mit Sicherheit auch größere Gesellschaften,
die sich einen für ihre Verhältnisse billigen Explorer
gerne einverleiben möchten. Alle großen Gesellschaften haben
Probleme mit dem Nachweis ihrer Reservekapazitäten. Denke mal an
Royal Dutch,wie die abgestraft wurden, weil die angegebenen
Reservekapazitäten geschönt waren.

Wenn dann noch Brage erfolgreich ist, na dann ...

Der heutige Tag zeigt eine leichte Konsolidierung von wenigen Ören.
Das sollte man aber positiv sehen.
Der Kurs ist schon gut abgezogen allein die letzten Tage.

Der Oman-Bericht soll zum Glück die Tage kommen. Ich denke, länger
hält man die Spannung vom Herzen her nicht mehr aus.
Gesünder ist- und das schlage ich allen Beteiligten vor- abends
ein, zwei oder auch drei Glas Rotwein zu sich zu nehmen.

Die Börse in Oslo ist morgen geschlossen.
Heute ist die Börse noch knapp 2 Stunden auf. Wenn es heute noch zur Schlußrally kommt, wird der Oman-Bericht je nach Stärke des
Panikkaufs entsprechend positiv sein.

Schau´n wir mal, ob nicht vielleicht doch das eine oder andere

vorzeitig durchsickert.

Wenn er am kommenden Montag sich halten sollte, geh davon aus, daß durch Noreco der Kurs am Köcheln bleibt. Zudem stehen weitere

Lassen wir uns überraschen.

Altinex farmed-in to the licence with effect from 15 December 2005. This licence is located in the central part of the UK North Sea, close to existing fields and established infrastructure.


Prospectivity :


Interpretation of high quality 3D-seismic data covering the licence has resulted in the identification of several leads and prospects at three different reservoir levels. The prime prospect is the so-called Huntington Prospect where probable reservoirs have been identified in the Paleocene Forties Formation, in the Upper Jurassic Fulmar Formation and in the Triassic Skagerrak Formation. An oil discovery has been proven by two wells in the Triassic in the Huntington prospect.

Status :


The 22/14-5 Huntington exploration well was spudded mid April 2007 and will test the identified prospectivity in the Paleocene and Jurassic section and appraise the Triassic discovery.

Hallo Brokerburt,

naja nun bin ich drann und dann sage ich Dir mal meine Sicht des Osloer Handelsverlaufes. ASC probierte sich im shorten und haute 11 Mio. Altinex auf die Gasse, bedachte jedoch nicht, dass ein Fonds sehr großen Hunger auf die ALX hat. Somit hat ASC für 1,57 verkauft und für 1,59 gekauft. Das ist doch richtig geplant gelaufen.

Mehr sage ich nicht zu dem IQ von den Herren im Nadelstreifenanzug.

Der Weg zu unseren 2,50 NOK ist somit frei.

Reference is made to Norwegian Energy Company AS`
(`Noreco`) disclosure of their ownership and right
to acquire ownership of 35.9% of the shares in
Altinex ASA (`Altinex`) on 25 May 2007.

Noreco strongly believes in the industrial logic
of combining Altinex and Noreco, and intends to
approach the board of Altinex in order to discuss
the potential for a merger.

To further demonstrate Noreco`s commitment, Noreco
will in the meantime put forward an offer to all
shareholders to acquire shares in Altinex
representing up to 39.9% or more than 50% of the
shares in Altinex. The offer price will be NOK
1.575 per Altinex share, payable in cash.

If the offer receives more than 50% acceptance,
Noreco intends to proceed with a mandatory offer
within 4 weeks in accordance with the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and seek to provide all
shareholders with an offer at an equal price.

The offer is financed through available cash,
however financing is subject to Noreco paying a

On 23 May, Altinex Oil has spudded the Nini-5
appraisal well in the Danish offshore Licence 4/95,
245 km vest of Esbjerg.

The drilling of the Nini-5 well is operated by DONG
Energy, and will appraise the Nini East discovery
found by the Nini-3 well drilled in 2001, 9 km
east
of the Nini Field.

The well will be drilled to 1815 m depth, and is
expected to last 24 days. In case of discovery,
one
sidetrack is planned.

Die Nieten im Nadelstreifen (ASC) werden noch von FS getoppt. Die letzten Tage hat FS geshortet und heute müssen sie teuer einkaufen.

Was habe ich am Anfang von diesem Thread geschrieben?

Altinex ist bei einer schwachen Osloer Börse sehr gut.

Wenn man den aktuellen Kurs sieht, dann ist die Sache immer noch sehr preiswert. Mit einer MK von unter 400 Mio Euro und einer aktuellen Tagesproduktion von 11.000 Barrel am Tag einer der günstigsten Ölwerte in sicherer Umgebung.

die nichts anderes liefern als Unkosten, Emissionen.. aber nicht
einen Liter ÖL. Aber diese Scheißwerte, die ich auch im

In ca. 5-8 Jahren hast du soviel Geld, daß dein Kind studieren kann
ohne auf Bafög... angewiesen zu sein.
Als Alternative zu den verschiedensten Versicherungen, bei denen
jeder verdient, nur nicht der Versicherungsnehmer- mit Sicherheit
eine Überlegung wert.

29/05-2007 08:03:34: (ALX) ALTINEX - TWO OIL DISCOVERIES AT HUNTINGTON IN UK


Altinex has, as a partner in the drilling of the
22/14b-5 (Huntington) well, in UK licence P.1114
made two discoveries of oil in rocks of Paleocene
and Jurassic age.

`This is very exciting.` says Altinex President and
CEO Olaf I. Ellingsen. `The two new discoveries
will significantly increase the company`s reserves
and together with the recently completed Rau
discovery clearly demonstrates that Altinex oil is
moving from being a Production company to a full
value chain Exploration and Production company.
Further, the Huntington discoveries will also
constitute an excellent start to the company`s
planned expansion on the UK shelf.`

The discovery well 22/14b-5 was drilled to a total
depth of 13,325 feet into the Triassic Skagerak
Formation. Oil bearing reservoir sands were
encountered in the Paleocene Forties at a depth of
8,960 feet, and in the Upper Jurassic Fulmar at a
depth of 12,750 feet. In the Paleocene Forties
sand 98 feet of oil bearing reservoir was
intersected. Wireline pressure and sampling tools
recovered 42 API sweet crude from this interval.
In
the Upper Jurassic Fulmar sand 58 feet of oil
bearing reservoir was intersected.

After completion of the wireline evaluation of the
Upper Jurassic Fulmar interval, preparations for
drill stem testing of the Paleocene Forties
interval will commence. Testing operations are
expected to be completed in two to three weeks
time.

The structures tested by the 22/14b-5 well are
significant. The size of the Paleocene Forties
sand
structure is currently estimated to be 14 sq Km.
The areal extend of the upper Jurassic Fulmar sand
accumulation is under evaluation. The 22/14b-5
well
was drilled in a flank position on both structures
giving considerable possibilities for additional
potential in more crestal positions.

The results are very encouraging, and further
appraisal of the Huntington oil accumulations is
being planned to be undertaken in the fourth
quarter 2007 utilizing one of Oilexco`s two long
term contracted semi-submersible drilling rigs.

The 22/14b-5 well is being drilled with the
drilling unit Sedco 712, operated by Oilexco. The
well has fulfilled all geological objectives, and
operations to date have been conducted on time and
within budget.

Upon completion of the well, the evaluation of the
results will be initiated by the partnership.

license on the Norwegian Continental Shelf covering
Block 25/2 and 3 in connection with the second
phase of the Norwegian APA 2006 licensing round.
The awards were announced by the Ministry of
Petroleum and Energy today.

The award increases Altinex` Norwegian portfolio to
ten Norwegian production licenses and strengthens
the company`s potential for reserve- and production
growth through exploration and appraisal
activities.

The awarded license is block 25/2 and 3 with the
following participants:

Hydro (operator) 40%
Svenska Petroleum 20%
DNO 20%


The license is located immediately east of the
Frigg field and contains the Gamma oil and gas
discovery proven by two wells, 25/2-10 S and 25/2-

potentially could be developed commercially and the
work programme is focused towards an appraisal of
the Gamma discovery as well as evaluation of other
prospects in the license.

This increases the number of Altinex discoveries to
nine.

Altinex holds a 21.8% owner share in the
Production Licence 048D on the Norwegian
Continental Shelf. The licence includes 20% of the
cross border field Enoch.

The production commenced today from the Enoch
field. Altinex holds a 4.36% interest in the
unitised field.

The horizontal development well is expected to
produce at a peak rate of 15000 boe/day giving a
net to Altinex of 650 boe/day.

`We are pleased to see this cross-border field
coming on stream in less than 2 years after the
development was approved by the authorities - this
is a good example of our short lead-time
strategy`,
says Olaf I. Ellingsen, President and CEO of
Altinex.

The Enoch field straddles the UK and Norwegian
sectors in UKCS Block 16/13a and NCS Block 15/5
(unitized at 80% and 20%, respectively) located

northwest
of Enoch and oil is exported via the Forties
pipeline network.

SK am Freitag 1,86 NOK.

Nach den Bombenmeldungen habe ich eigentlich schon mit dem Erreichen der 2 NOK gerechnet.

Was nicht ist, kann ja noch kommen.
Auf jeden Fall steigt der Kurs ganz kontinuierlich ohne eigentliche
Rückschläge.Was mich noch positiv stimmt, ist, daß das Volumen deutlich zurückgeht, soll heißen, dafür verkaufen nur noch wenige.

PS: Ingeting, wie schon mal geschrieben. ALX ist ein seröses Unternehmen mit ständig höheren Produktionszahlen, viel Phantasie
infolge noch anstehender Bohrergebnisse...Der Kurs steigt .....

Es verwundert mich, daß kaum jemand an unserem Thread teilnimmt,
obwohl nachvollziehbar der Kurs allein im Mai um über 50% angezogen
ist. Die meisten springen doch auf Werte unser allseits bekannten
Pusher-Briefe...

have recovered 40 API crude oil. Drill stem
testing is planned to be conducted through 101 feet
of perforations. Testing operations are expected
to be completed in seven to ten days time.

After completion of the drill stem test of the
Upper Jurassic Fulmar interval, preparations for
drill stem testing of the Paleocene Forties
interval will commence.

Further appraisal of the Huntington oil
accumulations are planned for the fourth quarter
using one of Oilexco`s two long term contracted
semi-submersible drilling rigs. The structures
tested by the 22/14b-5 well are significant. This
appraisal will confirm the size of the structures
currently estimated to be 14 sq Km for the
Paleocene Forties sand, and up to 23 sq Km for the
Upper Jurassic Fulmar sand. The size of the
structure associated with the Upper Jurassic Fulmar
sand has increased dramatically due to the increase
in oil column and a refined seismic interpretation
resulting from the wire line evaluation.

bin ganz neu im Börsengeschäft und frage mich, ob jetzt noch immer ein guter Kurs für den Einstieg ist. 1,90 NOK ist ja fast all time high. sollte ich noch auf einen Rückschlag warten ?

jedenfalls ist die Aktie für mich als Laien hochinteressant, das es Norweger sind und keine kanadischen gehypten Pennybudden. mein Anlagehorizont ist aber nur 6 - 8 Monate, dann vertschüsse ich mich auf eine längere Weltreise.
darum wäres für mich wichtig, wann die nächsten Bohrergebnisse anstehen bzw. ob sich die Förderung bald weiter erhöht. hab das auf deren Homepage nicht gefunden.

jedenfalls vielen dank für die zusammengetragenen Infos und immer schön ruhig bleiben, sonst werden vielleicht noch die ganzen Briefe und Zocker aufmerksam.

Wenn man ganz neu im Börsengeschäft ist und anscheinend auch neu im Ölgeschäft, sollte man von einer Anlage grundsätzlich absehen.
Das hat nichts mit Altinex zu tun, das ist eine solide Firma mit einem Anteil an einem möglicherweise sensationellen Fund in der Nordsee.
Aber auch bei Werten wie Altinex, mit guten Aussichten, muß man sich eigentlich täglich informieren und die Informationen auch verstehen, um entsprechend handeln zu können.
Hier sind noch alle Informationen zu Bohrergebnissen kursentscheidend, Dinge die bei den großen Ölfirmen nicht mehr so von Bedeutung sind.
Man sollte deshalb von der Materie ein entsprechendes Grundwissen haben und das Ohr immer nah am Geschehen haben.
Der Markt gibt in diesem Bereich immer sehr viel positive Spekulation in den Preis, bei negativen Ergebnissen gibt es demzufolge harte Korrekturen.
Prinzipiell hat Altinex mit dem letzten Fund namens "Huntington" ein großes Potential, von dem schon einiges im Preis ist.
Der Operator und größte Anteilhaber an Huntington, Oilexco, wird im vierten Quartal dort weiter bohren. (Derzeit laufen noch Tests einer potential riesigen oberen Ölschicht).
Danach wird sich genauer zeigen, welches Potential wirklich drin steckt und welche Strategie zur Produktion die beste ist.
Bis zur Produktion muß man dann mindestens noch 1-2 Jahre rechnen, denn je größer der Fund, desto komplexer auch die Produktion.
Das Equipment dazu wächst ja leider nicht auf Bäumen - kann gut sein, das man sich zum Bau einer permanenten Produktionsplattform inklusive Mannschaftsplattform entscheidet.
Das wären dann mehrere hundert Mio Investition und etwa 2-3 Jahre Bauzeit.
Noch was zu den "kanadischen gehypten Pennybuden":
Die kanadischen Börsenregularien, gerade im Venture (Penny) Segment, sind mit die schärfsten auf der Welt.
Deshalb investiere ich z.B. bei spekulativen Exploreren nur in Werte, deren Aktien in Kanada gelistet sind und die dort den meisten Umsatz haben.
Kanada hat eine lange Tradition in diesem Bereich und nach einigen Skandalen in den 80er Jahren die Regularien stark verschärft.
Ein kanadischer Wert an der TSX-Venture hat härtere Auflagen als z.B Porsche in Deutschland.
Die Kanadischen Investoren und Manager kennen sich durch die lange Tradition und dem eigenen Rohstoffreichen Land sehr gut aus und verhindern es in den meisten Fällen, auf Luftblasen reinzufallen.
Oilexco, der aktivste Explorer in der Nordsee der letzten zwei Jahre und Partner von Altinex im Huntington Projekt, war auch mal so ein Pennystock. Vor ein paar Jahren bekam man noch Aktien zu $0,10. Jetzt nur noch über $13.
Altinex ist sicher als gutes Investment zu betrachten - in Norwegen sieht die Situation ähnlich wie in Kanada aus - aber es besteht wie bei allen Small- und Mid-Tier Exploreren immer ein größeres Kursrisiko bei Fehlschlägen.
Zwar nicht im Bereich der allseits bekannten OTC Luftnummern, aber doch immer noch existent.
Auf gute weitere Resultate von Huntington, die wohl Anfang nächster Woche kommen werden!
(Ich hoffer die Altinexer verzeihen mir den kleinen Werbehinweis auf Oilexco - Küsschen )

hab vor ein paar Jahren schon mal Aktien gehandelt,darunter auch Optionen und Zertis. mir gefällt an altinex, das sie im Gegensatz zu anderen Explorern auch Öl fördern (wenn auch nicht viel), und deren Bilanzen auch ganz gut aussehen. darüberhinaus sind ja unter den Aktionären auch Morgan stanley, deutsche bank und die citibank. glaube kaum, das sie in eine Bruchbude investieren.

jedenfalls werde ich mal ein paar kaufen und wünsch allen anderen anwesenden und mir viel Glück bei dem invest.

Hallo alle zusammen,

bei Altinex handelt es sich nicht etwa um eine Neugründung, sondern um ein norwegisches Unternehmen, welches die dänische Ölgesellschaft Danerco aufgekauft hat. Mit rund 10.000 Barrel Produktion pro Tag und einem Ölpreis von über 70 Dollar, sollte es sich bei Altinexoil um ein gutes Geschäft handeln ( für Aktienkäufer ). Sicherheit gibt es bei Aktien nie , aber das Risiko ist auch nicht so hoch. Ich bin der Meinung, dass auf dieser Welt fast alles vermehrbar ist, nur das Öl bildet sich in kurzer Zeit nicht wieder.

Den Oman bitte nicht vergessen, den habe ich noch nicht abgeschrieben.

Hallo ingeting, habe schon lange keine postings mehr verfaßt.

Zu den u.a. Diskussionen kann ich nur kurz zusammenfassen, daß
shares, die in Norwegen gelistet sind, zwar auch nie vor einem
Konkurs sicher sind, aber es handelt sich grundsätzlich nie um
Luftnummern.
Altinex ist für mich ein Wachtumswert par excellence.Die Produk-
tionszahlen liegen über 10.000bbl, was nicht gerade wenig ist.
Es werden immer wieder neue Bohrprogramme in Angriff genommen,die
vielversprechend sind wie Huntington, Brage... auch für mich ist
der Oman noch lange nicht abgeschrieben ( ich denke, da werden wir noch eine riesengroße Überraschnung serviert bekommen ).

Das Entscheidende für uns kleine Anleger ist doch folgendes:

Diese Perlen selbst zu entdecken, wo sie noch relativ unbekannt
sind - also günstig -, und das ganze Potential noch auf Jahre nicht
im Kurs enthalten ist.

The second Huntington drill stem test from the
Paleocene Fortis Sands has been finalized with
excellent results in terms of flow-rates up to
5577 bbl/d plus gas and fluid properties with a
very light oil of 41 API gravity.

This is a strong confirmation of the paleocene
Fortis reservoir - there is no doubt that
Huntington is a significant discovery. We will now
push for fast-track appraisal and development of
this new North Sea find` says President and CEO
Olaf Ellingsen.


An extract from the operator Oilexco`s press
release:

`Calgary, Canada, June 19, 2007 - Oilexco
Incorporated announces that its wholly owned
subsidiary Oilexco North Sea Limited and its
partners have successfully drill stem tested the
Paleocene Forties sand in its recently announced
multiple zone light oil discovery on its 40% owned
Huntington Prospect in Block 22/14b in the UK
Central North Sea.

Oilexco`s partners in the discovery are Altinex
Oil
(UK) Limited (20%), E.ON Ruhrgas UK Exploration
and
Production Limited (25%), and Carrizo Oil and Gas,

restricted by the test equipment utilized for the
test.

Further appraisal of the Huntington oil
accumulations are planned for the fourth quarter

The acquisition has been financed through a NOK 1
635 million private placement of equity and
convertible bonds directed towards existing
shareholders and a group of 11 institutional
investors. In addition, the Chairman and the CEO
of Altinex have agreed, on selling all of their
shares, that they will receive part of the
consideration in Noreco shares.

Noreco will following the acquisition disclosed
today be holding 42.19% of the voting shares in
Altinex, and will thus trigger a mandatory offer
for the remaining shares of Altinex not held by
Noreco, cf section 4-1 of the Norwegian Securities

Moin ingeting und altinex-friends,

das ist ja eine Hammer-News. Nur weiß ich noch nicht, ob die Luft
jetzt bei ALX raus ist. Unser Kummer wird allerdings in Grenzen
gehalten bei ca. 100 % Gewinn in der der kurzen Zeit.

Von daher paßt ja meine neue Beobachtung ganz gut:

www.norseenergy.com ist die hp, Wert in Oslo gehandelt, z.Zt. etwas
unter 3,40 NOK, der Chart sieht einladend zum Kaufen aus.

Informieren mut sich jeder selbst, da jeder für sich die Entscheidung auch fällt. Mir sagt zu, daß NEC schon fördert
ca. 2500bbl/d ( Gas und ÖL ), besitzt ein Pipeline-Netz in USA,
was eine ordentliche Miete einbringt, in Brasilien als Partner
Petrobras, z.Zt. ist ein Streik der Ölarbeiter in Brasilien möglich....

schön,daß du dir zumindest die Mühe machen willst, diesen Wert

Im Rückblick möchte ich mal folgendes und auch für jedermann nach-
vollziehbar die doch erfreuliche Bilanz unserer gemeinsamen Werte
anführen. Alle Werte, die meisten sind ja wohl von dir, sind zu einem Zeitpunkt in den Thread gebracht wurden, als sie noch unten
waren,eine Kurssteigerung aber aufgrund der Faktenlage früher
oder später dringend zu erwarten war, andererseits sind diese
Werte, insbesondere die erwähnten norwegischen, nicht vergleichbar
mit den Luftnummern,Pommesbuden, die von Pusherblättern in schwindelerregende Höhen gebracht werden, um nach der Empfehlung
wie ein Kartenhaus zusammenzubrechen.

Hallo Brokerburt,

bei Norse werde ich auch einsteigen. Heute werde ich jedoch noch die Q-Berichte auf norwegisch lesen. Der erste Eindruck ist nicht schlecht. Dein Posting: Luftnummern,Pommesbuden, die von Pusherblättern ......ist sehr gut.
Das Lehrgeld mit diesen Verbrecherempfehlungen habe ich auch bezahlt und nun gehts eben nur noch in solide und an der Osloer-Börse notierte Firmen. Ordentliche Börsenregeln zahlen sich eben aus. Als Zuckerl steigt auch noch die norwegische Krone (8,02).

Det sier administrerende direktør Scott Kerr til DN Energi torsdag.

Kerr sier at planen først er å fusjonere Altinex og Noreco. For å kunne gjennomføre en fusjon trenger Noreco å kontrollere 67 prosent av Altinex.

-Det nye selskapet vil fortsatt være på børsen, sier Kerr. Men hvor stor eierandel Norecos eiere vil bli sittende med i det nye selskapet er uklart.

Positive appraisal well at the Nini field, Nini-5

DONG E&P A/S, operator for the companies in
licence
4/95, has completed the appraisal well Nini-5
(5605/10-8) at the Nini field, close to the
Norwegian/Danish boundary in the Danish part of
the
North Sea. The results of Nini-5 are considered
positive.

The well was spudded 25 May 2007 with the jack-up
rig Noble George Sauvageau at the location 56°
41`42.90` N; 05°25`37.79` E (UTM zone 31;
6,286,235
m N; 648,638 m E), where the water depth is 56
meters.

Nini-5 was drilled as a vertical well and reached
total depth in chalk of Danian age at 1793 meters
below mean sea level. The well proved the presence
of oil and minor amount of gas in paleocene
sandstone in the eastern part of the Nini field.
In
order to appraise the extent and quality of the
oil-
bearing reservoir, coring was performed and two
side-tracks were drilled with positive results.
The
information acquired during logging and sampling
confirmed the productivity of the reservoir.

The Nini field was put on production in 2003. The
results of Nini-5 and from an earlier appraisal
well in the area will be used in the companies`
evaluation of the technical and economical
feasibility of a development of the oil in the
eastern part of Nini.

The appraisal well will be permanently plugged and
abandoned. Subsequently the rig will be moved to
the Nini production/wellhead platform to drill a
production well in the central part of the field.

Hi mariogue,

schön,daß mal jemand anders als ingeting einen nicht von Schmier-
blättern gepushten Wert anschaut.

Der Kurs ist heute nochmals etwas zurückgegangen auf 3,34 NOK,
ich selbst habe heute noch bei 3,39 gekauft. Mir scheint, da gehen-
wie auch bei ALX - einige Banken auf short, in der Hoffnung über
eine Abwärtsspirale den Kurs so richtig schön zu drücken, wo
natürlich der angekündigte Streik ihnen zu passe kommt.

Eine erfreuliche Meldung, mit der man zum Glück immer rechnen darf,
und schon grillen die shorties.

Aber egal, wer auf mehr oder weniger auf long eingestellt ist,
dem kannn es egal sein.

Ich zumindest gehe von einem Potential aus, das mit ALX vergleichbar ist.

Diese Aktie wird wohl nicht über 22 NOK steigen, aktueller Kurs 21,60.

Reference is made to Norwegian Energy Company AS`
(`Noreco`) disclosure of their ownership and right
to acquire ownership of 56.08% of the shares in
Altinex ASA (`Altinex`) on 21 June 2007.

The acquisition has been financed through a NOK 1
635 million private placement of equity and
convertible bonds directed towards existing
shareholders and a group of 11 institutional
investors. In addition, the Chairman and the CEO
of Altinex have agreed, on selling all of their
shares, that they will receive part of the
consideration in Noreco shares.

Noreco will following the acquisition disclosed
today be holding 42.19% of the voting shares in
Altinex, and will thus trigger a mandatory offer
for the remaining shares of Altinex not held by
Noreco, cf section 4-1 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act. Noreco intends to proceed with a
mandatory offer within 4 weeks in accordance with
the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

The mandatory offer price will be NOK 22.00 per
share, equal to the highest price paid by Noreco
for shares in Altinex.

The mandatory offer will be put forward as soon as
the formal offer documentation, which will include
the further terms and conditions for the offer,
has been approved by Oslo Børs (the Oslo Stock
Exchange).

NOK 22.00 ??? Das ist die große Frage!!!

Es gibt noch einige kurstreibende Varianten.

Wenn eine Gruppe 25 % zusammen vereinigt, also ausreichend für
eine Sperrminorität, gibt es Feuer.

Dann ist die Frage wie das Verhältnis des möglichen Umtausches in Noreco aussieht......

Ich meine es bleibt noch spannend. Für die, die von Anfang an
dabei sind ( seit Thread-Eröffnung ), sind schon mal die ersten
100 % sicher. Zugegebenermaßen auch nicht schlecht in der relativ
kurzen Zeit.

Altinex ASA (`Altinex`) has been contacted by
shareholders in connection with Norwegian Energy
Company AS` (`Noreco`) acquisition of Altinex
shares and notice of mandatory offer to acquire
the
remaining shares in the company.

In the stock exchange announcement of 21 June
2007,
Noreco announced that the company owns 42.19% of
the Altinex shares, which means that the company
is
required to give notice of mandatory offer to
acquire all of the remaining Altinex shares that
are not owned by Noreco.

Noreco has announced that a mandatory offer will
be
made pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act (verdipapirhandelloven) as soon as the
required
offer documentation has been approved by Oslo Børs
and within 4 weeks at the latest. The offer price
will be NOK 22 per share. According to the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act, the acceptance
period shall be between 4-6 weeks with payment to
those who accept within 2 weeks of the expiry of
the acceptance period. Specific terms for the

warum sollte die Aktie nicht über 22 NOK steigen, wenn Noreco
den Rest will müssen sie die Aktien am Markt einkaufen, die
nicht zu 22 NOK überlassen werden.
Ein Squeeze out kann die Noreco nur bei 95% Aktienbesitz machen, und dann wird es doch erst richtig interessant.
Davon abgesehen hat die Altinex mit Eon vor England einen fetten
Ölfund gemacht, der - von den zukünftigen Bohrungen im Oman abgesehen - den derzeitigen Wert von 21.6 NOK rechtfertigt.

Jeder der jetzt billiger als 22 NOK verkauft macht m.e. einen Fehler.

Hallo Frank u. Dede24,

da von Noreco 22 NOK geboten werden und es immer noch viele norwegische Trader und Banken gibt, welche für 21,60 - 21,80 NOK verkaufen, denke ich sollten diese Jungs erst einmal rausgeschüttelt werden. Ich für meinen Teil werde meine Altinexpapiere nicht verkaufen, sondern setze auf den Umtausch meiner Papiere. Die neue Gesellschaft wird nach dem Zusammenlegen der Firmen die größte unabhängige norwegische Ölgesellschaft. Ab 2009 werden Kurse von über 100 NOK sicherlich folgen, wenn wir von einem weiterhin so hohem Ölpreis ausgehen.
NORECO/ALTINEXOIL wechselt in eine höhere Liga !!!

Mal grob hochgerechnet wieviel förderbares Öl
in Huntington gefunden wurde...
Allein 20% dieses Funds sind mehr wert als 44 NOK pro Altinexaktie, wenn nicht sogar 60.

Dann kommen noch NINI und RAU dazu.
Natürlich wird eine solche Perle sofort einverleibt.

Nun noch die Konditionen angesehen, zu denen der
Vorstand der Altinex verkauft hat...

WER sagt das eine Aktie von Noreco wirklich 150 NOK wert ist ?
Vielleicht ist sie ja in Wirklichkeit 1500 NOK wert....

Würde mich nicht wundern wenn die Namen bald in hoher Position
bei der Noreco auftauchen.
Wichtig ist es in Altinex investiert zu bleiben wg.
a) Spekulationsfrist
b) Beiteiligung an Huntington das Ding ist richtig fett denke ich

Altinex ist...
eine Aktie, die ich garantiert mit 22 NOK verkaufen kann und die
nur 22.7 NOK kostet aber eine große Chance bietet.
So what...?

Moin Dede24,

wo ich diesen Thread hineingestellt habe, stand Altinex bei
1,12 NOK und ich habe nicht übertrieben mit meiner Vorstellung. Ich bin von der neuen Firmenstrategie (Noreco) überzeugt und denke, dass sich viele ärgern werden, wenn sie bei dem heutigen Wert verkaufen. Du hast die Anteile von Noreco vergessen, welche Noreco mit in die neue Firma einbringt und den Oman habe ich auch noch nicht abgeschrieben.

Altinex/Noreco ist für mich weiterhin ein eindeutiger Verzehnfachungskandidat

Du siehst alles ein wenig negativ. Ich sehe den Zusammenschluss von Altinex und Noreco positiv. Die Deutsche Bank ist auch der größte Nettokäufer heute in Oslo (+ 500.000 Papiere)

Norecos Lizensgebiete mit der Produktion werden den Kurs beflügeln.

heute seit langem aus der Tradingbreite 21,60-21,80 ausgebrochen.
SK 21,90, Höchstkurs 22.00 NOK.

Umsatz auch kräftig erhöht auf 11,3 Mill., Pareto hat netto
8,7 Mill.Stück gekauft.

Noreco meldet, daß ihre ALX-Beteiligung noch unter 68% liegt.

ÖL-Preis über 77 US-Dollar/ bbl.

Laßt uns als Investierte die kommende Entwicklung genießen.

Finde Eure Aktie höchst interessant! Allerdings ist mir der Kursverlauf nicht ganz klar. Du schriebst am 25.1.07 mit dem erstmaligen einstellen, der Kurs sei bei 1,12NOK gestanden, heute bei 22,40NOK. Im Chartverlauf an der OSE finde ich für diesen Zeitpunkt so ungefähr 11 NOK. 100% Performance in einem halben Jahr ist zwar klasse, aber nichts gegen die vermeintlichen fast 2000%! Also was nun? Könnte mich bitte jemand aufklären?

wie du schon sagst, 100% in einem halben Jahr ist nicht schlecht.
Dabei bleibt es leider zunächst.

Wenn du weiter zurückgelesen hättest, findest du einen zwischen-
zeitlichen reverse split ( im Verhältnis 10 alte zu 1 neuen ).

Zunächst bedeutet, wenn NORECO und ALX - egal in welcher
Form - zusammengehen, gibt es ein mächtiges Kurspotential, da sich
beide erstklassig ergänzen. Näheres findest du auf zurückliegende
Seiten.

Oil-production has now commenced from the NA-8
well in the Ty Segment of the Danish Nini Field -
with a promising initial production of 5500
bbl/day
(Altinex Oil: 1650 bbl/day). Oil in the Ty Segment
in the Nini Field was discovered in 2000 by the
Nini-1 well, and has been appraised by a number of
wells. The technically challenging NA-8 well,
drilled from the Nini Platform using the Noble
George Sauvageau rig, was drilled on time and on
budget by the operator DONG Energy. Production
data
from the first six moths will be evaluated, before
further development of the Nini Ty Segment.

Future production data from the well will
determine
potential for any upside revision of Altinex`
production forecast for the remainder of 2007.

an der Übernahmefront ist HarryP aus Norwegen sehr aufopferungsvoll tätig und setzt sich sehr für uns Kleinanleger ein. Die norwegische Börsenaufsicht , Aktionärsvereinigung usw. sind schon eingeschaltet. Der Hintergrund ist die Bewertung der Noreco-Aktien . Da hat Noreco den Tauschkurs einfach festgelegt und seine Aktien mit 150 NOK bewertet. Kurze Zeit vorher waren die unnotierten Noreco-Aktien nur einen Bruchteil wert. Hier riecht es sehr nach eigener Übervorteilung. Die Hintermänner, wie Herr Kjell Inge Røkke,
wollen sich Altinex für einen Bruchteil des richtigen Wertes unter den Nagel reißen. Altinex ist mit seinen neuen Funden (Huntington und Rau) mindestens 40 NOK wert bei einem Norecokurs von 150 NOK.

jetzt wird es knapp und mich würde einmal die Aktienanzahl von Noreco interessieren.
Gestern hat Pareto über 14,5 Millionen Altinexpapiere von zittrigen Anlegern aufgekauft.
Die Marktlage mit den Panikverkäufen half Noreco sehr. Damit kommen die Jungs nach meinen Berechnungen sehr nahe an die 90 % Marke heran.
Es hängt nun alles von den letzten standhaften Altinex-Aktionären ab.

Noreco hat offiziell über 90%, die Schlacht haben wir verloren.
Ich habe schweren Herzens verkauft ( bei ca. 100% Gewinn ).

Ich bleibe mit meinem Geld weiterhin in Norwegen.
