Laut gerüchten kauft woll Canaccord ein. Gerüchten zufolge haben die vielleicht ein grosses Gasvorkommen gefunden.

Hey Leute,

Ryland Oil scheint sehr interessant zu sein. Die haben 50 Mio. Finanzierung bekommen und bohren gerade einige Löcher. Das Öl-und Gas soll vor Ort sein, fragt sich nur wieviel. Im kanadischen Saskatchewan gibt es ja einige fette Rohstoffe, also könnte man hier durchaus mitspekulieren. Das Management ist jedenfalls erstklassig!

Ich hab vor ein paar Tagen schon in einem anderem Forum gefragt,
ob jemand weiss um welchen Wert es sich handelt,
wusste aber scheinbar niemand.

Könnte es sich um Ryland handeln??

Wenn man sich den Anstieg in CAN ansieht, kann es nur eine Frage der Zeit sein, das die bei uns entdeckt wird.

Ich denke allein heute könnten 5-10% drin sein und das ist erst der Anfang.

Completion of Major Equity Financing:

The acquisition of Pebble Petroleum was financed through a
$50,000,000 non-brokered private placement of 58,823,529 units at $0.85 per unit which was completed concurrently with the acquisition. Each unit consisted of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable into one additional common share of the Company at $1.50 per share until May 11, 2008.

Approximately $18.5 million of the Company’s financing was used to purchase the Pebble Petroleum shares, to fund repayment of Pebble Petroleum’s outstanding debt and for transaction
costs. Approximately $25 million has been allocated to a proposed four well pilot drilling program on the PNG licenses owned by Pebble Petroleum. The balance of the net proceeds will
be used for general working capital.

Completion of Acquisition of Pebble Petroleum Inc.:

On May 11, 2007, the Company completed the
acquisition of all of the shares of Pebble Petroleum Inc. (“Pebble Petroleum”) and its wholly owned U.S.
subsidiary, Rover Resources Inc. (“Rover Resources”), who at the time of closing held, petroleum and natural
gas exploration leases and licenses over approximately 150,000 gross and net acres in Western Canada and
the Western United States (and which acreage has subsequently been increased as noted below). The
properties are exploration properties with no production and no proven reserves. Consideration for the
purchase consisted of 25,000,000 common shares to be issued on a performance basis within 5 years as to 25,000,000 common shares upon the oil and gas interests sustaining 30 consecutive days of average gross
production of 1,000 barrels per day, and 5,000,000 common shares for each incremental average daily
production of 1,000 barrels for 30 consecutive days, to a maximum issuance of 25,000,000 common shares.

Commencing in mid-2007, two new vertical wells and a horizontal re-entry well were drilled on the northern half of the acreage holding at a cost of approximately $7,900,000. Those wells are currently being tested. Late in 2007 the Company drilled both a vertical well in the southeast region of its Saskatchewan property and a more centrally located horizontal well. Both of these wells are drilled and cased and are currently being completed and tested in multiple horizons.

OIL AND GAS INTERESTS:

Tacquard, Texas

During the year ended March 31, 2007, the Company acquired a 10% interest in the SueAnn Tacquard #1 Well in Galveston County, Texas for $204,557 ($172,214 US). The Company incurred deferred exploration costs of $5,252 and
recorded depletion of $5,426.


Bashaw Storthoaks and Weir Hill

During the year ended March 31, 2004, the Company wrote-off its oil and gas interests in the Bashaw area and the Storthoaks and Weir Hill areas to reflect the uncertainty in future development of the properties.

During the year ended March 31, 2006, the Company sold its oil and gas interests in the Storthoaks and Weir Hill areasfor cash consideration of $64,250.

During the year ended March 31, 2007, the Company sold its interest in the Bagshaw area for cash consideration of
$28,000.

Pebble Properties

During the period ended December 31, 2007, the Company purchased oil and natural gas interests through the acquisition 100% of Pebble Petroleum Inc. and its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Rover Resources Inc., companies related by virtue
of a common director, who together hold petroleum and natural gas exploration rights to property in Western Canada and the Western United States. The properties are exploration properties with no production and with no proven reserves. Consideration for the purchase consisted of 25,000,000 common shares to be issued on a performance basis within five years as to 5,000,000 common shares upon the oil and gas interests sustaining 30 consecutive days of average gross production of 1,000 barrels per day, and 5,000,000 common shares for each incremental average daily production of 1,000 barrels for 30 consecutive days, to a maximum issuance of 25,000,000 common shares.

In addition to the asset acquisition, the Company has added oil and gas interests by purchasing them from the
government authorities and by acquiring them from third parties.

The Company also acquired acreage and a well from Jadex Energy Ltd. and 1164099 Alberta Ltd. The wellbore is being reworked in an attempt to establish commercial production from its current productive zone as well as evaluating further upside potential from other prospective zones. Two additional wells are in the planning and permitting stage with an expected spud date in May, 2008. These wells are expected to further define the potential in the central area of the acreage position.

Vancouver, B.C. Heartland Resources Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the following appointments to its board of directors and management team:

Mr. Richard L. (“Dick”) Findley has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Findley is a self-employed professional geologist engaged in exploration for oil
and gas. His professional work experience totals 30 years and began in February 1975 with Tenneco Oil Company, Denver, Colorado and continued with Patrick Petroleum, Billings, Montana in January 1978. In 1983 Mr. Findley formed his own company, Prospector Oil, Inc.
Mr. Findley attended Texas A&M University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree
in 1973 and a Master of Science Degree in 1975. In December 2006 Texas A&M awarded him the Michel Halbouty Medal for distinguished achievement in geosciences and earth resources
exploration development and conservation.
Mr. Findley is best known for his discovery of the Elm Coulee oil field in the Bakken Formation, Williston Basin, Richland County, Montana. Often described as a ”sleeping giant” the Elm Coulee field currently produces more than 50,000 barrels of oil per day . In recognition of his work, Mr. Findley was named Outstanding Explorer of the Year by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists in 2006. His story has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and the National Post as well as international papers in Italy and the Netherlands. He has also been the subject of articles in oil and gas trade journals including American Oil and Gas Reporter, Petroleum Intelligence Weekly, the AAPG Explorer and Energy Tribune.[/b]Mr. Findley has been a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists since 1974. He is also a member of the Montana Geological Society where he served as Secretary,
Treasurer, First and Second Vice President and as President of the Society in 2000 – 2001.
Currently he represents Montana on the AAPG House of Delegates. He is also a member of the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists and a certified Wyoming Professional Geologist. .
Mr. Findley resides in Billings, Montana.

Mr. Thomas (“Tom”) Lantz has been appointed Vice-President Engineering of the Company.
Mr. Lantz is a petroleum engineer with more than 30 years of experience in oil and gas operations. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Lantz was Operations Manager of Enerplus Resources (USA) Corp.’s Denver office. From 1998 through 2006 he was employed as Asset Manager for Halliburton Energy Services, during which time he led the efforts for several highly
successful development programs for Halliburton’s clients, including the initial development of the Elm Coulee oil field. From 1980 until 1998 Mr. Lantz was employed as a petroleum engineer
with Phillips Petroleum Company working in the Rocky Mountains, the North Sea and the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Lantz has a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern
California and completed graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State
University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Lantz resides in Littleton, Colorado.

Mr. Bryce C. Tingle has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Tingle is Executive Vice-President, Corporate Finance for Rock Well Petroleum Inc., a large private oil
company with domestic and international operations. Prior to joining Rock Well full-time in 2005, Mr. Tingle was a founding partner of Tingle Merrett LLP, a Calgary-based law firm with a
practice focused on securities law and corporate finance.
Mr. Tingle currently serves on the Securities Advisory Committee of the Alberta Securities Commission. He is also currently a director of Bronco Energy Ltd. and Chairman of the Board
of Directors of Rock Well. Mr. Tingle holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Alberta and a Master of Law
degree from Duke University. He served on the editorial staff of the law reviews at both schools. He teaches corporate law at the law schools of the University of Alberta and the University of
Calgary. Mr. Tingle also has a Masters degree in eBusiness from Osgoode Hall Law School. Damit dürfte das wohl 98%ig der erwähnte Wert vom
Smallcaptrading sein, 50.000Barrel Oil/day ist schon ein
Hammer +mit 50Mio C$ müsste man auch schon einiges anfangen
können, dann noch das starke einsammeln von bekannten
Adressen miteinbezogen
-sieht wirklich so aus, als ob sich da was anbahnt,
wobei ichs natürlich nicht weiss.

Wahrsch, haben die sich zuletzt einfach eine "very prospective"
Basis aufgebaut, Sachen zusammenakquiriert
+jetzt gehts los mit dem bearbeiten der Projekte.

(alles nur Mutmassungen!)

Aber schonmal ein kleines Stück weiter,
