nun habe ich gesehen, dass der kurs zurückgekommem ist...habe jetzt bei 11,50 und gestern bei 9,71 weiter zugekauft.... doch wie ich sehe schein der abwärtstrend weiter gehen... bei tradegate zur zeit schon bei 8,673....
hoffe, dass der kursrutsch dem ölpreis geschuldet ist..und wieder eine übertreibung wie in 2009 ist... also warten bis ende februar....
Stimme ich voll und ganz zu.
habe die ersten aktien durch den spinn off von frontline erhalten....habe dann bei ca 10 € erstmals aufgestockt gehabt... und bei einem kurs von 3,38 € am 09.03.2009 gut aufgestockt....seitdem streiche ich regelmäßig die dividende ein.nun habe ich gesehen, dass der kurs zurückgekommem ist...habe jetzt bei 11,50 und gestern bei 9,71 weiter zugekauft.... doch wie ich sehe schein der abwärtstrend weiter gehen... bei tradegate zur zeit schon bei 8,673....
hoffe, dass der kursrutsch dem ölpreis geschuldet ist..und wieder eine übertreibung wie in 2009 ist... also warten bis ende februar....
Unter Dividendenaspekten ist die Aktie top. Selbst in schlechten Zeiten (2009) wurde noch eine Jahresdividende von 1,20 $ gezahlt.

hallo miteinader... es ist sehr ruhig geworden in diesem forum.... warum, ist keiner investiert oder ist diese aktie zu langweilig..weil man es hier eher die dividende im vordergrund hat.
seit monaten ist sfl auf dem rückmarsch...gestern wurde wieder einmal massiv auf die aktie eingeschlagen... was ist der hintergrund.... sehen viele anleger den ölpreis negativ für sfl an.....geht man davon aus..oder wissen einige mehr als andere.... dass die dividende gekürzt werden könnte...weil der ölpreis massiv gefallen ist... oder die vereinbarung mit frontline, wo sie 55 mio shares übernommen haben...frontline hat einen reserve split 5:1 bzw 1:0,2 gemacht..und hat danach nochmal kräftig abgegeben...
damals wurde sfl auch in den keller geprügelt... obwohl sie zwar die divdiende halbiert hatten... aber sie haben seitdem jedes quartal gezahlt..und mittlerweile zahlen sie wieder 0,45 $ was wird ende febraur wohl mitgeteilt werden....

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 50.040.633 von DERDAX1982 am 24.06.15 13:21:53Der kurs heute wieder unter 15 USD macht den Einstieg wieder sehr attraktiv, nächste Woche wirds die neuen Zahlen zum Quartal geben und dann auch bald wieder eine Dividende.
Ich denke SFL ist beständiger als FRO in der Entwicklung, Rendite um die 10% durch die Dividende und dazu soweit ich weiß keine Quellensteuer - nur die übliche dt. KESt wird dann abgezogen...

Reference is made to the press release of May 29, 2015, announcing that Ship Finance International Limited (NYSE: SFL) ("Ship Finance" or the "Company") had entered into a heads of agreement to amend the long-term chartering agreements with Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline").
The agreement is now completed, and Frontline has issued and delivered 55 million new shares to Ship Finance. The shares represent approximately 28% of the total number of issued and outstanding shares of Frontline.
The Frontline shares are listed in New York and Oslo, and Frontline has agreed to register the new shares for resale with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority, respectively. The new shares will then be freely tradable for Ship Finance, and may be sold or distributed to the Company's shareholders at a later stage.

Der Q4 Bericht wird offensichtlich positiv aufgenommen. Kurs steigt. Die Performance wird durch den Chart nicht gut dargestellt, da es alle 3 Monate eine Cash Dividende gibt.
Der "Durchhänger" in den letzten 3 Monaten wird jetzt ausgeglichen.
